Yes It does look sus when looking at the code they added .drone.jsonnet and LEVIN_PROTOCOL.md and changed hidden service port from 22023 to 30000 they also took the lokinet code and changed all the names from lokid or loki to sispop or sispopd and spell checked the code. It looks like they tried this before with https://github.com/sispopplatform/oxen-core including randomx mining. We could think that they are trying to make monero and lokinet combined to help people stay anonymous but I would be sus especially with all the scam coins.
