If this is your goal then maybe you need to use the search feature and enter keywords before creating thread. I can tell that there is one thread about this celebration that will still probably get bumped over Christmas, so I don't think there's a need for a new thread for the Christmas celebrations.

Here are the threads I refer to, and @Lafu created in 2018.

Merry Christmas to the Forum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088731.0)

If you're having trouble finding something in the search feature, then use the ninjastic.space tool and search for what you want.

Another thing that could have make OP thread an interesting and a unique one is when he tries to have a blend of introducing something new to the forum or members which he can use the avenue of Christmas season to launch or present his idea to the forum, but just as been said, there's nothing new here than just a post on Happy Christmas wishes and I will advise that OP should always look in for something that could be insightful and uncommon for presentation when it's comes to creating a topic so others can learn from or benefit from, to me this is just a wish of Merry Christmas which the forum should have hundreds of it same kinds.

A happy new year for the users who may not be online in the old year in the forum.

I wish you health, happiness and peace during this time.

Hope next year, the forum can make as good progress in some things as this year, even if many things are not yet mature.

Merry Christmas to all.
Look at the two threads 👆

Merry Christmas to the Forum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088731.0)

OP thanks you for wishing us happy Merry Christmas and prosperous New year in advance. But if I may ask, why do you chose to use bolded text as the previous thread created in 2018 as imamusma said earlier and he provided the link and when I clicked the link to see the thread, I would not lie you just paraphrase and edit the Christmas wish from there. If you did it from you IQ, I don't think you would have remembered to bold every text. That means you have seen the former thread before creating yours.

OP We wish you the same.

Let's not embarrass him for a topic that was created in advance. We all had our past. May be he did not notice it at all or it could be part of a plan. Whatever it is, Merry Christmas and Happy holidays in advance OP. It's better you lock it and bump it just before Lafu do on the Christmas eve 😉

Did you see my credits of the gif file to?

I searched for Christmas gifs and found that one, I used it and credited it to the owner. Is it bad?

Is bolding a wording step I am not allowed to do?

Merry Christmas and Happy holidays in advance OP.
Merry Christmas and Happy holidays to you, your family and your loved ones too BitcoinGirl.Club.

Happy Christmas to you too. My observations on this post are; firstly, the previous thread and yours is very similar that you might need more than luck to convince anyone this is not a replica of the former president. Secondly, I was expecting you to say something nice and respectful But in contrary, you responded harshly without convincing us that your post is unique. You can tell us perhaps if it was a coincidence and we'll understand. By the way, it serves the purpose it was created for and you've archive your aim. Xmas wishes to everyone. 💙

First of all you have to be much more observant to find out that the Xmas thread from 2018 is not from the OP. It's from lafu secondly, it is not a replica of the previous president  ;D it is just a similar thread, or maybe OP copied it or whatever.
Best wishes to everyone for Christmas and New Year.

Alot of Gratitude for this revival, cus at a point, no one was saying anything about Christmas and it wasn't as if we were in a season of celebration, No!! .....no gingle bells, no teddy bears, no Mr. Santa,..well uhhhhhh    :)I guess nothing is really fascinating this days cus we all got our asses on fire , but the trauma isn't gonna last AMAIK, it's momentary and I don't think it takes anything for us to get some refreshing, Huh?   :D ....Well well, what ever y'all do out there, just remember the reason for the season and bare 'em in mind that we've got barely 9 days left to celebrate.
off topic- Edit: I was hoping that Gloves would organise some big house party for everyone, its been a while I ate chillies with y'all yunno 😂 .. and his wifey got us covered on that.. I'd really wanna bang those cannabis?huhhh?? Uhhmm, my bad... I really meant canapés ...lol

Merry Christmas too to everyone, in about 13 hours it will be 25th and so I don't have time to check the forum by that time because for sure, I'm drunk celebrating it with friends and families.

We have might have the worst bearish market this year or still could be worst next year, but still though we will still be here supporting the community and each other.

I also unlock Senior member level this year too so it's a blessing for me,  ;D

So let's keep the forum all together, be nice to each other  :D.

Merry Christmas to All.  Probably another roller coster ride for the whole cryptomarket and bitcointalk forum. Let us look forward for more good things to happen in this place. I know bearish market ruin a lot of people and affect the living but dont be sad, this isnt a permanent scenario and probably go back to a healthier one. Just keep doing dca to your favorite potential alts.

Merry Christmas to All.
Merry Xmas!
Probably another roller coster ride for the whole cryptomarket and bitcointalk forum.
Indeed. Along with the stocks markets as well this time.
this isnt a permanent scenario
However, ppl involved in luna and ftx got permanent damage and Im sure some might have even committed suicide :(
Just keep doing dca to your favorite potential alts.
I wouldnt recommend this strategy, dcaing doesnt help if you are buying since a whole year from the top, understand the conditions then bet a good chunk at a fair price then sell it all when it gets euphoric again.
And I'd just stay away from alts, focus only on BTC and trade it based on american sentiments. Thats how it is moved nowadays unfortunately :(

Despite the fact that "Merry Xmas" is frequently used nowadays, we should remember and use the traditional greeting of "Merry Christmas" as we commemorate the birth of our Savior. Merry Christmas everyone!

We had a rough year, but this happens whenever bitcoin reaches a new high. Let us keep going with our DCA because it will come back stronger than before. In spite of the challenges we face right now, may we all radiate positivity to everyone we meet.

Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to all of us here in Bitcointalk. I wish your season is filled with love and joyous sparkles.

Yes you are right that mate as we all know that x-mas is different from Christmas which the original and the reason why we celebrate. But nowadays I don't know why people say X-mas which is it has a different meaning cause we are not referring  X but we are celebrating Christ  . the the birth of Christ symbolize Christmas.
But we can not force other that they will use Xmas instead of  Christmas.

Yeah 2022 was indeed a rough year for bitcoin fans and crypto lovers but it was also an opportunity for we the new comers and those who missed the opportunity to purchase when it was low. I also seize this opportunity this year and intend hodling it till the next ATH. this year was practically the perfect year to hoard as much bitcoin you can get your hands on, so it wasn't all that bad.
As the year come to an end,  i wish everyone a merry Christmas and hopefully a new record setting year for bitcoin @2023. May these last days be filled with merriment and lots of enjoyment

I just looked this up and found no tangible difference between Xmas and Christmas. In the early days of Christianity, the word "X" was used by Christians as a sign to indicate their faith to others. On the other hand "X" in Greek means "Chi" and X is the first letter for the Greek version of Christ "Xριστoς". Though its seen as informal or a means of removing the Name of Christ from Christmas, but it doesn't make any much difference. People can as well say "Xtians" in form of Christians.

Well, for those who make this period a big deal and celebrate it; I say felicitations! For those who've grown past the euphoria of this period and see it as a regular period like any other; I say happy savings! This period reminds me of what happens after the rains hit the ground; there's bound to be sunshine. After the euphoria, reality sets in. As for me, I'm just grateful for the gift of life. Hopefully, we all will cross over to 2023.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! It should've been an ordinary day for me but my brothers and my father went here to spend their Christmas and the coming New Year. Hopefully, the wars will stop and the world economy will bounce back stronger than ever. I am also looking forward to our community growing bigger and will lead in spreading bitcoin awareness around the world. The year 2023 will be the pre-halving year which means a lot. Next year will serve as the runway.
