Can you explain what kind vulnerability you have mean?, because when i try the flatform I don't find any something weird and maybe or maybe i'm missing something. And because this is general thread, if backed finance can answer the question maybe someone can find the answers

I agree that it is better not to ask question in this thread but to ask them directly to the Backed Finance.
They have very active social networks and it is possible to usk the question in the social networks or directly to the team on the Backed Finance website contact form.

The vulnerability is related to their dashboard. I had sent them email, event sent connection request over LinkedIn. They seem to be active but don't reply to my email. I have the full working video of POC of the vulnerability. Let's hope that they reply to my mail.

It's kind of strange when your platform has major vulnerability and account holders can get their account hacked but still you are bragging about your platform and not taking security seriously.

Usually, if you didn't find it on the main box, check it also on the Spam or Junk box.

It is kind of strange I received a reply from the support team and they said that it's okay to have that vulnerability as per their CTO.
I replied to them and asked if that is the case then is it ok to reveal the vulnerability in public?? Will wait for 2 days to hear from them before releasing the vulnerabilities to the public.

Exactly my point. When you are developing so many new features to garner attention then you must also secure your platform. Instead of thanking security researchers the support give vague response taking the name of CTO.
