Ballet wallets are BIP38 encrypted wallets and therefore not a hardware wallet.

Anytime I use a paper wallet I fully sweep and never use again as the private key has been exposed to the internet.

A hardware wallet I can use over and over again and like Trezor are BIP39 wallets, deterministic wallets so they are totally different.
