Personally, a a bettor, I find it very stressful when watching the game you are betting especially if it will end up a losing bet.

If we have the same experience, how do you cope up with that problem, after all, gambling should be fun but why we have this kind of feeling that we feel disappointed when our bet loses?

It is normal if we are disappointed by losing a match, which causes us to experience loss.
If you want to avoid disappointment after placing a bet on his team, you don't need to watch the match and do something else so that your mind won't be curious about the result. Additionally, once you place a bet, make yourself forget about that bet and return to the casino when it's over.
If the result is a loss, you will not be disappointed because you only placed a bet with an amount you can afford.
And if you win, you can cash out the winnings and enjoy it.
But usually, a gambler who places a bet on a match will watch the match too so they can find out whether their team will win or lose.
So it is a normal thing that gamblers feel when they lose.

I normally bet a significant amount of money based on my limit. Based on my experience, when you are watching a game you bet with, you'll be able to experience mixed emotions, and that's normal which I think that would give a thrill in sports betting.

Of course, when you lose you feel sad, but it's not something that would stay for long, you still have time to bounce back and try to win.

I guess if you are really serious with gambling, you need to learn how to control your emotion first. The fact  that we are dealing with money here, it should be properly handle in order to grow it, but being weak emotionally, it might create problems along the way.

I am sure many will agree that watching with a bet is more fun but for me personally when I am watching my favorite team playing I love watching without a bet.That for the simple reason that when the bet goes wrong we tend to get mad and we lose the real enjoyment of watching our team playing.Yesterday I was watching a team I love to watch without betting as they did not win and I would be mad double the amount,one for not winning and one for not winning the bet.

That feelings always comes when you are losing and also if you stake higher than your expectations, you know many people gamble with the hope they will change their story from gambling and anytime it happens like this they often have this feeling that today again I am losing after all I have lost either last week or past days. But whenever you are watching the game without you staking your money you won't attached any feelings because you are neutral not losing not gaining rather watching to ease oneself.

It depends of how big the bet actually is. The bigger the bet, the most stressful experience you get. I don't know about any sports bettor, who would be stressed out about a 1 dollar bet. ;D If you bet your life savings on a single football match, the stress level would probably hit the roof.
Sports betting is fun, but in a different way, in comparison to the traditional casino games. I don't know how to describe it. In traditional casino games(for example poker) you are the one, who is playing the game and making decisions. This is what creates the fun experience. While in sports betting, you have to analyze your team(or athlete), place your bet and just wait for the end result. This is a more passive experience, in comparison to the active casino gambling experience.

Yeah I'm not that interested in watching the games I bet on, even when it's my own favorite team. I think that when I watch it and the game doesn't go as expected, I worry that it will ruin my mood during the game. So instead of feeling disturbed, it's better for me to avoid watching the match and use that time to play slots or other activities.

I feel like you are becoming extra frustrated because you bet with huge amount of money that you probably cannot afford to lose. It has been mentioned here oftentimes that we should not stake amount of money that we cannot afford to lose for bets because of the psychological trauma it comes with. We all have our mental health to protect at the end of everything and that should matter most to us.

If you are gambling for fun sake, stake some few cash that you can afford to lose. In fact, to make it more fun, you can stake for higher odds with no much expectations since the amount can be ignored when things go wrongly. I suggest you should take it from that angle of staking what you can afford to lose and not some huge cash or your income. It will end up affecting you and instead of enjoying the fun that comes with it, you end up being frustrated and in worst cases, you become depressed.

Start to stake the amount of money that you can afford to lose on matches and you will have fun both with the stake and the match that you are watching. Using huge amount or the amount of money that you can not afford to lose to gamble has been the reason you will be watching the match and be panicking while losing. Gambling should not be like that.

Of course, it's always painful when we see our bets losing and we think that we should have bet the correct one. Or at least what's painful is that like in sports bet, you want to bet on the other team and then you change your mind and suddenly end up losing.

As to how we cope, I guess we should let it go and not think about it. Maybe you just have to take a walk or something, talk to your family member, at least do something that will get away your mind from that losses. And then after that, you will feel good and might go and bet the next day.

I usually remain indifferent to the events I have played. For sure, a victory can made my day but you can always have a positive day when the main objective is to "have fun" while betting and not trying to "earn money".

I don't think "having fun" from "gambling" are two separable factors.
Practically, in one way or another they are always linked to each other.

Such is usually cause by an inability to accept loosing ones bets probably that you don't find fun in your gambling other than basically considering the excitements in your winnings and the sadness at your losts.
You are being anxious about your games but most considering moments of loosing as unbearable states of time to withstand the fact of loosing.
It happens most times of repeatedly failure so you literally ain't fit anymore to accepting further losses.

Oh yeah... It happens to me sometimes most especially at a wrapping (finishing) points of the game While it is not going interesting and no hope of my winning.
Then I feels like leaning on someone behind to just tell me how it ended instead of having my eyes and attentions on the board. Sometimes too I would take slow back steps like I am walking away with the believe that I have lost but yet I am expecting the least seconds before the end game to make an exciting different then I could step up again with a cheers of yeah..... I made it.

OP, I can understand that feeling, especially during bets where I am under pressure from money and the desire to win. With gambling perhaps the appeal makes people blind to decisions and believe in a chance of making money.

But still honestly, if you want to get out of that situation, manage your assets before playing, considering that money will definitely be lost and you have nothing to regret. I don't believe too much in life-changing opportunities based on gambling, because luck is inherently fair, if it's not good enough, don't expect much luck.

Watching a game you bet on would just give you an unnecessary pressure, especially if th game is going the opposite direction of your prediction. It's likely to cause you an immediate behavioral change when watching the game. Although whenever I play a game I'd always go to check on the scores much frequently but I wouldn't just glue my eye to the screen or the game because it gives me some sort of discomfort and I don't like that. Although there are people who really prefer to watch their game, so they can see every detail and maybe know when to start praying just Incase their game is going the contrary direction lol.

Every game has its excitement, either football or UFC or racing games, and to get the full excitement package while be a gambler you only need to risk what you can afford to lose, think over head, that if the game goes out of your favour will you like losing the money? Gamblers don't always think about the aftermath, they are always so stuck in the present.

If the amount you risk is very low you will comfortably enjoy the game and what happens after won't matter, but if you risk a lot of money, while the game is ongoing you will feel the panic inside and react to any situation in the game, rest will only occur after the game ends and you win.

Of course, it's stressful when watching the game and we end up losing our bet. Like a game that is close and that it can go either way. Unfortunately, there as some small mistakes by your team causing you to lose that one.


Just accept the fact that you have lost your bet already and that there's nothing that you can do about it. Maybe learn a thing or two, and then look at how you analyzed the game. Maybe you might have missed something along the way and then just put this as a learning experience.

It's more exciting to watch a game with a bet, our emotions swing as the game goes on, because the outcome of the game will determine whether we lose or win.
Especially if we bet a large amount. It's very tense. LOL I strongly advise not to bet on the amount of money that makes you fall poor when losing it.

Disappointments and anger would really be just that normal since we are really just that humans on which emotions would really be felt out on the time that we are losing bets. It would really be just that normal to have this kind of emotion or feeling since we dont really like for our bets to have that losing situation on which it is really that considered to be part of the thrill.Yes,its not enjoyable or something entertaining but if you are really that making bets just for the thrill then you should really accept out this kind of scenario or situation on the time that you would really be getting involved with betting on sports on which this what really adds on the fun. Play for the thrill and cant really be avoided that we would really be that aiming for win because we know that we could also make some profit or wins too.

How you would really be able to get rid? This is via longer experience with betting on which you would really be that to make yourself that emotionally stable or something

I prefer to watch the game with bet instead of watch without a bet because I mostly bet on a game where I'm interested to watch. But if there are many games I bet and there are two or more games happen at the same time, I can only watch one game and only watch the highlight on the another games.

I only feel disappointed when the team or player I bet not play like their last match, but if they have show a good fight, even I lose my bet, I can accept that.

Gambling should be fun when you are rich. But if you are someone who is trying to make money through gambling, then it’s obvious that you will be stressed. Rich people gamble for recreational purpose, hence when they place bet, they don’t have any fear of losing the money. On the other hand, a middle class man places a bet in order to make some extra bucks. He is risking his hard earned money for it, so how come he will be calm while the match’s outcome going against him?

I can remember a match that the winner won with 2 goals. In the first half, a goal was scored by the away team. There were many people watching the match and I was among them. A man was seen unhappy. Although we should not be happy because the away team was winning our country's team, but at least you can still see the energy in us. This man was helpless. At the second half, the away team scored the second goal and the man fainted. What caused it? He gambled the match with huge amount of money. If we are going to watch a match or not, we should avoid using too much amount to gamble. You are able to watch the match enjoyably because you used little amount of money to place bet on the match.

For me, I don't want to watch a match where I have bet because it gives me a mixed emotions and possibly I can't concentrate on watching. It's better for me to watch a normal game without my own bet so that I can watch and comment freely without thinking how's my money. sometime It's kinda disappointed if I didn't place a bet especially if my instincts about the winning team is right but yeah, that's how gambling works.

Losing a bet becomes stressful only if you lose consecutively. The feeling of being stressed was caused by the disappointment you have every after the game of your bet and you end up losing your every bet. I understand you very well. I also feel stressful when I watch an event when I have placed a bet on it. And I know that very well little greedy guy inside me (and in everyone) that triggers me to place a bet. So to shut his mouth, I suggest to place a minimum bet on an a ridiculous event. For example if you watch football, place a bet on number of free kicks or corners. That is really hard to predict and fun to count, as with minimum bet you dont lose anything significant, yet still gamble.

Or just change your attitude to gambling. You watch the game because you have placed a bet. But you must watch the game, and make betting like an addition. Like popcorn and drink when you go to cinema. It isnt obligatory, but you still buy it, even though the price is x5 than regular popcorn and drink would cost.

Yeah its disappointing when we lose but somehow we enjoy once we are winning that's why its split thought regarding on this topic.
But somehow we can enjoy watching when theirs a bet since we could think about different type of methods we use then with that our focus is on the game and with that for sure we can enjoy gambling with using our bets.

But also we could enjoy watching especially if we are spectating on exciting rounds made by our favorite streamer or friends since every risky action we do is giving us a suspense feeling even if we are not betting since the atmosphere or the vibes can caught us up by each result shown since we are following that session which we enjoy to spectate.

That’s probably because you gambled more money than you can afford to lose or maybe you are gambling for money and not for fun. When you gamble for fun i believe you will not feel stressed when losing a bet even if you are watching the game as it goes on.

No one wants to lose in any game so the reason for being stressed out is natural, i think it’s imbedded in all humans to feel disappointed when things are not going our way especially when something is at stake. When watching a live game you gambled on and things are not going as predicted i also get furious and that’s the more reason I don’t watch matches I gamble on and it’s the more reason i stick to gambling for fun and only staking an amount I believe i can afford to lose.

Personally, I tend to bet with money that I can afford to lose, so when I lose a bet I won't feel that much disappointment, but when I bet, I don't watch the whole match only occasionally to make for posts, I don't have enough time to watch. In fact, watching matches while betting is a pleasure for those who like it, but the risk is that if the club you are betting on loses, you tend to get carried away by emotions. I bet not only on 1 match but also on other matches so I don't have time to watch all the matches I bet on. I only look at the final result in the hope of winning but if not I don't feel annoyed or emotional because of the money I spent betting not too big.

It's natural for you to feel disappointed when your bet loses because you've lost the money and you hope your bet can win but in reality it doesn't meet your expectations. This is what sports betting uses skill and doesn't always get a definite profit, my advice if you have difficulty Control your emotions when watching while betting. It's not gambling when you are not losing, losing is very much associated with gambling that is why it is called gambling, you can either lose or win it is 50/50 but if we're talking about online gambling platforms, the house has an edge so there's a big probability of losing than winning.

I like the idea of accepting that the money is no more yours before you even place the bet, this gives you the sense of total control on your bankroll, having this type of mind will make you believe that risking what you can afford to lose is the best way with gambling.

It's understandable. Losing money on a game you were excited about is a major bummer.  Makes sense to feel crappy.  Gambling should be a fun activity, but the tension can gnaw at you too and  it goes with the territory. 

Still, if you're always tense or bummed post-losing spree, may wanna rethink your betting habits.  When it stops being fun and starts messing with your head step back.  Take five, go do something you dig that has nada to do with gambling.

 For me, you kinda feel the thrill, excitement, and fun when you bet while watching because when you win your money can be doubled and it's very overwhelming to feel and want to bet more. But sad to say that nothing is permanent you win and you lose and then start to feel like you have to win your money back.


I believe that when it comes to gambling our fate relies on luck and if luck was not on your side, accept the fact that you lose, and when we lose we get stressed but then decided to bet again.  :D The reality is that gambling is very addicting, that when you started it there is no way to get out or there is no turning back.

I guess this depends on your preference. But as for me, it isn't counted as gambling if there's no money at stake. It will be much challenging and nerve-wracking when you are watching your own bet progress into something. It's exciting and at the same time you will feel some tense due to fund at stake when you mess up, but that's what makes it more fun and thrilling to some. Meanwhile, if you didn't place a bet like an actual money and just see how things will progress, it could lessen the burden on your heart because you have nothing to worry about, since you can't really lose if you didn't bet. So it's really depends on you which you enjoy more.

Personally, I'm entertained when I'm just watching someone else's bet rather staking on my own. There's a rush of excitement that comes from rooting for them and their bets to win. And I find it comforting that I get to support their bets that I like too without losing money.

Personally, when I watch for fun, I am more likely to make a small bet. I dont care much about the money, but I find it always nice to get any kind of reward in the end, whether it is a candy or a lot of money. When I watch sports and cheer for specific team or a player, I prefer not to bet, as I am concentrated on the game and worry about the result. In this case I dont need another stressor.

It's difficult to admit that we don't feel sad about losing a game we staked money for a particular team to win. It feels better to gamble on a game and not watch the match than view it, as every single mistake by the team would result in our emotional emotions. Betting large amounts is very painful compared to the lesser amount, and the gambler would have to remain uncomfortable until the game is over; 1hr 30mins. Slots could be more painful but in a short while. During the Arsenal game with Aston Villa, we all wanted Arsenal to win. The mind didn't rest, not until the last whistle was blown. I felt a sigh of relief, despite Arsenal losing the game. Watching the game and losing, isn't ok, as the gambler expects a magical goal. The fun is instantly recovered once our team scores.

For me, it is more fun when were are watching an event with a bet. It's more thrilling since we're curious if we're going to win or lose. The downside though is there are times when we lose our mood when losing a bet. I also don't understand sometimes why it happens to me especially when I am only betting an amount that I don't mind losing as well.

I think it was last month, I was supposed to buy groceries after a boxing and a UFC event. But I canceled it and just stayed at home drinking beers while watching movies because I lost 3 of my bets on those events. :D

The reason is that we are afraid to lose our money, we would like to make a risk in gambling but we are afraid to lose our money reason why other people get mad, angry, etc those negative emotions release because they cant handle it anymore, gambling is not just about fun because you are winning not as always this happens. If you want to play gambling make sure you know already that your funds deposited not as always win the game, if you already accepted this fact you can now free will with these negative emotions because you accepted the chance to win or not. If you just watch gambling fair enough to get entertained its up to you people already contented with this but some people are now because they want to take risk too and chance to win like others made.

When you lose a bet, it does not actually feel good irrespective of how much risk management you applied. But if this pain lingers for two long and even lead to anger and depression, then there is a problem with the risk you took. If you are actually well balanced in terms of bankroll management, it will not even make much difference if you are watching the game or not. Personally, I do enjoy watching games I played and I'm always willing to accept the outcome.

You feel sad after every loss, that's normal, you are not a human if you don't feel upset when you lose money. However, as a human also, we need to move on and go for the next bet. personally, I have more fun watching the game that I'm betting, I'm a big fan of live betting, so I'm having some fun, although you are right that it could be stressful sometimes, but we can defeat that stress by not betting a huge amount of money.

I like it more with bets. I don't have the energy to watch if I don't have any money that is on the line.

About the stressful loss, well, it's part of the game and I am thankful that with just one night of sleep, I can get over it. There's always another day, I always try to keep that in my mind to stay optimistic. Another option to relieve the stress is being happy with the other team who worked hard to win that game especially if they are a super underdog.
It's true that the feeling of loss is regretful and it could sometimes affect our mindset. But, we cannot remain thinking about that especially if there are more games that will come the next day. So, the solution would be, don't bet your whole capital. Try to budget it where you could win it all back in case of loss.

Definitely with a bet. The game might be enjoyable the first few times without bets, but after that it just becomes incredibly repetitive and boring. With a bet though? It just enhances the feeling due to that dopamine rush or something that body releases when in tension something something. Plus, if you win, it makes the feeling a 1000x better, maybe more depending on the amount.

As for accommodating to the disappointment, well, it just naturally comes along the more you lose imo. Nothing we can do there but get used to it, if possible really. To not let said disappointment affect anything else should be a part of that accomodation though.

What could be the joy in there you watching yourself losing money through others (a match you bet on). You will definitely be feeling sad and disappointed at the game because the result are going 100 miles far away from what you had expected with your prediction.

The outcome of some matches at the beginning or in the middle  of the game can mess around with your emotions. You probably be watching a match you on a team you predicted in your bet to win the match , and in the first half your team are losing by a 2 goals to nothing. At that moment all you feel is disappointment and unrest watching how you're losing your money at that moment nothing sounds funny again. Then in the second half your team scored 3 goals to win the game by 3:2, immediately in that process your countenance changes with joy.

 So to avoid all that drama I don't watch matches I bet on, having a knowledge of when the game will end for me to check the final results is what I do to avoid having a BP   ;D

No big deal here, all depends on once mindset, and sometimes you find it fun watching when you didn't place any bet ,especially when a team you wanted to option for is losing the game, while in some situations when you have place your bet on a particular team and it happens that their performance in that game is bad or are losing the game, it puts your mind on pressure or emotions watching that particular match or in other hands, it is more fun watching the game when the match is actually going in your favour.

Actually, at the beginning of watching the match, we get pleasure and very exciting feeling in watching it and at the same time waiting for the results of the match to determine whether the bet placed wins or loses.
So you may be stressed or feel bad in your heart or mind if you just see defeat.
In the context of what you convey, I will state that gambler gets his own satisfaction and really great happiness when watching match that is also being bet on, the adrenaline will feel more challenging and dramatic.

In my personal opinion, losing is normal thing that happens and there is no need to really regret it, let alone causing us to experience stress, we must be able to accept the fact that what we bet on is lost.
But everything also depends on the financial aspect, where if we only bet on small bet, maybe we will feel normal if we lose and disappointed when we lose on big bet.
That why many people recommend that always bet within capabilities or use money appropriately so that when lose don't feel disappointed.

Good topic for discussion.When i place a bet, for example, on a sports bet, we are more concentrated on the game and more involved in the process because we assume that we can get a profit from the game,which brings much more pleasure from watching.If there is no bet, then this is the most ordinary viewing of the game when you don’t have to pay close attention.In the event of a loss, everyone treats it differently; in fact, I don’t feel angry if my bet didn’t work it’s just entertainment for me.

True, especially if they bet on their favorite team then obviously it will be very fun and more adrenaline, I think for this problem it comes back to everyone's choice about whether they will watch while betting or not, but on the other hand it is better in my opinion like the way you do, because gambling is nothing more than entertainment then if you can already get entertainment from your favorite team's match that you watch why do you still put a bet at the same time? like I said above that it's a choice and also depends a bit on one's point of view on gambling, if indeed they see gambling as a place to earn then obviously I think they won't miss to put money on a match like this.

What you said is quite reasonable my friend, your action is very good by choosing to just watch and not accompanied by betting, because if your favorite team loses then obviously there will be two regrets that you experience at the same time, which is disappointed because the team loses and the second is losing betting money, that's clear, it seems like this is worth making an example and understanding.

You wont really be having those kind of feelings or emotions if you wont really be making out some bets without money and this is something that wont really be that interesting for those people who are really that into betting because having no money involved wont really be considered out to be betting since you arent really that making use of money and there's no risks involved
and theres no fun with that. The main reason on why people do really make out bets is on that they do really love the thrill when making up some bets and this is something
that you would really be able to notice it out when money is really that involved.

Because we want to win, even though we treat gambling as a getaway and just want to have fun, we subconsciously want to win a game because it is money that we are going to win, if we want to feel good in gambling we can shake it off and easily move on but if we have winning money in our mind it will take some time to move on.
Gambling is played with emotion and hope, so it's just right that we feel disappointed when losing and excited when losing, it's an emotional roller coaster that is why gambling is addictive because we can feel all the emotions and we feel alive gambling.

As a gambler you would really see the difference when watching sports with or without bet. Honestly, I do feel the pressure too because when watching the game, it's not all the time that your team is leading, most of the games especially basketball is a game of run therefore there will be change of leads on scores which could bring some kind of pressuring feeling, so I think we just have to get use to it, and be always smart in not getting out of control when gambling.

If we can't enjoy watching with bets, there's no point of watching, just turn off the TV and come back later after the game.

Gambling is fun to watch but when one bets and wins it is even more fun because his financial status changes. And watching gambling is only seen to change the financial status of others so in this case the enjoyment of watching the games is not much. Most of the time if ever I'll bet on my favorite team, I choose not to watch it as you mentioned it's stressful especially when the team is losing, so I'll let the result surprise me and maybe watch a replay of it once the game is done. Live bets is different and I'm acquainted with it. The outcome we gets each time we're in the market, we just have to play safe. We wants the very best results for ourselves and I wouldn't be happy to watch my side dried up without any significant profits measured out. The outcomes we gets when we bet is different from the possible outcome that will be generated when we don't place any bet. I don’t think this is true. Because you will definitely be worried if the team you bet to win isn’t winning. Or maybe something else that could be done is that you could just watch a couple minutes of the match, and if your preferred team isn’t winning then you find something else doing, but if they are winning or have a really good probability from their current gameplay then it’s safe to watch. Sometimes I bet on games that I don't know the club nor the players. I make my prediction base on their previous matches and the recent performance of the team and I'm good to go. Watching with bet has got a different kind of fel but it's not for the faint hearted because in such situations you have got double adrenaline rush all over you which actually includes that for your favourable team and for your bet which you have place before or during the match, but these things is based on your preference whatever it is your preference is to watching the match should be employed so I wouldn't want to outrightly say one is better than the other, they are both applicable based on the preference you have on either of them.

I understand that. Sometimes it is frustrating watching the game where you have money on the line. Well, don't put too much money on it. That's my only way to make it more acceptable at the end of the game, win or lose.

I think you use too much of your money to bet so you are stressed and can't enjoy the game. Of course, I have also bet large amounts when my favorite team plays. And it really kept me from enjoying the game because I really wanted to win that bet. I couldn't enjoy the whole match. And I was really disappointed with myself. Therefore I no longer try to bet beyond my limits. I will only bet with money that I am willing to risk losing. Basically yes gambling as a whole is just for fun when you have boring free time and that means it doesn't matter if you watch the game without betting or even while betting but as you said that watching while betting is more prioritized just to make the atmosphere more exciting because of the adrenaline rush and not to fully pursue victory, but sometimes there are some people who are even too serious in responding to betting which means that when they lose they experience emotions that are sometimes difficult to control and that can make the situation much worse because emotions have the potential to trigger more losses.

Sometimes when I don't bet on my club, because I don't believe in them. If they are playing the match and it is close to 90mins, in which my teams is losing. What I understand is that you only place bets when you see your favorite teams playing. I think the way you place bets is fine. There are some people who place bets on every match and every over. They are so addicted to gambling.  I think before we place our bets we have to see how the team we are going to play will play in the previous game and then we have to place our bets only then we can win the bet.

I have watched games that I placed a bet on win and lose so I've been on both sides of the situation. Being on the losing end stings a lot and will make you lose the entertainment in watching the sport if you're not careful. I'd say 8 of 10 times you watch the game and your bet losses, you don't get to enjoy it as much as your thoughts would be centered around your bet most times and you'd get very nervous, very quickly.

It stings to watch a losing game and bet but I still do it anyway because it gives me first hand information on the team's performance going into future game. It depends on how much you love watching sports and how much you love sports betting. The people who watched the game without a bet would certainly regret if their favourite team wins because they could've placed a vet on them and enjoyed the game plus earning money on top of that. The people who placed a bet on the game and lost might also regret putting their money instead of just watching for fun.

Personally I prefer to sometimes watch a game while betting on a team because it makes the game ×10 more interesting to watch because I could get a profit out of it.

My Friend that is actually true for die hand fans ,But I prefer watching without bet So as To  enjoy every bit of the match. There is So much fun when your mind is free And you are watching a match without anything disturbing your mind or thinking about your bet slip. Definitely you will not vonventrate watching the match when you place bet And still watch that same match ,because you will end up observing every Mistake that the refree will make And probably get angry with any player that will Miss any slim opportunity To score a goal .
But when you are watching without bet there is this freedom you will enjoy , first of you will be relaxed And be focused And there will be no need To Side a particular team just because of your gambling interest And you will likely enjoy every entertaining part of the game.

For me, I prefer watching without bet. This keeps one away from tension and getting pissed up, you get more excited because your mind is free, you see the beauty of the game and not being clouded about your bets.

It's really exciting for me to watch without my bets,i would be at peace with myself, and also one of method I use to ease my expectations, emotions from consuming me, once I watch with bets these factors arise, so the only means to reduce it is watching freely, I know this might not work for everyone as its subjective to each Individual perception.
