I signed up for Chips.gg 2 days ago and I deposited $2500.I took some types of bet were World cup football,
Nba and Evoulation casino games and I did 15.500 dollars and could not withdraw my money last 2 days.
Meanwhile, I uploaded 3 level KYC documents in my account and it was approved On 9.12.2022, A person named Anderson from live support said that
Claiming I was abusing Rollbit, which is the same infrastructure but another site, and said that they would delete all my wins from his account and close my membership.
I can play games and deposit and withdraw money in my account at Rollbit. There is no abuse.Even continues in our Affiliate partnership with Rollbit.
I learned that there are many people in Chips.gg who are experiencing the same situation, I hope you guys care

What a bummer, they are not the same casino, whatever someone did on other platform is not their business anymore while talking on their platform's chat . Is this really how support works? Or this is also a decision of the casino as well. @chipsgg if you care maybe you can explain more what happened here.

Bitcointalk ranks does not matter, it is an external account — a casino account. The number of years a casino operation does not matter as well. There are lots of them who have once with good reputation then sucks later on.

The case OP looks like legit based on the screenshot and it's a very lame excuse for what the support answered. This is a unique case from other casino issue i have read actually, that's why a representative/community manager should be heard here or any gambling community/forum, why this is possible.

Can you please share the whole conversation with the support of Chips.gg. I want to understand furthermore how Rollbit brought up to his issue just to ban his account. I want to be fair here before jumping into conclusion but I’m sensing that Chips.gg point out an irregularities to the OP while OP stated that he is doing this same method on Rollbit. This is just my assumption because it’s odd for a CS to brought up other casino name out of nowhere.

Using other casino as an excuse doesn't prove anything.  This simply show that the casino has no valid proof to  throw against the player.  And it is funny how to casino exchange information of their players.  That is very unethical.  



The casino probably is looking for some hole to accuse the player.  If the KYC verification failed,  then the casino won't have any problem confiscating the users funds and winnings.  It is the best first step to deny a player of payment.

I know that it’s unethical if the Chips reps is the who one who brought up. I’m asking for a more clarification on how they come up to that statement because the evidence is crop. If you read my statement, I want to determine whether the OP brought up his status with Rollbit or not. There’s no need to lecture about how unethical casino because I encounter a lot in the past. I only have these images because my account was banned. First of all, they asked me to confirm this KYC, I confirmed.I had $6000 in my account at the time. Exactly my point on not buying easily this case. It’s odd for the support to brought up competitor name to there own casino. The OP can’t provide full details but I’m not convinced that Chips itself is using Rollbit case to dodge OP withdrawal. We need full evidence before we conclude on this case because there’s a chance that OP commit a violation on both Chips and Rollbit which is the reason of Chips to ban the OP account.

@Chips.gg representative should be looking on this case to provide full report on the issue. Ignoring this case only means that they are partly guilty on allegation.

The only reason they gave me was that I was abusing the rollbit. (There is no such case). They didn't tell me anything about any abusing on Chips, only reason is Rollbit-Abusing. support@chips.gg is not responding to my emails. They banned me even though I didn't use any slang words from live support. They avoid talking to me. The result is clear @Chips.gg is a scam site

I got 70% of my earnings from evo casino games. If I were to abuse Chips.gg, would I play casino or continue with sports betting? As you can see, my income in sports betting is only WC and NBA.

No casino has or will have that kind of clause in their rules, they should not meddle in players' behaviors in other casinos unless he is breaking one of the rules of the casino, we cannot consider this as an isolated case this is serious and can happen to any gambler, this is interesting because this is the first time it happens.

The issue is actually simple, there is no abusing event in Chips.gg. There is no Rollbit abusing thing, I said it myself, I'm just limited and they allow me to take sports bets up to $100. Chips with no affiliation with Rollbit so it wipes out all my winnings.Rollbit and Chips are two different sites, but Chips wipes out all my earnings because of my limit on rollbit. I don't think this would happen if I lost and kept making deposits ..!

He is trying to use crop response of your support to manipulate users here that you are using othe casino concern to justify on halting his withdrawal on your casino. But base on your OP, Chips is using your Rollbit issue to stop your withdrawal. Chips has a point to halt your withdrawal since you are detected by there system that doing things that violate there ToS. You 100% win rate on your screen shot for sportsbet will really raise as concern for bookmaker.

The case is that you took your chance with chips.gg even though they mentioned they are waiting for the answer from their sports provider. That should have hinted you to hold off your bets and wait for their go signal. Correct me if I'm wrong on the sequence of events.

Maybe the support should have advised you to not bet yet but I guess no casino would ever do that. They probably wouldn't refund you anything in case you lost prior to receiving a word from their provider.

Of course, I do not have a 100% win rate. Winning bets are selected in the tab. There are many losing bets, but I can't show them because I can't enter the account. I earned 70-80% of my earnings from the evo casino section. @Chipsgg can provide evidence if you want to say otherwise. What kind of abusing might I have done in the casino game. ? Does Chips.gg really need to provide more evidence to prove its scam?

If you don't want to work with me, you pay my earnings and close my account. Chips.gg also wiped out all my earnings without providing any proof of any abusing.

Rollbit did this, limited my betting games to a maximum of $100 and said if you want to play, you can play this way.

They told me that you can only withdraw $1000 a day for now, so I played and said can't we increase this limit? I sent a document(KYC Level3) at that time, they said you can withdraw it after it is approved. In their rules, there is a statement that they want document approval for their earnings over $2000. I trusted it and thought there was no problem, so I continued playing. I repeat, my estimated $13k win is at least $8-9k from the Evo Bj game.

Indeed, In a city where there is no law or the law isn't enforced, people and businesses gain the freedom to do and behave in what ever way they please..

Unfortunately, I don't think chips.gg have an active community on this forum, what I would advice you do is to do some research and see if you can find any authority governing them so you can report this case, this is an outright fraud and shouldn't be condoned.

Can you give more specific answer of the "abuse" made by OP aside from generic and one sided terms? Which always "reserve your rights" in anything without giving enough explanation on the other party. It always just because you detected it as an abuse for whatever parameters and etc. So whats the abuse made particularly?

There is something in this case I seems not to understand. Because when did casino started judging individual because of past experience on an alternate previous casinos?? Just as what "Chips" is already doing to O.P for an allegation of ones abusing "Rollbit". I just checked O.P betting pattern and never did I find any trait of abuse with what shown on the screenshot provided above, or has staking little odds with huge amount of money now turned to be abuse? They already said no, they are not connected in any to Rollbit.

Chips.gg has given their reason above already, it's on their decision whether to closed an account and return the money to the player if they suspected that something is not right, although this is still open for interpretation.

Anyway, I'm not going to side on this one, just wait for the community to decide.

The problem is Chips.gg doesn't want to and uses the sportsbook tagging the player as abusive even without providing any evidence.  It is easy to say that the player is abusive of the odds but I wonder, how can a player abuse the odds released by sportsbook when all the player can do is bet on those odds.

It is indeed frustrating to think that when a player losses too much, there is no flagging done or abusive behavior accusations but when a player is winning they do anything in their book of tricks to not pay the player.

Saying that the person is tagged by the sportsbook as abusive without giving evidence of the abusive behavior is not fair at all.  If someone accused someone, a piece of supporting evidence should be provided by the accuser and even explained to the receiving end.  That way discussion like this won't happen because the accused has full knowledge of his fault.

I have no betting history to doubt. I only have 6 different winning bets. 2 of them WC- 4 of them NBA player prop. and Evolution Bj games.  

The build a good case against them the player need to come up with enough evidence to support the claim and also since the casino can simply just say the player violated their terms of service at some point it become hard to be able to proof some of the abuse from casinos.

But btw let take it as it is, why are casinos lately abusing the players right, when a player lose big the casino will be happy to fake all the money but one the player wins a good amount then the casino will come up with different ways to deny the player access to the money.

Many gambling site are using the same game provider but its not ok to flag your account because they’ve seen irregularities on your account with the other site, Chipsgg should not allow this to happen and better to explain this further. OP should continue to communicate though and demand for damages if proven not guilty. I’m wondering now if the gambling site shares your data to other site? Is it safe for the gamblers?

Unfortunately it is impossible to contact @Chipsgg. They are banned me from live support, everyone here is waiting for an explanation from them, but of course they will not answer.

I think it has happened for the same game provider for both rollbit and chips. The game provider may look into it as the OP is winning. When a user wins a few times and did not make the game provider lower the limit. I have faced the same type of issue and several sites limit my odd limit. But never faced issues like a ban.

Both Rollbit and Chips use the same sports book provider that is correct. You can see very big similarities on the ui’s

can you post proof that shows your provider has flagged OP's account? show us an email from your provider informing you which OP's account was flagged, and for what reasons did your provider flag the OP's account? 1 - it is forbidden to have many accounts
2 - and forbidden to use VPN
4 - It is forbidden to cheat in games

and then you post proof that OP cheated so you could accuse OP of breaking TOS rule 4

Chipsgg already provide a detailed explanation based on there last reply here. I believe they already assumed that they explained already their side so don’t expect them to reply here again quick. I suggest that you should create this post too on Askgambler because they are active on this kind of case. Chipsgg probably ill not released sensitive data in the public while Askgambler is the platform which casino can give their evidence without exposing it in public.

Due to the confusion, we would like to take some further time to reiterate and try to further explain our previous response to this matter.

We must stress that we cannot reveal any explicit information about how our security system runs and how players are caught out when attempting to or actively abusing the platform. This would be a dangerous breach of our security and the casino industry's security. We cannot divulge specific information however, we can say that the player was flagged for value bets on player props.

To go back to our original response on this thread, the player's account was NOT closed because he was limited on another casino. During the conversation with the player, he shared information that he was limited elsewhere and he was asked by our support staff why he was attempting to abuse our sportsbook to which no answer was given.


Yes, Chips and Rollbit use the same sportsbook provider as do hundreds of other online casinos. However, as previously stated we do not liaise with other casinos, the decisions made by Chips are final and compiled on our own information and findings when our security system or sportsbook provider flags a player.

To conclude our response, we would like to reiterate that we will not share private evidence here on a public forum as it would be a huge breach of security. The OP is welcome to open a case with ask gamblers, who we will be more than happy to share our evidence of the abuse with if required.

First of all, the owner of Chips.gg called "the Magalon" is a very well known scammer worldwide. Everyone here should know this.

Think about a betting site (Chips.gg) that spends time to investigate the twitter accounts of its customers and try to revile them by showing their tweets instead of making the payment of its customer. What a shame :)

After a short inquiry in the forum, I saw lots of similar problems that people are facing with Chips.gg.

Why are they not replying to your email? One of their representatives replied to you in this thread and analyzed your situation in detail. Your bet history provided in the OP shows that you won a few heavy weight bets. But your issue is actually with this game provider as explained by Chips.gg. Because you cheated in the game. Now it has become a serious situation, because Chips.gg cannot provide all the proofs of how they caught you due to security reasons.
Now you have to prove this by presenting proper evidence, that Chips.gg is not refunding your dues with unfair decision.

They confiscate their money in the same way to every winning player. If you win, they claim that you are abusing, they ban you from live support and they don't respond to your emails.

According to the gambling site (chipsgg) you are the scammer. You should proof yourself that you have not abused the system. If you abuse their system they have right to disable/ban your account and also disable withdraw any fund which you have won even which is on your balance whether winning amount or deposit amount.

Since you have made all preparations to take legal action against Chips.gg, then you don't see any reason to get tensed because if you are right then you will easily get your funds back legally. This casino has accused you of cheating causing your funds to be held by them. So take legal action quickly and recover your funds, as this will allow your lawyer to prove in more detail that it was a clean win.
