Let's say you want to add a professional moderator to your team (I'm actually talking about myself) what will be the requirements to get on boarded as your team mate to work alongside.

I understand KYC will be a must, what more vital information can be presented, in simple terms : eligibility.

If we talk about game projects it is hard to find good admins.
