1. Your website looks like I am in a darknet site :-P
It's fine after all it's a mixer.
2. Both clearnet and onion site loads fast. Especially the onion site loads faster than I had experience with any other sites.
3. Maybe to start, have less service fees. You have few competition who are leading the industry, they have better fees rate than you. So as a new mixer at least a bit competitive will give you some advantage.

Welcome to the forum.
Good to see that you have already bought the copper membership and posted the graphical Ann. Most of the project owners are not aware of it. Now all you need to do is to promote the brand in the community. Consider running a signature campaign. Over time it will help you to build a positive image for your brand. There are many campaign managers who can help you to promote your brand in the forum. If you want then I can help you too. Feel free to check my service details (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5328445.0) and let's discuss if you find anything difficult to understand.

Cheers,

What is your connection with [banned mixer] website? You partnered with them or what?
I can see this was mentioned several times on your website and it can be found on the page bottom among your other links.
You are offering higher fees than Jambler so I see no real advantage of using your service, and there are other mixers that charge less fees or even nothing.

1 . Yes, it's [banned mixer] partner website.

2 . Fee is 3.5% ,that is not more than other websites, we use top level anonimization of jambler service.

1 . Yes, it's [banned mixer] partner website.
Sorry but I can't find your Mixdream anywhere on Jambler website page with list of partners, and people should wait someone from Jambler to confirm this partnership.
There could be some mixers not released on their website, but I would like to see some confirmation first.
https://[banned mixer]/mix-coins.php

2 . Fee is 3.5% ,that is not more than other websites, we use top level anonimization of jambler service.
I see that recommended commission fee for mixing on [banned mixer] platform is 2% and some people don't always need ''top level'' mixing.

1. To be added to the list, the web must be working for 6 months without interruptions, due to the recent creation there is still time to be added to that list.

2. You are misinformed, enter to the websites advertised on that list (https://[banned mixer]/mix-coins.php) and check the commissions, you have checked what they recommend putting in the jambler control panel to partners, they recommend 2%, but [banned mixer] get 3%.
You just misinformed yourself.

I only read what I see on Jambler main page, and like I said they recommend 2% fee.
Other Jambler partners like Mixtum even offer free trial mixing for lower amount of Bitcoin.
I don't know how you are calculating fees and you can do whatever you want, it's your mixer.

How to test your service without using our own coins? You could provide a few bucks to willing members in order to test this out.

I tried out the Mixerdream. The website design is pretty cool, nearly identical to what should be mixer. The interface is also fairly simple for all users, especially newcomers. They can easily obtain everything they require. My mix amount arrived on time and cannot be traced. So far, everything has gone pretty smoothly. Funds were received in less than 6 hours, which I believe should be improved. I know it's already on the website, but we'll be receiving mixed funds in 6 hours. However, I believe that time should be reduced further. Why should a user have to wait 6 hours to receive his funds? Everything else is fine to me. I hope you will consider user feedback to improve your service. I tried with min amount 0.005 BTC.

I've seen this exact same claim several times lately, and always from Newbies. You're in the trust business, don't make claims that aren't true.

Why should a user have to wait 6 hours to receive his funds?
Because of blockchain analysis. Setting a fixed amount of time doesn't help much though.

Precise mode doesn't work on Tor (with java disabled) because you've done that part with JavaScript, you can hide and show those fields with pure CSS. I see a lot of useless script in your code, it looks like jambler api copy/paste, you should rethink, remove them from the Tor version or at least offer a version without JavaScript.

Precise mode fail on Tor Screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/dkM6fbRy/tor.png (https://postimg.cc/dkM6fbRy)

The strange thing is that you use JS to show and hide fields and for navigation on clear and Tor version, which is totally unnecessary because you can do it with CSS, and then there are scripts in your code that are supposedly useless. It's like you want the user to enable java for no reason, which may seem suspicious to some users. It doesn't make sense, I recommend you change it.

I'll tell you why I wouldn't use your service.

  • First of all, you say you can provide absolute privacy, which is not true. There's no such thing as absolute privacy, which gives me the impression that you haven't studied your subject well.
  • You're expensive. The mixer I have in my signature charges me nothing to use.
  • You're new. Appearing out of nowhere and making such ambiguous statements doesn't make me trust you.
  • You use Google adwords in your clearnet website, and I don't understand why. Don't you already charge for mixing? Why showing advertisements too? Do you know that Google is a spying company, completely the opposite of a mixer's mission?
  • You're interacting with another service (Jambler) and I don't understand why.
  • You have a Telegram bot, which isn't very privacy-respecting practice to use.
  • Your main page looks like it was written within 2 hours. (and you've also spelled things wrong, like "blickchain")
  • Giving the money back, after 6 hours isn't going to help obfuscating the activity.

I see your comment very well, it seems good to me that you do not like the price or the text, but you are a liar since Google adwords is not used, it is one thing to say what one thinks and another very different thing to lie.
If the service seems expensive to you, fine, if you don't like the text, perfect, but don't make false accusations with lies. all the best

I'm sorry if that's false, I didn't intend to lie. But your privacy policy says that you collect information by third-parties like Google Adwords, Freshdesk etc., which is contradictory. In fact, you clear it up that if you use the onion version, any data collection from such services is eliminated:
The collection and processing of non-personal identity data on users by such services like Google AdWords, Freshdesk, etc. is performed under the provisions of the service providers’ data confidentiality policies.

If you do not want any of your information collected by similar services, you can use our TOR mirror provided on our website. The main functionality of our service is preserved in the TOR version, which eliminates any data collection by third-party services.

I haven't visited the clearnet, but the privacy policy is pretty straightforward. If I'm mistaken, please tell me.

I wouldn't really call their service expensive. 3.5% is about the average used by mixers.
'Of course, there is always something cheaper and higher. Like in a supermarket)

interacting with another service
Jambler has a white label solution. You make money but the work is externalized

I think it has been a terrible mistake to use Google Analytics and Search console in a BTC mixer, that is the same as monitoring your web traffic, somehow you have extracted data from your users.

Because telegram uses a phone number that KYC must require if someone has it.

I tried using a fake number (downloading it from Play Store) to register but after a while, someone hacks my telegram which mean if used fake number is not saved than a real phone numbers were registered on a provider. so how do we hide the transaction (mixed) if KYC?

Why is the Telegram bot not a very privacy-respecting practice?
Because it's a messaging service you don't have the control of, first and foremost. You don't control the Telegram bot as you control the mixer's site. Someone else is liable for the operation and privacy policy of Telegram, and you're forced to go with their way, which I find it unreasonable taking the fact that you're a mixer. As a customer, I expect you to be trustworthy. If you have to rely on the trustworthiness of third parties, the fish stinks from the head.

Secondly, Telegram isn't privacy friendly. It requires you to register with your real phone number. You can't use temporary phone numbers, and if you do find one that wasn't used before, it can be reused and some stranger can gain access to your conversations.

There are 7 mixers on the [banned mixer] partner page. Anyone can create a website and list Jambler or anyone else as a partner. Of course, it doesn't mean that there wasn't some kind of business agreement between these two parties, but definitely, without confirmation from Jambler, I would avoid using this mixer.

Not only because of the explanations provided by members above, but also because Telegram bots don't use end-to-end encryption between a client and a bot, making your message data stored on Telegram servers in clear text and accessible by Telegram for extraction on law enforcement requests.

Note that Secret Chats in Telegram is the only way to fully encrypt your messages without revealing their contents to the Telegram company. Moreover, Secret Chats are not available for bot communication.

Note also that Telegram collaborates closely with the law enforcement.

And since we can't verify that ''full encryption'' we have to trust that telegram is doing what they say they are doing, and this excludes bugs and flaws in code.
I also think that secret chats are only available for smartphones, not for telegram app installed on computers.

I also think that secret chats are only available for smartphones, not for telegram app installed on computers.

Secret chats code (https://github.com/tdlib/td/blob/master/td/telegram/SecretChatsManager.cpp) can be verified since it's open-source, which is distributed as a part of TDLib and Telegram FOSS client available (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.telegram.messenger/) in F-Droid, however you have noted correctly that it's only available in mobile clients. Telegram Desktop had never published or released E2EE chats as a part of their client. There is a whole Github repo (https://github.com/marcovelon/tdesktop) dedicated to that information and a discussion (https://github.com/marcovelon/tdesktop/issues/2).

It's worth to highlight that the official mobile Telegram client from Google Play store is closed source and may have a modified implementation of Secret Chats that send encryption keys to their servers, therefore to ensure there is no malicious Secret Chats code, one should use the Telegram FOSS client from F-Droid.
