Title: Yas.bet Scam!? (resolved) got my money back!
Post by: nickess on December 22, 2022, 06:25:22 AM
Hi,

in the last 3-4 months of using Yas.bet, I have deposited a total of 1301 euros on this site. My final and current account balance is 1181 euros.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5407378.0

A month ago, they limited my account, so I requested a 500 euros withdrawal, which has not happened until now. I sent them 30.11. the necessary documents for KYC verification that they requested from me. Since then, the withdraw is still pending. They don't respond to emails at all, and on live chat I always get the same answer that I should wait. I haven't bypass any their rules and I'm not even in profit on my account.

I hope that at least here I will get some normal answer from them.

I have tagged them until they respond here. You might consider sending them a pm about this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3492459. They have not been online for the last 3 days, so hopefully they login soon.

I tried to contact Yas.bet here on bitcointalk but he doesn't receive messages from newbies...

User 'YASBET' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting.

I sent a message on your behalf directing him to this thread he has not logged in for the last three days maybe because of the holiday season, if he logs ins and there's no response you can proceed to create a flag, and we'll support the flag to alert the gambling community, hope you still get a positive response and recover your funds.

DT members have already tagged Yas.bet's account, so it is not necessary to send Pm again. When they are active again in the forum they will understand what is really going on. Yas.bet's profile will remain tagged until OP's problem is resolved. Visiting the profile of Yas bet representative in this forum, I saw that he is offline for some time. So Op's complaint will remain open until they come back online.

great job, at least the Yes bet admin will easily notice the tag and respond with necessary answers and ways to get ops issues resolved, it's quite funny how a casino that started so well on the forum turned out to keep mute on a matter that has to do with their reputations.

Well, I am happy ops is getting the needed help he needs to escalate his issue and hopefully he get the attention needed soon.

Feels like a scam to me. What kind of service asks a user to verify by sending documents through live chat?
This is a first one for me

The documents you sent are very sensitive and can easily be sold on the darkweb. The support is very terrible. I am not sure why you choose this new casino yet there are so many old trustworthy ones.

I am leaving them a negative tag as well.

Hi, I got my money back guys. Thank you for help :)

That's over four months that's quite a long wait, since this is already resolved might as well change the title to resolve and lock the thread you can also pm those who tagged Yas. bet or let Yas. bet send them a request to take out the tag, I guess this is the only scam accusation since no tagged redirect to other accusation.

just curious, have they given any valid reason as to why was your withdrawal was held for more than four months? if you ask me I don't see any reason why your withdrawal is held for that long. there is no also way that it took that long to verify the documents you sent to them. being said, I am glad the issue is finally resolved.

Glad to hear that,

If you don't mind, you can give an explanation about how you can get your money back and give some evidence about your conversations with them, this can be used for future reference if someone want to gamble in this casino, by taking a risk to wait for 5 months if their account were flagged due to suspicious activity.

Since it's already resolved, I will change my feedback to neutral.

It's all up to Jerometash and Yahoo to change the feedback, checking this section for other accusations they only have this one and now that it's resolved they can continue promoting their platform here.
Checking the representative's last login it was March 24, 2023, I wonder why it took this long, they should also post here and explain why it took five months to resolve anyway other casinos prefer to not resolve similar cases, OP is now good because he changed the title to resolve but many of us believe that it should be earlier.

Good to know that you got back your money, though they really made you to go through the pain of having to wait for a good number of months without proper explanation.
I will be removing the negative feedback and changing it to neutral for future reference

I agree with the negative feedback if only they addressed this issue in a short period of time like one month or earlier, they can request to take away all the negative feedback but five months is questionable, do they have a plan to come back here and promote their casino so they clear this complaint, they should have a reasonable explanation for the long wait.
There should be a time frame to resolve the issue, either they mark the players violating their terms, of course, they should show proof, or they prioritize the issue and pay their players what they owe to him.

Can you discuss how this ended up getting resolved? Having similar issues
For starters, create a fresh scam accusation like OP did. Follow this scam reporting format. make sure you include all the necessary evidence to make your scam accusation legitmate.
Code:
[b][color=black]What happened: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

You are also going to keep pestering them until they work on your issue in case of any delay. History has it that they have a habit of taking months to resolves issues, that is if they are to resolve it.

He had (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465252.0), together with some proof, though without the proper suggested format.
