In the forum link you mentioned, there will be a dedicated token for paying users and not btc. I didn't check deep myself so please tell if this token is already exchangeble with bitcoin.
I remember cryptotalk forum which is a forum moderated by the Yobit scam exchange, who pays user per posting. This forum was promoted using a signature campaign here in btt forum before start promoting scam shemes created by the scam exchange. What i want to say is that paying per post isn't an effecient way to get more traffic to the forum because it's almost impossible to continue paying users once their numbers exceeds to number of posts eligible for payments.
