Your crypto exchange uses other bigger third-party crypto exchanges for Liquidity, correct?

If yes, then what happens if a customer's funds are blocked in a third party exchange pending KYC verification, maybe due to a suspicious transaction. What do you do in this scenario because you already promised your clients that your service will not require KYC?

I saw the exchange platform from the signature campaign that one of us yahoo62278 dropped today, and from there I checked the website to see the content of the exchange and when I enter the site omen, I was first thinking that it is a mixer. It does not look like an exchange. I don't know why exchange that are coming now are difficult to understand. Binance, Busa, Ramitano and others that I have used is not like this. Those ones that I listed are very simple to use. Even mixer, I have not seen a simple mixer to use. All mixers I have been trying to use, have one issue or the other.

I think what Jerome was trying to ask is whether you're using a third-party service to provide liquidity, or all of the funds are yours, and if you've built this from scratch yourself.

If you are using a third party, this would mean that they are the ones processing the transactions so if they decide to ask the user for KYC, the users have to comply. Correct? An example to give for this is wallets with built-in exchanges like Exodus, atomic wallet, etc. They have zero control over the swap feature, so if any issues arise, the wallet provider can't do anything and the user has to contact the third-party service.

OP I got to know about this exchange and announcement thread through a well known manager (yahoo62278) and if it came to this platform through him them be rest assured of your project but this exchange does looks more like a DEX  wit no KYC which I think members would definitely indicate interest in it. I like the outlook of the exchange and it is unique. The UI is quite alright and the exchange features are quite numerous as one can swap for any coin or token of their choices but I will advise a a new exchange here is the right place for publicity and as such, you would make it very high and huge but in other to achieve that, you1month advertisement and publicity would not be enough to cover the campaign because this is an exchange and as such would need constant publicity. Do well to extend your campaign lifeline for a longer period so that members would not be sceptical about your presence here.
You can use bestchange as an example. They have long been in existence here and are still running their campaign with their exchange recording numerous successes. You can achieve that too only if you extend your campaign and already you have a reputable manager in charge of your campaign.

Because this is a hypothetical problem, it did not actually happen. Kindly describe clearly which function you encountered when using kyc? Because depending on the situation and the use of different sections, (e.g. flash exchange on the homepage, buy and sell coins, wealth management, and currency deposits are traded in the standard market), the corresponding solution plans are also different. If you just use the lightning exchange on the homepage, there is no KYC.. (Please see quote #5 for additional reference)

This point may not be clear enough because there are possibilities that I do not know if you have taken into account. Since the platform does not require identity verification procedures, can you explain to us how your system will act with deposits that come directly from Mixer platforms or from any source that can be considered suspicious? If you do not take this into account, then your system itself may turn into a mixer for cleaning suspicious funds, and not just trading.
Also, in cases of refund, how will the client be contacted if he deposited from an address that is not owned by him or directly from a trading platform or any other site?

2. What kind of license do you have? Because I can't imagine saying no KYC when you hold a license to operate exchange.

I see you're also doing spot trading, what are the limits for it?

I can't seem to find any information for this. It appears there is no help center for self-help articles (aside from the FAQ) which I highly recommend doing so as it would cause less strain to your support team.

The amount of hipocrisy coming from a single person just in a single thread is overwhelming.

You say you don't need KYC then you say you need KYC.

Also, using the "not your keys, not your coins" expression in marketing content writing for a custodial service is a most dishonest marketing ever.

Please clean up your thread and rewrite what you actually advertise here. I also suggest to remove the "NO KYC" part from your thread's title, since you have clearly stated you are a "taint proclaiming" service and require KYC.

Haven’t visited the site, I could say it’s design comes with an ease to understand nature to it, non registrations is required and supports over 35 coins to swap from and to with over 8 blockchains to utilize, the exchange seems very much in order to deliver some quality service. Fees fixed and floating between 1% to 0.35% of volume isn’t overly what’s obtainable.

Although, I must note that the announcement thread seems a lot more dull and unattractive as it is and you might at OP consider adding pictures to the Ann thread and some other floating icons. That would serve for a clickbait and serve for a campaign on service.

Please remember that newbies ranks are not allowed to display images in their posts. The best thing they can do is to rank up to Junior Member or they can pay someone to post their announcement thread, which allows them to include images in their posts. Or someone can send merit to the ANN Thread in order to be able to rank up.

I have visited the site and it is clear that the design is really easy for everyone to understand and the appearance of the trades for advanced mode is also quite good. Apart from that, I see a security section that only exists for personal verification without anything else, but I myself still haven't verified by uploading documents. In general, this bitsar exchange is quite light and makes it easy for every user to access it from any device.

I think a suggestion like this also needs to be considered by the OP so that the announcement thread can look more lively and not boring for visitors because it can also generate interest from new users and a certain influence for everyone who has just seen this bitsar exchange. Couple of days ago had to send a fraction of BTC to someone and decided to give a try at your service using some USDT trc20 I had sitting in a wallet.

First move I did was texting "best way to swap usdt on tron network to btc" on a search engine and basically most , if not all, of your competitor came up except for you :  this is something you should really work on soon as possible; I also typed "bitsar" and "even "bitsar.com" in search field and your site didn't come up : if you don't fix this I really don't know how potential customers can find your service.

And this is really a waste because next step I did was comparing you and some of your competitors ( the ones who came up first on web search) to find out your service is the more convenient from a customer point of view (following screenshots were taken in the same minute and opted for float rate wherever I was given the choice to do it)

Once I found out Bitsar was the cheaper I gladly went for it.
Thing I liked  most is I was not required to create an account or input an email or just fill any slightly personal information to do so, I just :

 - Filled the amount of USDT I wanted to send
 - Chose the currency I wanted to swap to
 - Entered the BTC address I wanted to send to and clicked "Exchange Now" button
 - Then I was asked to send the required amount of USDT, sent them and in a few receiver confirmed he got his BTC

I gave your service a try for the first time and I'm probably never going to use it again.
I wanted to exchange bitcoin to altcoin, chose quantity of coins, yeah, rates are good, nothing special but good for this service. Then, I deposited my bitcoins to your address, waiting to get 6 confirmations on my transaction to get my altcoin but surprise, your system got stuck at 3 confirmations while my transaction had more than 6 confirmations. Then I contacted your customer support, which was very slow and probably not knew much but finally managed to get answer and she told me that technical group would inspect that problem but hours have passed and still my order is frozen. It's just super simple to send me my altcoins.
I have some questions:
1. Why is your system so problematic? First deposit and already got problems.
2. I chose your exchange because it had slightly better fees than other websites, what's the point of choosing your exchange if I have to wait hours or days. Some bucks doesn't worth the headache.
3. It's optional but 6 confirmations for an instant exchange is more than necessary.
4. You probably didn't notice but the Bitcoin logo is very low quality on your website:

I doubt that any new exchange has that amount of USDT coins available every day, this sounds a bit fishy to me.

Wow. TBH, I just know that there is an exchange who allow non verified users can withdraw more than $10,000. According to my experience, the maximum amount of money that we can withdraw for non verified account is only around 2 BTC. So, it is a special advantage to use Bitsar for people who don't want to pass KYC. Moreover, I read on the site, it is actually no need for registration to use Bitsar service. I'm amazed how you really respect people's privacy.

Is it possible for each person to withdraw maximum 5,000,000 USDT per day? It is surely a huge amount, in my local exchange we only can withdraw below $20,000 daily.

I did try with a different browser (with extensions and blockers disabled), without an account and changed countries but no luck.

Just tried it myself and actually it took about 30 to 40 seconds , during which I was displayed that same screenshot you posted , to load the pair I was browsing, than the order book filled and lastly the graph was visible.
But after that initial stalling phase  whatever pair I selected it was immediately available with all infos.

So, spot trading is available now ( seems like no maintenance ongoing) but maybe something should be improved in site loading.

I tried to load the website again after reading your post but no luck! I played with my VPN (paid) again, and nothing. I tried with another different browser-- brave and it worked! it did load slow (particularly the charts) but it worked.

The browsers I've tried last night were firefox and librewolf. I just remembered librewolf is a fork of firefox which could explain why they had the same result. Brave by the way is chromium based. So perhaps, this doesn't do well with firefox/firefox based browsers? however, I do remember accessing the spot market on the 24th of September using firefox browser and it went fine.

Anyhow, I was gonna try this but found their deposit addresses for btc are all legacy -- instant and spot. This came as a surprise since segwit addresses have been the standard.

I tried either with Chrome and Edge with almost same loading time ( around 10 seconds) on my desktop PC; also tried with duckduckgo on my mobile phone, had to switch settings to desktop site otherwise I had no way to see  spot trading option, and ...surprise...it took a couple od seconds to have everything displayed and operational.

I received my coins, thanks. I hope it won't happen again too. By the way, do you plan to reduce the number of confirmation for bitcoin transaction on instant exchanges? For example, when you try to exchange BTC to other altcoin instantly, your competitors send coins once your bitcoin transaction gets 1 confirmation while you are waiting for 6 confirmations, don't you plan to at reduce this number? Believe me, it can annoying for users who choose float rate.

That's really a huge number. This website doesn't have such a big trading volume, no one will be able to fulfill an order of even 1 million USDT to Bitcoin order and I think in this case, its playing with numbers or am I wrong Bitsar?

@OP, where can I find the download link for the bitsar smartphone application for my iPhone (because I can't find it), I really like doing transactions via smartphone, I think it's more convenient.

There is a thing that I don't understand on Bitsar. Why do you have requirement of different fees for different exchanges?
1. BTC to Ethereum instant exchange - Bitsar says that I have to wait for 30 confirmations in order to complete the exchange. Just why do you ask for 30 confirmations? There is absolutely no way that someone will be able to double spend bitcoins after 10 confirmation, overall, 6 confirmation is the gold standard but many businesses accept 1 confirmation. Many of your competitors release funds after 1 confirmation of bitcoin transaction.
2. BTC to Litecoin - 1 confirmation is needed to complete the exchange.
3. BTC to BCH - 1 confirmation is needed to complete the exchange.
4. BTC to Dash - 6 confirmation is needed to complete the exchange.

Why do you wait for different number of Bitcoin transaction confirmations for different exchanges? I think there is absolutely no point.

I would suggest also to do something decisive to improve your social network presence : I see just 9 Twitter (I still haven't gotten used to calling it X)  followers, 3 subscribers to your Telegram channel and 157 followers to your Facebook page. Maybe a bounty program could give an easy boost to them but I'm sure Yahoo62278 could suggest you what could be more effective.
It's a waste having a good working product no one knows about.

I took the time and read the entire thread here and one thing I also wonder about is the "no-custody" part for the instant exchange mode. The reason that caught my eye is because I was using a service from a competitor of yours a while ago and they also said that the service is not centralized and they could not intervene with the transaction if they wanted to. But the issue is that they obviously can because something didn't work in their backend, I reached out to the customer service and they manually got it solved. While this does of course involve trust that you honor your obligations, I wonder why you think that there is no moment of custody involved on your behalf?

I get that the service is automated, but that doesn't mean nobody could push a button and decide to not initiate the actual exchange. I am using these exchange services and in many situations it is definitely the easiest and quickest way for crypto to crypto trades. But I have only used modest amounts so far because I am quite sure that there are centralized elements involved in the process. This is what some people here referred to when they are saying that sent coins could get stuck without receiving the bought crypto in return. I think this is not to express distrust here right away, but technically people care whether it is really trustless or it is not.

In your FAQ 4. says "...and Sanbu can easily complete the transaction." I wonder what is "Sanbu"?

I read your previous post here where you mentioned that when you deposited a small amount everything went okay. However, now that you've deposited a large amount you can't withdraw.

This is the question that you have to ask before doing any deposit. And you should have found this thread and read other comments before deposit.

$6000 is a lot of money, I can't imagine how you risked that on an exchange that was created some weeks ago. For larger exchanges, I would check popular exchanges listed on Bestchange. Also, for large orders, I would probably use Fixedfloat.com and easybit.com.

This is very unprofessional of them and I hope it's not what I am thinking (exit scam). I want to tag them but need to know how far they have gone about with your transaction.
My advice is to avoid this new "instant" exchanges until they are proven trustworthy. There are old ones that have worked over the years, like eXch.cx

You made the post here on 16th October and the  scam accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5470766.0) on 18th October, can you tell us exactly what communication you had with the Bitsar team regarding your pending withdrawal? From the image you posted previously, it seems today is the 7th day since this incident occurred and that is a long time for any withdrawal to be pending. It has also been four days since you last posted about this issue therefore an update would welcomed.

Ouch that sounds very bad : I have used their service , for a way lower amount than yours, couple of months ago and I was really satisfied with their service both in terms of cost-effectiveness and speed of their service. Also they were running a signature campaign here and they were changing their signature code almost every week and this gave me the impression that they intended to continue to be present here for a certain time.
Unfortunately all the signs say otherwise, they are completely missing in action here and they are not even pretending there is some issues ongoing.

I used this platform several times and I did not have any problems except that completing deposits always took additional time. For example, Bitcoin deposits do not actually arrive after only two confirmations from the network.
In fact, I did not have any critical problems, and I stopped using it since the scam accusation was published then the issue didn't yet get solved.

I think it's a deposit address dor one user account but it's still owned by the exchange and can use it for internal transfer or any kind of transaction. It's not in the propriety of the account user.

This user who posted the scam accusation said that his pending withdrawal value was about $6000 then became $9000:

I can't mention any coin whose value raised 50% in just one day. Maybe the experts can browse the the price market for that day and explain a little more about what should be.

The question is, how much have you traded on this exchange? As you mentioned there's a delay when you're trading on this exchange which means they might be trying to determine who or how much they will scam.

Perhaps you are right on this point regarding whether or not to decide whether to deposit money based on the size of the deposit. Your conclusion may be correct because the largest deposit I made did not exceed $200 in one transfer, meaning it is not a large amount, and I am almost certain that the total amounts I have deposited since registering on the platform did not exceed $2,000.

But at the same time, I cannot ignore the fact that the incident of losing $6,000 is almost the only one because I do not see any other complaints on various sites on the Internet. As I previously explained, the story is suspicious given the rate of increase in the value of those assets, as described by the complainant.

I have used it a couple of times hassles free and with very cheap rates but every time I exchanged under the $200 mark as well so lets say I stayed on the safe side.
Also I agree with you about the 50% increase declared being a bit enigmatic but it is undeniable that Bitsar representative here on the form is missing in action here on the forum for over a month now.
Furthermore their Facebook account and Twitter account last activities are both dated October 1st which more or less coincides with their disappearances from here.
 

Frankly speaking, the absence of any indication from the platform representative here on the forum increases my doubts about the credibility of bitsar. Because I do not imagine that the member who posted the allegation and then disappeared had his problem solved without someone from the platform team coming to confirm that. My doubts increased after it was confirmed that activity on the rest of the official channels, such as Facebook and Twitter, had stopped.

I call on all users to deal with this platform with caution until its activity on official channels returns to its previous normal.
