That wallet is using a lightning network are you sure that the 911 website you talking about is accepting lightning transactions?

Would you mind telling us the exact website URL of 911?
Or are you talking about 911.re I already check the website and it seems that they do accept the lightning transaction.

If you sent it to the right address it should be instant.

Now, if it's stuck then it shouldn't be called a lightning payment in the first place.
Well, i expect OP is just lacking info telling us here and nothing wrong on the payment.

yes, That wallet Using Lightning network and accepting lightning transactions.
The website is: 911.re . I am a regular user of this site, But at first facing this kind of problem. I have done everything perfectly but my Transaction is still in stuck.

I have send the payment right way. If you check the invoice, You can see they are asking for 48$ and I have paid exact amount. There is no way to reduce or increase the payment amount when you copy or scan a QR code for payment.

Here is the invoice, Where I made the payment. But the order is still unpaid(6 hours gone, so order is expired)

i didn't want to create a new thread to tell you the following news...
surprisingly, the very popular lightning wallet has withdrawn from the american versions of the Apple app store and the Google play store. this step was probably taken due to growing concerns about regulatory pressure from the us authorities...

<Snip>
I saw the same announcement today, but that shouldn't be the reason why the transaction isn't working. Even their announcement says that them leaving the play stores for American clients doesn't affect existing customers and their transactions and balances on WOS. You just can't find and install the software on Google Play Store or the App Store. At least, I hope there is another explanation to this.

of course. us authorities don't want anything to be hidden. they want all the transaction on the main chain so they can know who is doing what and with whom and how often.  :o

now this brings about a better reason for the higher fees on the main chain.

shut off LN  and pad the main chain with high fees.

Damn the gov is good at fucking things up. 🆙

well there is always LTC and Doge.

I think everyone who already owns the app will see no problems at all, indeed. At least this is what I heard on a podcast (https://open.spotify.com/episode/7yN7tNTIJFVEqQuJvTjsIm).
