Today I received the test print and overall I have happy to see this in print however there are
some minor changes to be made, some blemishes on one page to be photoshopped out,
a line on the cover to be removed, unwanted note to be removed on the back cover and the
last two scanned pages need to be made slightly darker, the line work is just a tad too feint.

I have updated the postage rates now that I know the weights.

I have made all the changes to the artwork and will be sending the files over to the printer
later today.

The print run is reduced to a limited run of 50 and I have updated the OP with the payment

tweetious has asked me a question regarding postage, The service I will be using is
standard mail. It would be financially uneconomical to send tracked unless you were
buying large amounts or the items were higher value.

I have many years buying and selling on ebay and elsewhere and im my memory have
never had anything go missing. [except once where I won an auction at a very silly
low price but the seller said he lost the item and refunded me!!]

Unofficial update - I hope to b taking delivery of the 50 copies towards the end of
next week.

Apologies for this update everyone, the print company were busier than normal this
week and didnt make their way through the work ahead of my order and are behind schedule.

So officially there is only 1 test print, the changes from that print have been made
and approved following a screenshot.

I have been asked if I would be willing to sign and date the books?

I dont have a problem doing so but I'm not sure if everyone who had ordered so far would
want that and its not something I factored into the books.

Well they have not been printed yet, they should be printed this week though!

I can ask the printers to "not number" them and in turn I can number, sign and date
them on the back cover where the numbering was planned to be?

A bit of a change in plan but if everyone so far would like it done that way I dont
have a problem with it.

Personally speaking, I would prefer to be individually numbered by the printer (at the back cover as initially planned). Then you can hand sign and date on the inside title page (if an inside title page does not exist, then on the inside front cover or on the front free endpaper)

I just wondered if they will be individually numbered, I think its cool that each will have it's own printed number.

@tweetious - yes! this is as planned.

@Zipreg - apologies I misunderstood your post previously and yes I will continue as planned with
the books individually numbered by the printer.

With the addition of hand signing and dating on request, meaning if you dont want your personal copy
signed and dated I wont, but I suspect everyone will want that.

Hi all, I went to the post office today with the first 4 orders but I had to take back ZipReg's
parcel to repack as it was over weight.

I hope to get this repacked ans sent tomorrow along with some more orders. All orders
to date will be posted by Wednesday.

Small update on postage, going forward from 1st of September I will only be covering
$2 of the postage costs.

I am expecting the first deliveries to be made this week, I would say towards the end and
the EU deliveries to be made first.

Thats great, quicker than I expected TBH so there should be more landing very soon.

The cardboard mailers are made by myself. I try to have the cardboard "grain" at 90° to
each side so to try minimise bending. I find the commercial ones can bend easier.

I suggest or recommend a good quality colouring pencil, personally I use the Faber Castell
products, particularly the Albrecht Drurer and Polychromos, anything with a fine
point is good though. Avoid felt tip markets they bleed a lot!

I received the Colouring Book I bought + the lot 1 I won from Aoluain's free raffle: I will now cherish them for ever! :) As Cryptogreatdane wrote: get it before it's too late.

Last weekend I started colouring my personal copy #25 and started with the first page,
which is in keeping with the theme "Genesis". I finished it yesterday evening and signed
and dated the page. This gives an idea of what your copy could look like finished obviously
in your style.

Page 5 ^{3rd design} finished today. Before I started colouring this copy I
have been working in Black and White with these line drawings, Its nice to be able
to finally be adding colour to the pages.

Is there a reason that only 1 of the 5 orders for USA customers has been delivered?
Has been about 1.5 months and none of us have received..... ???

Hi MJ, I dont know the reason and its very strange. There was also an anonymous US buyer
who received their package in under 2 weeks. All the EU packages have been delivered.

For future sales I will have to send the orders tracked.

Due to some deliveries not being received all future orders will be sent with tracking numbers.

I have updated the OP to reflect the new rates.

Just an update on the missing orders.

There are 5 orders which have not been received. Because there was no tracking involved
it's difficult to locate them ^obviously

It looks like from this thread that I am not bothering on doing anything but I have been
trying to get info on them.

With my last call to the postal service they advised me to fill out an online form ^{which until now was alien to me}
and report the issues for each one which I am entitled to do, so I have done that.

** The issue is that all packages to the U.S have to have a customs declaration sticker
on them but it is something that is done at the post office by the staff there and I wasn't
aware that such a sticker was needed.

I AM GOING TO LOCK THE THREAD UNTIL I GET A FINAL RESULT FROM THE MISSING PACKAGES.

oooooh very nice xSlyy, looks very smooth - I have never tried PRISMACOLOR's before, reading an
amazon review sure does make them sound really good. Nice to see you colouring your own copy!

There's definitely some remarkable talent in our ranks - I certainly hope that the two artists I've lined up to contribute to the shared book live up to the works of others.

Regarding the three "Missing / Lost in transit / Stolen" orders, a few weeks ago I received
confirmation from our postal service that they are unrecoverable because they were
untraceable.

I had previously opened a query for each order, I had kept the receipts and was able to give
all the details of date and location of post and the weights.
