My kind of music depends on the kind of game and it's result.
When in a winning state, possibly on my first five plays, then I losten to songs from pop smoke.
That dude, get my soul really high when staying positive.
In situations when I'm struggling to get a winning balance, I listen to some gospel music from basically choirs bands( just play any choir band songs) and I'm good.

There are days I make massive loses, I just lay down low, with a big jar of beer and some cool blues saves the moment.

i don't see it having difference whether there is background music or not. but i'd write it anyway because when it comes to gambling this song always comes in my mind. losing more money is like no more ace to play. this is kind of a gamblers song actually when you read the message on the lyrics. not all sort of a love song.

Listening to old songs with a slow tempo is quite fun like the song Fly me to the moon by Frank Sinatra often also hear this song and some old songs, but sometimes change it to hear songs or music from local artists with the local language of my country or listening cover songs from

In fact, classical music is not always my first choice. But sometimes I listen to classical music while betting on sports games. It relaxes my soul and makes my decisions healthier. I think betting platforms should provide music service. I guess this is a service related to social activity. If they provide such a service, they can differentiate themselves from their competitors. While other loves to listen to their favorite rockstar or singers I love listening to rain and thunderstorm while my aircon is on the coolest it keeps me more focused just the thought that there is thunderstorm and rain outside it made me feel play longer, there are so many of these on Youtube and this is one of my favorites, after the video, I felt sleepy and that's the time to rest or to take time out from my session

When gambling I often listen to old music as Queen songs but when losing is different I definitely change listening to piano instruments the sound of water. Any slow music, rhythm and blues preferably when I am playing. My soul would be attracted to some rap music blended with R&B from rappers from the West Coast in the US. The lines of JayZ, 2Pac, Bone Thugs en Harmony, would be good for the soul. But when I am loosing I prefer silence, no music. Its time for mediation and concentration. If the day is a bad one, I would prefer to go home and listen to some romantic blues by Donnell Jones, Babyface, Brain McKnight, Maroon 5 or Mario Winans. But if it is a good one, the West Coast rappers would still occupy the stage of my soul.

It is very suitable for the feels and gambling. I feel like it makes me feel lucky when gambling. It's like framing you to the right mindset and it just goes into your feels and possibly results in a positive outcome lol.

It's like a routine habit to play it at whatever I do (unless I am watching) because it brings more energy to me.

It depends on my mood and the game I'm playing when it comes to dice and crash I usually go for '90s hip hops like the music of Vanilla Ice, Beasty Boys, and MC Hammer, I like these kinds of music with fast tempos very much suited to what I'm playing, but after my session and I need to get down to my excitement I like to slow down music coming from our local artist.

Listening to music that you like while playing will make you focus more on your game, you just need a good headphone, with a good bass.

When playing Slot and Dice games, I prefer to play calming songs just like back when I was studying such as Lofi music that usually doesn't have any lyrics on it. I also, like to play some old songs like "The Beatles" and "Queen". It helps that the songs are calm as I am more focused on my games and do not get too excited when winning or losing.

Other than those, I also listen to local slow hip-hop and R&B songs. I never play any music that is too tense like rock&roll and fast rap songs.

Feels like a distraction for me also but since I only play dice and slot these days with the coins I get from faucets like in the Betfury, I turn on the radio where sometimes it plays old songs.

The instrumental band that I found amusing is the Menahan Street Band, saxophone improvisation sound is soothing as much as the blues.

Pretty much with the likes of jazz, blues, deep house, tomorrowland music but pretty much random as long as it's vibing the current mood. There are lot of genres I can listen to but maybe deep house is what I can relate to and they are calm to my ears.

Listening to music is among one of my hobbies, when gambling,I love listening to old 90s hip hop mix. This make me feel real good when am winning or losing because I gamble for fun,so if I don't listen to music it is no longer be that too entertaining. If I win big,I will high the volume to the max and I might just start parting on a low key.

There is this Africa artist I love listening to his song too,if am not listening to hip hop I will listen to his songs. He is an afro beat singer Fela Anikulapo Kuti,though he is late but his songs are my type of song as it inspires me so much when gambling in winning.

I listened to a song from Bon Jovi, It's My Life and more from them as I like their songs. Sometimes, I also listen to old songs from Whitney Houston, Queen ( We Are The Champion ), Prince Universe and others.

But I also often don't listen to music because I want to enjoy the gambling moment in my room, especially at night when everyone is asleep. And if I really wanted to hear a song, it might be Beethoven's instrumental songs.

I have often listened to this song but i never realized it was all for gambling. But anyway, I definitely love this song and some other songs of ABBA not only when I gamble but even when i’m into reminiscing moments. Because most likely, when I gamble I want to hear the songs of 1980’s and 1990’s hits like Scorpions and Cinderella. They just keep me going with gambling.

Actually in this case the gamblers may have their own preferences and I personally certainly have that.
I'm a fan of Progressive metal or alternative rock genres, so actually I'm not only gambling, even in my daily life I always listen to this type of music, and when I gamble with music like this it definitely makes my blood flow faster and this can also spur me on. feel more alive in terms of emotions and I like it ;D

I'm into classic music when gambling to ease the stress especially when I'm losing. Sometimes I do like to play 'mainstream' music if I'm at ease when playing; depends on the mood I guess.
Indeed, one of my friends do prefer to play with silence; no music or noise at all. According to him, it helps to lessen the pressure especially if he's on his 'game'. Tempos and beats could change his mood while playing, which he avoids often. He's just that concentrated with what he is doing. So maybe, with music or none; it will be based on gambler's preference.

I usually listen to symphonic metal. Bands like Nightwish, Kamelot, Avantasia and so on.
I don't have any "special" music for gambling. I listen to the same music when I play games, work and when I gamble.



My brother who was born in the 70s used to play all of these when he invited girls to his apartment. ;) He said it usually worked in getting them in the mood.

I like to play hip-hop and rap while playing slot and dice, those kinds of music give me spirit and ardor when getting bored and tired sitting on a chair. I feel like good old jazz music fits gambling like 40s noir movie scenes. I can't imagine any other music that fits tension of card games especially.
When we think about slot machines I feel like most fitting music is energetic electronic ones. Slots have different kind of aura so jazz would never fit there.
But in general, especially with skill games, music can't be distractive, your brain should work in calm state. I sometimes prefer to listen easy listening type of pop as well. My brain is used to it.

Sometimes I just go with those streaming music on YouTube like LofiGirl and other types of channels that are just like instrumentals and beats. They're relaxing to me and the same goes with genre's like slow rock.
But sometimes, when I don't feel like listening to them, I just want to gamble with those in-game sounds and no disturbance at all because that all depends on the mood that I've got.

i never thought the song is this cool until i hear Saul Goodman sing the song with his brother. he sucks while he sing it but his brother is in tune. this is when i tried to look up to sing along and realize this song is actually a gamblers song.

I prefer calmer music to play gambling, for example, dice roll games sometimes need songs and music that is more relaxed to control emotions as well as playing, even though I prefer pop rock songs, but lately I often hear the song "Aoi Teshima - Kokoro Wo Komete" I usually repeat that song to play dice rolls because it's calm and can make me more relaxed playing

When I play, I listen to aggressive rock.  There is a proverb - "I fucked the whole world and the world still owes me!"

Although the collection of songs is about an hour, I don't spend an hour gambling because it can make me lose track of time.

When I do gambling, I usually play jazz music and lofi music or any music that is a bit relaxing and I put it on a low volume if I intend to focus on the game just like a background music. I also turn off SFX and background music of the casino when I'm playing of course except live tables. There is sometime that when I'm feeling that All-in felling, I play metal core music, ghostmane tracks and suicideboys track. I usually play my music on youtube since I have a running subscription to them and all of the music that I am playing is available to them. I'm personally affected with the genre of music that I am playing on my daily life not just on gambling that's why I always have my IEM on me always.   

Electronic music is the best; it could add to your adrenaline rush. You can select a gaming track on Spotify, and you can see a playlist about EDM on it; not just for gambling, but I play it every morning to charge myself. We do have our own favorite genre of music; some want calm or chill music, some want to rock, and just like I want electronic music, but all of that music, when heard by those people who like it this, can boost their energy or could be enjoying more while playing games. It is really boring without music when I gamble.

Usually, I just look for some pop music playlist posted on youtube (like this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRkjTfeyCLU)) or listen to some lo-fi mixes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LIt_ICJyjk) while I'm browsing for matches that I plan to bet within the next few days or so. Back then I like to create my own playlist but eventually, I got annoyed about having to constantly update them so I moved on to long mixes or radio shows that last for a few hours.

I agree, I also listen to those playlists on Spotify since they have their own transitions and for the most part they fit in pretty well with whatever you're doing.

Rock and upbeat music are perfect for playing a gambling because it can uplift your mood so the losing outcome of game won't really affect you or make you feel negative but I think in a brick and mortar casino their background music are mostly jazz because many people come there to relax.

What makes it more relaxing is the ambiance and then the drinks. Gambling machines or online casinos games, do also have their default music but it's repetitive and sometimes unpleasant to the ears so we gamblers just turned them off if possible and then listen to a real music instead.

My habit when gambling is always listening to music that can arouse passion, such as listening to Kenny G Instrumental Saxophone and the sound of a flute being blown by Leo Rojas. Instrumental music is very fun, besides that I can always control my emotions when the situation is not lucky.

Actually I'm not fan of the gambling casino sound effects but instead I have my own playlist of music which is gives me more hype to play more in gambling this serves looks like an adrenaline for me to make a spin getting more hype getting more energy to see more luck in the game. But that's just for me, I think we all have a preferred song choice in everything we do.

Interesting question, could be nice to add a poll maybe for people to mark their favourite genre when gambling. For me it's rock, music with strong drums give me energy and keep me excited. I always shuffle trough my music, so there is a wide range of artist I like to listen. For the last few weeks I have been listening to Sabaton back and force. Awesome band with a lot of great songs. Only when it comes to playing poker on final tables I have a fixed music I always listen to. It's my all time favourites with Metallica Fear in the Dark, AC/DC Thunderstruck, System of a Down Chop Suey,  Black Sabbath Paranoid. When placing sports bets it usually happens quite fast and there is no particular music I put on. Often I place my bets while reading sports news online, there is no music at all playing.

Some kinds of music and any serious activity do not go hand in hand for me, I consider gambling a serious activity where I intend to make profit as much as I have fun so I am very conscious and intentional about my music choice if I must, it will be the same music that I listen to whenever i have a serious job and i need some sort of brilliant ideas.

I love Opera and Nessun Dorma by Luciano Pavarotti is one of my all time favourites, I can replay it many times without getting tired of hearing it, it is a legendary sound.

Music plays an immense role in making gambling attractive and lively. A gambler likes to listen to some of his favorite songs in various games. Words in such things are always superfluous, because even if you are completely focused on gambling, they will distract you.
