Hello or good evening gamers,

For the second time, Shiftcrypto has entrusted me with the reins of this competition to win a Bitbox to secure your precious private keys. We're lucky to have such a sponsor, so it would be very kind of you to complete the survey conscientiously and efficiently. (https://bitbox.swiss/)

The purpose of this contest is none other than to complete a survey so that Shiftcrypto can further improve its products. You'll be drawn at the end thanks to the wonderful bitmover tool (https://bitcoindata.science/giveaway-manager/).

Deadline: July 9 midnight Paris time.

Here are the rules:

1. To participate, you must be registered on that forum since at least January 1, 2023. Your mission will be to find a partner in a local section who has written at least 10 messages on the forum. Your partner will also have to register to take part. It's a great opportunity to make new friends.
2. Fill in the survey (about 10mns). No email required.
3. Once you've completed the survey, you'll confirm on the forum that it's done.
4. Prize draw on July 10.


 => After midnight July 9, it will no longer be possible.
=> No possibility of getting satoshis instead of the prize.
=> You can offer the Bitbox to anyone you like.
=> We're counting on your fair play to be honest - there's no point in filling in several questionnaires anyway, it won't give you any more chances of winning.

Thanks for the contest!

I just participated in the survey, chose @Little Mouse from my local thread, and invited him to participate.

Now I am curious how you will select winners and identify my submitted response. Because I did not find any form where you asked for my forum username, and you did not collect the email either. Or did I miss something?

As we've just discussed this with Becassine, I'll take the liberty of replying. The survey part is based on trust, so no username or email is required.

The winner will be drawn at random using the bitmover tool to ensure impartiality, as mentioned in the first message. Becassine will probably keep a list of participating usernames and submit it after the deadline on the bitmover site.

Shiftcrypto put all faith in that  ;D ;D

This is an interesting point.
If OP shows all the names at the end, I'm not sure what's the point for the google form then.
If OP doesn't show all the names before picking the block, then people will start complaining about the "unclear" fairness :D


PS. It's solely OP's business how he's doing this, please take it as advice, not as complaint (since it's not).

What if everyone starts saying they have participated in the survey, but they did not? You shouldn't count me in just because I am saying I have participated in this survey. Since it's already started, I am unsure if this can be changed. I hope people won't lie and take advantage of it. I hope if someone says they are IN, they will also participate in the survey.

The BitBox02 hardware wallet is really great and reliable and has a lot of positive reviews and ratings on Truspolite; although I have not heard of it before, I hope to own one and be the winner of the prize draw and hope that I can receive it in my country smoothly.

On this forum we can find the crème de la crème of bitcoiners. What could be better than asking their opinion directly via a survey? But of course Shiftcrypto wishes to preserve the anonymity of participants, which is why there are no e-mails or usernames, just trust in your desire to give your opinion. As for the partners, it's my idea, it's true, it's because I think it's nice to have people from other sections who never come here. Their opinion is important too. Your partner's name will only appear in the magic box from bitmover once he has notified us that he has completed the survey (in this thread).

If you look on the link example posted by iwantmyhomepaidwithbtc2 the list of participants is filled there before the draw/mining of the the selected block.. so the time the list is created the order is settled!
