Crypto miners are in panic mode right now, no coin is profitable at the moment but I am still crazy enough to build my first ever Nvidia mining rig today, still four graphic cards onboard but will add two later, mixed with Ti and Super 1660, I got the card for 120$ each and since free electricity is here I believe in few months many will leave the mining space and things will cool off again.

I know many will talk Sh** about this decision of mine but man its been fun.

With such a profit, you will not earn much money even on free electricity. Even if the profit grows to 40 cents from your video card, it is still very little to earn. But I'm not sure that in 2 months the situation will change a lot.

I am also expecting ETC mining difficulty to have dropped but honestly miners are behaving stubborn this time around, no one seem to be selling off their graphic cards, for what reasons? 😂 we cant all be here proving stubborn, some have to leave and some have to wait, OP you are crazy, I won't dare buy any gpu at this time, maybe when 30MH starts giving 1$ per card though.

Soon or later hashrate will reduce if prices don't rise (for ETC, ERGO, RVN, ETHW etc) and you can benefit, but again, with no costs of electricity, you're ahead of 99% of another miners

An investment of $600 is more like a hobby.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 GPU profit is super when mining ethereum classic 8 cents with free electricity, although there are other coins where the profit is 14 cents.

Where did you get your gut from newbie? This is the time to start DCA into good projects in the crypto space not buying graphic cards, its going to take years to get back your money, anyway it's your money and your risk but it's still a bad idea.

The Asic miner you referring to 50gpu per one Asic, can you share the name? I have ordered a Asic miner and I am expecting it tomorrow.

It is not sh*t at all,even with a huge energy price you still can do "well" in the sense that just 300 watt is for four cards plus the motherboard and that is like 210 kilowatt monthly which is not a big number despite having high energy but luckily for you the energy is free.

The only downside many would say is that is not profitable at the moment and that is true however now is the golden time to collect the coins you like mining as the difficulty will cool down more because many miners will shut off their operations in the couple of months that are coming,in 2023 maybe we will be in bear market but that is where money is made,oh and one last thing,only bold individuals who have enough guts to keep mining at this time will make the money for the next bull run.
