I open this topic to provide how N1bet scam people. I made deposit 3500e, i made win to 5600e. I made withdrawl 1000e, they deactivated account, after all my details I provide them all documents, they want Video call verification. They call 13mins Skype call, after 24h they rejected my withdrawls and deposit. They steal all. They dont give me any reason for steal my money.

Firstly, n1bet casino has no rep in this forum so this thread you should move it to another board as proper place i think someone else can respond on this matter.

No I dont know. I dont see this topic before. I am first time open account on N1Bet.

This is unfortunate and unfair. I checked to see if their presence is registered here but none and they have no representative here to answer for them whatever the case maybe. Members have been advised to do with casinos whose presence are registered here for easy conflict resolution but it seems  as the day  goes more cases of unpopular casinos pop up here waiting for urgent settlement. Another is the issues of evidence. It was stated somewhere in another post by a participant that members should always take a screenshot of their Winnings and also any process that seems fishy displayed by any casino they identify with so as to have records because of the actions and inactions of casinos of lately. The issues of account suspension and Lock down as a result of winning is getting out of hand.

You post this on gambling board, you can see many casinos and bookmakers sites on gambling board, you can check their official threads and see the best one that you can open an account with. Read their ToS and follow their rules. For casinos, I can recommend you https://livecasino.io not because I put on their signature and avatar but because they are trustworthy.

Have you previously used their platform or just randomly deposited 3,500 Euros there? That is a huge risk to take.

The forum would not be able to help you with the recovery of your money, you can search them up on any other platform where they have a presence and attract attention to your situation.

Understand this no matter how this forum doesn't support scams and shady casinos there's nothing we can do to prevent you scam casinos if you yourself can't do some background check on the casino before you use it, especially a casino that has no announcement thread or promotion on this forum.
Since the casino has an excellent reputation on Askgambler, I will encourage you to report the matter to Askgamblers, exactly like the previous user did.

It is good you filled up a complaint immediately so your dispute would be attended to immediately. This you should know to get registered with casinos whose presence are noticed here so as to be in the safe side. It is also advised that you should always do a thorough research on them before getting registered and as well check for reviews about the casinos so you could know people's views about them that will also give you hint on their activities and too their customer care service.

OP is complaining about being scammed by N1BET casino, I believe he wasn't asking of which casino to join, except there's a part of the OP's post I missed, then you can point it to me.

@OP, your experience with this N1BET is rather unfortunate, it's my first time of seeing that name here, and worst of it all is that this casino don't have their online presence on this forum, what I can advice you do now is to look for their online community and complain there, that's the only way you can get help, if you can't find their online community anywhere, then maybe report the matter to whatever firm that gave them license to operate, if none, then I am sorry, your money is gone.

You know that the gambling site, n1bet is not on this forum, which means OP just gamble on a gambling site and he was scam. After he was scammed, he took the scam up on this forum, not even on scam accusation but on gambling board. There is nothing bad to let him know that there are gambling sites on this forum which are trustworthy. It is better to use the gambling sites on this forum so that his complain can be genuine and we can bring it to the notice of the gambling site representative on this forum. Or do you want him to register on another site that he will be scammed again? I know you will not have such mind, the reason we should recommend him to check some gambling sites on the gambling board.

There is nothing different from the truth as you have said. OP brought the complaint here as a result of him been scammed. If he was not scammed would he have brought it here? Would he have even opened an account to  make a complaint. Here is not the right baord for his complaint and accusations as it has to do with scam. The casino presence is not registered here as it is an unpopular casino. That is why members are advised to only deal with casinos with presence here onboard this platform so that when issues arises, it can be amicably resolved.

Yeah, I sure understand the point you are coming from, but even though the casino that Op complained about is not listed on this forum, i still think him bringing his issue with this casino to this forum is not entirely a bad thing, this is another way of warning users of this forum of such casino, for example, like I said I've never heard of that casino before now, and now, I know that this casino is a scam just incase i come across it somewhere after today, or a family member or friend comes across it and ask for my opinion, i can now tell them the casino is a scam because of OP's case here.

That's a piece of nice advice, and unfortunately, I just found an online community to which this casino belongs, (I.e Askgambler.com) and they have a minimum of 2 days to respond to complaints. So I think if O.P can forward his/her complaint to this forum, there can be positive feedback.

How did you get to know about this casino or site mate? I mean I haven’t heard of this site or casino. I didn’t even know that this site has existed before you posted here. Nevertheless how could you deposit such a big amount without doing prior research. To be honest no one other than you should be blamed here. I am sure you have deposited your funds there due to some sort of promotions or offer and at last you now are the victim of the scam. Nothing can be done now. You are trapped mate. Now people will just learn from your mistakes and nothing else can be done to be frank.

I wonder the very same thing, making a deposit of 3500 Euros is a big deal for the majority of gamblers out there, and if someone were to do this I would assume they were doing it at a casino which had their complete trust, but it seems this was not the case.

Then why deposit so much money at a casino in which you have no former history? Is it the welcome bonus? Because that seems like the only reason which can explain this behavior, and if that is the case then gamblers need to learn to ignore those bonuses as it is simply not worth to try to get them when you have to risk your money and even your personal information in this way.

It is always sad to see victims of scam site though it is early to tell but this looks like another scam casino that only victimized players.

though they conduct a KYC verification yet they took the advantage of getting your funds, stay away from this casino and never play in sites that you don't fully understand and check.

I'm sorry that this happened and another user suffered from the actions of the n1bet scam casino, but you could at least show a little curiosity and make a small effort to research this casino in order to protect your funds and read reviews on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.n1bet.com , but now there is a complaint from you too, very sorry what happened to you.

I opened account there, because I see on oddsportal.com they are Premium bookie. I think if they are Premium they are good.

Sorry to hear this mate but it looks like yeah your funds are already done from you and it will be that way forever , the chat shows that you are not  having a chance to recover that funds unless there are elements that will force them to send the amount back to you things that for me? not going to happen any time soon.

As long as the casino supports crypto then it fits here or can be talked about here. Users here already helped lots of players to return their money. This is one of the best thing about our forum. Another thing is like you said. The complaint can act as a reference not only for the people outside but also for us here as some of us here are curious and sometimes trying casinos that are not listed on this forum.

Anyway, it seems you guys already understand the point of each other so maybe it is time for the both of you to calm down, before this leads to something else. I already said earlier that users in our forum are helpful, so all of us should unite here. Make peace, love and not war.

I am just curious where OP have known this casino, how did you ended up playing and depositing on this casino. As you already know, they're not known in the forum so majority of us here don't know them and that means, we're not going to take a risk trying to gamble there.

And when you've encountered a problem with them, you signed up here to let us know that you're experiencing a problem with them. Like everyone has said, we can't do anything about them but just to warn the others from your experience.

If I understand it correctly, you've seen this n1bet banner on oddsportal and thought that they're affiliated and a legitimate casino which you ended up trusting them and made you deposit to this unknown casino.

Not just because you've seen it there and advertised or connected through them means that they're a genuine. You should have done your research before depositing that much but it's already too late.

We're sorry to this bad experience you've got there. That amount you've deposited plus the winnings that you should have is really a big amount.

About your one image that contains your email, it's better if you blur that because there might be someone who's an opportunist that might contact and try to scam you pretending that they'll help you and will claim part of n1bet support.

The site askgambler is affiliated with n1Bits and OP should complain to this site immediately. You did a great job but I don't know how much they will support OP, but at least he seeks helps at the right place.

 So licensed casino from Curacao is not safe for gamblers at all. The funny part is they even asked for a video call with OP, and they just blocked him after the call!

Well, other members have already responded here that it was ended scam, I just heard the casino and they don't have any reputation in here. The chance to get your money is too slim so what you can do right now is for the awareness that they won't find another victim out there. I wonder how you find them and play on them, did they promise something for a huge bonus if you deposit on them?

N1bet already responded to the complaint and they said OP failed the video verification process.

Hi, I provide my ID, selfie with ID.. When I contact them on chat they say me only proof of address I need provide and they verification my account. After my upload proof of address they want Video call. They confirm Video call for 3.1.2023 at 7UTC. I take free this day on job, they dont call me this day, I contact them and they suggest 4.1.2023 at 10UTC. Video call recorded by N1Bet, they can provide Video to Askgamblers. They call me 2 guys Alex Sanchez and David from N1Bet. During Video call I was on job in my office.
First they ask me normal question about my account, my name, surname, my mail, my number, how I deposit money, how many bets I bet, amount on account, how many times I made deposit. I answer all question correctly. They ask me what I play, I answer basketball, american football and football. They ask me did I play volleyball, I say I dont remember. I made over 40 tickets, really I dont remember all tickets before 35 days what I play. They ask me last withdrawl how much I answer correctly.
After that other guy ask me, 2 clubs from Serbian volleyball, 2 clubs from handball in Europe, 2 clubs from American football, I answer all correctly. After that they asked me one basketball League from Europe, I answer France league, they ask me other name I say LNB, they ask me other name, I think is enough to know France LNB basketball league, this is not quiz. After that they asked me what mean NCAAF, did I know what mean this, I answer this is american football. After that they asked me volleyball, if we bet handicap -2,5 what need result to be win I answer 3:0. After that they asked table tennis if we bet handicap -3,5 what result is won, I answer 11:7 or 11:6. And they ask me if we bet football over 3, result finish 2:1, I answer void or cashout. At the end one guy say me we will contact you for your withdrawl. After that I received that is anti-fraud policy.
Why this is important for withdraw money to know what mean NCAAB? In anti fraud policy its written that my winnings have been cancelled and remaining balance will be withdrawn. Can you please point me to the article
in which its said that you have possibility to confiscate the deposit too?

Can't you buy a premium status on various review portals and lists?

Your case looks like the average KYC scam where the casino allows the player to play with no KYC, allow deposits and everything, but when a player wins and wants to withdraw they demand KYC and reject it for various reasons like the inability to prove residence which many people cannot prove because they don't pay their own bills.

You should ask them to return your money and close your account if they don't want to approve you. If they don't do it it's a scam.

It is very important to never believe and not trust these casino review sites, always look for more reviews, come to this forum and search for good casinos, of course a good way for you to find good casinos is to create a thread and ask questions, I just I can advise you to report your case in Curacao, to the Curacao Police because if they have a Curacao license then they have real data on them in Curacao

there are so many of us recommending all old gamblers or new gamblers to always be careful when they want to try betting on a gambling platform that has never been found before. by doing research on Google with certain platform keywords, all the reviews you are looking for will definitely appear, because Google will never lie and show everything.

It looks like the criminal charge you filed against them is your only chance now because Askgambler already issued their verdict on your complaint and you're not gonna like it. I'm guessing the information on the police investigation won't be made public but you can still update us on this thread.

A little check on Trustpilot will help you know about their reputation and avoid such situations. Their reputation appears to be very poor and this shows how risky it is to join this casino. It's time to see when your problem will be solved, because I can only see complaints against them and nothing positive.

The trust rating is going down. Though I do not trust Trustpilot's score as ratings/reviews on Trustpilot can be purchased. But as they have poor ratings they can be trusted. But for a good review, this forum is the best.

I had a weird experience w N1bet, the KYC process took about 10 days. I had to send at least 5 selfies and in the end their main goal was to humiliate me?

After i sent them the selfie with a winked eye, they told me it was actually not required and finally approved my withdrawal.  ???
Truly bizarre but thankfully i got my money out.
