You rented my rig for one hour and put it on a pool that was not working thus making my stats go to zero for one hour. I am not supposed to refund for something that was not on my end. Please make sure you completely understand what your doing before leasing a rig as improper pool settings on the users end will reflect upon the provider in a negative way If you have any questions just ask i am here to help Smiley I will reconsider refunding you a extra hour especially if your new and don't understand how this all works Please modify your feedback on my thread it would be much appreciated as it was not on my end and the poor reflection in my charts because of that on top of your words from the thread will hurt my business Once again thanks and let me know if you have any questions Cheers! I switched out the pool of course with another backup, but noted that it did mine on your account for some time. Please look into this, and see if any adjustments can be made.
