On dirait effectivement qu'il existe un problème lié a l'alimentation, néanmoins elle est neuve donc je ne comprends pas trop :-\ La je n'ai plus rien qui s'affiche sur le dashboard. J'ai essayé un reset, une actualisation du firmware....rien ne change. A l'arrière les lumières vertes et rouge clignotent en même temps. Je ne sais pas trop quoi faire. Ca peut être une broche aussi, mais l'ouvrir pour essayer de remettre annulerait la garantie.
Le mieux que tu puisses faire serait de les contacter directement. Par contre ils vont te faire perdre du temps à te dire débranche-rebranche, installe le dernier firmware, bla bla Alors explique leur bien dès le départ ce que tu as déjà fait pour gagner du temps. Ils ont un forum il me semble sinon.
