Welcome back OP, I see your casino is good. You must have taken your time to work on your casino to this stage just as you have said. The area of KYC bothers me alot because this has been a bone of contention on this platform where participants are lured to get onboard a casino which states no kyc  and after  getting registered, playing and winning big, they opt for withdrawal but are met with a kyc when in real they stated no kyc which was what attracted the participants. I hope you will not demand for  kyc when it begins just like i had explained.

Lastly what do you intend doing about your promotional and marketing campaign?

Are you confident enough that your poker game will be able to survive in this industry while there were so many poker sites struggling hardly to attract players and most of them failed eventually. Why dont you consider to have common in house games such as dice, crash or mines? I think it will be easier to attract players with these games than poker, which means that it will be a bigger chance for you to make profit.


Dont forget to have additional promotions/competitions on your site, otherwise players who are aware about your site because of the signature campaign may not decide to play in your site due to lack of offers.

Poker have alot of competitions and quite a good number of casino have run alot of poker own promotion such as organizing poker tournaments, just to attract players to their casino and at that, not many pick interested in that game and just as Bitinity rightly said, you will have to put in extra efforts to be able to build up such reputations to meet up with other competitors who are already in the market before your arrival here.

I see the site that you offer is quite interesting with several types of games and sports betting.
Here I want to ask if the withdrawal per day has a limit of $ 2,500, if the customer withdraws the amount exceeding the limit can be accepted and in a nominal amount that exceeds the limit, will the customer still not be asked for KYC because several cases have occurred in casinos out there that ask KYC to their customers with large withdrawal transactions.

I have nothing against you not having KYC, but under which licenses will you operate and how will you protect yourself and prevent someone from doing bad things through your casino? Somehow it all seems too good to be true, but everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves, just as everyone deserves the right to express their doubts.

No one can disagree with you but you know betcrypto put a lot of effort since the beginning of the casino and they were strict about no KYC from the beginning. I have talked with betcrypto a lot of times and I have to admit that I was convinced that they are not the typical casino who will turn into a KYC casino at the end when people will make bigger withdraw. Not a vouch but I'm convinced enough that they are going to be a no KYC casino.

You are claiming that your casino is registered on costa rica yet there’s now way to verify your license and what is the scope of your license since you mention that you are following Costa rica law. Also how can you operate legally in other country with this kind of license. Is Costa rica license not limited only on South America?

Anyway welcome in the forum! It’s just kinda odd to see online casino that has a license from Costa Rica instead of the typical Curacao license which legally accepted on most of country.

As per FAQ, they are accepting high rollers and they ask anyone who are high rollers to send them an email to upgrade the account.
Maybe this upgrade account feature will also upgrade the withdrawal limit so high rollers will have bigger limit.
Anyway, I think the most interesting topic here is about the claim NO KYC EVER while on the other side they claim to be registered and regulated as a legal business.
Just wondering how can a legal and regulated gambling business is able to skip the possibility of KYC.?

Why did you made a strange choice for domain, with .cr instead of common .com or .io that most other casinos use?
It is good to see that you claim there is no kyc verification on your website, but there is a risk you could exist scam and take money from players, this happened before with some casinos.
I wanted to take more look on sportbsetting page but it can open only after registration and I dont like this, I need real good reason to sign up for new casinos.

In terms of disputes, it's easy to fight one without KYC. We can check the game history and see if the user cheats.

Just coming across this thread for the first time, and I believe its not too late to say welcome to the forum, I don't know if other users feel same way, but it always feels good to have new businesses register on this forum.

First and foremost, casinos without a license is already a put off for me, and I discover that casinos without license are mostly the once that do not require kyc from users, in as much as several gamblers don't like revealing their identity to gambling casinos, it is still very risky to gamble on a casino without licence - not sure if betcrypto have one, looked and can't find any..

Saying that you don't ask KYC ever is basically admitting that you allow money laundering. Don't you think that you are most likely going to be targeted by fatf etc?
I honestly can't even say that if exchanges would allow deposits from your site in the future if your site gets blacklisted because of AML laws.
Anyway, saying no kyc in any situations is a red flag for me and is just telling that there's no law protecting my money after i deposit it to your site.

But i have 2 questions...

1: Is your poker going to be p2p? And if it is, is it going to be similar to pokerstars, with different kind of games and tournaments?

Also from my side, welcome to the forum Betcyrpto. There is a lot of competition going on, but almost nice to new players.
A license for sure helps for he credibility but there are some established casinos that started without one and that are still going strong. Just visited the site, it is a bit slow loading (can also be on my side) but the design is nice and a lot of the big third party slot providers are listed which is a good start.

We have AML protocols idk why people think KYC is the holy grial, we have a 1x roll over requirement for deposits and we also check for dirty coins

Is this site really located in Costa Rica or only The IP? Because as I know, several new websites are just located the IPs in specific countries just to avoid tax, and restriction, and be friendly for newcomers.

So, about your site, IMO is looks normal for me, maybe I bit surprised when the chatbot was pinging me at the beginning even I didn't register yet. Most likely a shell company in Costa Rica. They don't want their .com domain seized so they use .cr. A lot now use .lv or .ag

I have checked the KYC requirements of 150+ crypto casinos. But I haven't seen any casino where it is clearly mentioned in the terms that KYC verification isn't required. Betcrypto is the first crypto casino where I have seen this terms. But why are you asking for some personal details (level 1 KYC information) in the 'My Account Info' page?

So, at the end we have a license from San Jose (our local government) to operate an online gambling business sadly is not online for validation, you can see the kind of websites the Costa Rica government has they are really old and break a lot

I dont live in Costa Rica so I dont know the full truth, all information I found are from internet so they could be outdated and incorrect.

Your casino isn't operated under a real license operator. The online gambling isn't regulated in Costa Rica. I'm wondering what kind of documents you are considering as a license.

Honestly, I don’t see the point of verification code for fighting multiple account. It’s very easy to create multiple email address with just one mobile number. An abuser will find a way to deal with restrictions if the casino doesn’t have KYC which is the only way to assign ownership to an account 1:1.

This is the downside of having no KYC policy. It’s good in general for players but I doubt that you can keep up offering a bonus without someone abusing it because there’s a lot of casino being subject by bonus abused even if they have strict KYC policy and wagering requirements.

There is always a positive and negative side to the features of gambling sites. I have seen peeps fighting over why casinos need my KYC, "I want my money without KYC verification", and much more. It is intriguing that whenever there is a non-KYC-based casino the opposite cases will be argued, just like the account authentication that we are discussing here.

I think non-KYC casinos can only rely on the IP addresses or maybe do mobile verification. Systems are in a place where virtual mobile numbers can be identified. So if any user is using such services could easily get flagged anyways. This might be a poor setting but it would be something more than nothing.

Apart from that some casinos are using level-based KYC. This starts with basic KYC, a single document, then goes to the above level with multiple verifications. This is anyway based on how much money is getting gambled. Not sure it would work or not.

I think his idea is fair and still in-line with there tag line. They still have no KYC on regular players and just introduced it voluntarily if a user wants to pursue a certain bonus.

Account authentication doesn't consider part of KYC. Or maybe it does? I don't know. But, NON-KYC casinos have limited way to catch multiple accounts. They can check IP and device models only. In the words of technology, it's not hard to use a different IP every time you visit a website. So, asking for Email Verification or Mobile number verification could help them. It's not like you are giving them your data like a passport copy or utility copy.

Well, they are a no-KYC casino for sure. They already have told that they aren't going to ask for KYC from any user ever. Regarding the bonus (200% welcome), it has been paused due to a significant number of abuses. A lot of people tried to claim the bonus by creating new accounts. Right now, their bonus has been set and the site has been developed as par but they are having the final test, having some more exclusive updates, etc. as per the chat I had with the team.

It is because of the cheaters, that the casino aren't able to give bonuses and that too without KYC as then people will just make many accounts to misuse the bonus. I think in the case, gambling casinos does not have much choices other than to limit the bonuses etc.

Anyways, i liked the fact that they are non-KYC casino. The good casino with no KYC are very rare and this one is a good find.  :)

After a really good run, I had a terrible experience with this casino. Would be nice to have some more opinions on the matter.

You opened 2 accounts, that's against our Terms and Conditions (https://www.betcrypto.cr/terms-and-conditions/), point 16, you are not allowed to have multiple accounts

With your second account, you were able to withdraw ALL the deposits you did + profit

I have read about your call center and it's already a year ago since you've mentioned it so, this time I guess that they're all operational and at the same time you're boasting about having no kyc.

I like when most of the casinos don't enforce kyc and they're giving the freedom to their gamblers as that's what we don't want to comply mostly.

But I do think that you've got some threshold and limits as per user depending on the limit that you'll trigger it automatically when the withdrawal comes and as for deposit, probably there is as well to clarify where the funds came and to avoid issues of money laundering.

We have Daily , Weekly , Monthly limits for withdrawals, it at the FAQ that's the only way we can keep the no KYC with some limits   

They can also do whatever they want to your account, and you have no way to appeal, there is regulator, arbitrator or anything like that. If try decide to close you down, that's it.
