Hey poorbot.io don't you think this post will be more appreciated at Currency exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) i might not comprehend what it means but i feels that section is more fitted for your post.
maybe another person can suggest you more appropriate place.
Then about the signature stuff why not contact Royse777 or Little Mouse for detailing because I know you surely need a signature code before you can start making your promotion over here and again 50 post per week would result as spamming, I suggest you can split the post to 25 or even 30 post per week.

Good Luck

Hey, thanks for suggestions! Since this is for a specific casino only, I thought this category would be more appropriate. And there was a similar bot in this category so I decided to post here

For signature thing, you're definitely right, I'm in contact with a campaign manager, I think they will handle that stuff more properly, until then, I've edited the post

Thanks a lot again!

Although it mentions Stake's currency exchanger, Exchanges board will be more fitted for such service.
But if this exchange only works for Stake or with the help of Stake, then it will be good here if not then it should be moved.

Yes, it only works in Stake, via tipping feature.

"with the help of Stake", just to clarify for other readers, this is an unofficial bot, it's not supported, verified or vouched for by Stake

Campaign should launch within 24 hours. OP has already sent funds for the 1st week and we are good to go, just waiting for designer to reply. Hope this calms everyone down for the next few hours at least. I'll let everyone know when it's ready.

This is a great news to see that the most reputable manager is handling the project, op be rest assured that you are covered and you are lucky enough for him to have handled your project, with little I know he hardly handles some projects due to his personal reason maybe he could finds those project not worthy enough or not upto his standard to promote them. I'm a bit confused about what this statement means:
Quote
Since there's no registration, it's recommended to send your tip private, in case someone sees your tip and tries to be funny by exchanging it to a coin you don't want before you
Source: https://poorbot.io

How can someone change our choice of coin if an exchange has been requested? I thought being public or private only hides the tipping process, but any exchange is done in the background. Is this related to how Stake tipping works?

Hi, it works by user tipping to bot first, and then entering their username, tipped amount and currency, and the target currency. Exchange is completed instantly. If you tip publicly on chat, everyone will be able to see your username, tipped amount and currency. This is a rare case but just wanted to let users know that!
Also, exchanged funds are always sent back to the same user, obviously

Yes, definitely it's a good way for this project to bring their names in this forum with a signature campaign.

Like the design of the website though, very minimalist, is this the first time that we have seen this kind of service though? Just curious as for me I haven't seen it before specially from a gambling site.

Thanks for your opinion! I like to keep things simple, something unfortunately not very common in today's internet :)
As far as I know, currently there is one similar service for Stake, which felt too expensive and harder to use. I'm not sure about other casinos, but some of them have built-in exchange feature IIRC.

Also just to make it clear again in case someone gets it wrong, it's not "from" Stake, this is an independent service

I see, so you are not referring to a user hijacking an exchange trade by switching the target currency without the user knowing. If I want to trade BTC to USDT, and then post it publicly, someone can send ETH to me but it won't affect the exchange process, right? Basically, it will become a privacy issue if a user is using the public option, which is why the private one is recommended.

It reminds me of dinabot, I think poorbot works the same as dinabot and it can be said that poorbot is now competitor of dinabot but I'm not sure if dinabot is still alive or not because I used it few times only and the last one was more than a year ago. As I can see poorbot is offering some better things such as lower fee and no account needed. Well. welcome to the forum and wish the best success for your service. However, do you have plans to add more casinos in the future or you will be available at Stake only?

It's great to see a new service catering to the Stake community; your exchange platform is straightforward. The website design is okay and simple enough. One suggestion I have is to possibly add another column to the Fee & Limits section for the current amount equivalent to the max get. For example, the Max get for Bitcoin is $500, and its current amount would be 0.012 BTC. Yes, it's an additional conversion, but I believe it can be done. Also, in the Exchange Now section, it might be possible to add an option to input the dollar value for the amount sent.

Interesting. I had a plan earlier to create an exchanger for different casinos + coins but due to lack of enough time, I couldn't start. Would be happy to see some more casinos, I think that will give advantage to both you and the gamblers.

This actually is a new business idea and it's great, many a times in the past and even present, I had found myself in a situation where I wished Stake had a built-in exchanger where players can be able to exchange their crypto coins to other crypto coin, for example, exchange bitcoin for usdt in times of high market volatility, or in times of high transaction fees due to network congestions like we have it currently, in times of withdrawal.

Like for example, we get paid in bitcoin weekly for our signatures ads, withdrawing the bitcoin cost much in fees currently, this service will be very helpful as users can easily exchange the bitcoin for usdt or any other coin with low withdrawal fees, for cheap, easy and fast withdrawal.

Kudos to whomever came up with this idea, this is one I think will become a really successful business if the founders can give it a good and long term marketing on this forum and maybe in other stake forums as well.

I will definitely try to this service soon, but before I do, I did suggest op to provide a set by step guide, in order that users do not make any mistakes in the process.

If you post your BTC tip publicly, someone could enter the site and fill out the form, "on your behalf", and exchange it to ETH instead, since there's no other (practical) way to validate whose tip it is. A possible "attacker" would gain nothing from this but just annoy people.

Yes, it's quite similar to Dinabot, I personally didn't like it / some features of it, so decided to make a better one (in my opinion :D )
Thanks a lot for your comments!
Currently I don't have any plans for other casinos.

You're right, I'm working on making a few videos explaining how to use it. But still, it's kinda hard to make a mistake, and worst case you'll get your coins back so no worries :)

I don't know why stake.com doesn't have this swap feature. They have been in the industry for more than 5 years and they are well-known online casino yet, they don't have this swap feature. Anyway, since this isn't affiliated with stake.com, does stake.com know about this service? If yes, do they allow this kind of service on their platform? Anyway good luck to your service!

Hello, yes of course, I've talked with relevant people and to summarize, they basically said,  that they cannot say anything officially (such as "approve" or "allow") for obvious reasons, but as long as it works properly there shouldn't be any problems.
Thanks!

Welcome to bitcointalk platform. I really commend you for this innovation and development. I was wondering why your licence was not displayed on your website for all to see because that would convince your prospective clients that you are legit and legally registered as that is one of the basic information they look for on websites before they engage.

Since your licence is not there on your website, can you clearly tell us under which jurisdiction you are registered? So we could know as you can see the interest in your services here and I will also applaud your move to embarking on a promotional campaign. This would boost your presence here on bitcointalk platform. Congratulations one the launch of your project.

Hello, there's no registration, and it would probably not be possible. This service works via Stake's tipping feature, it receives a "tip" from user, and promises to send back that amount (minus fees), in the currency of user's choice via tips again. It's nothing official.
And the limits are low, since this is mostly useful for exchanging "dust" amounts. If you have $5,000 to exchange obviously this is not the best choice!
Regarding legitness, it takes a long time to build trust and only one bad transaction to lose it. And again since this service is meant for small amounts, it wouldn't make sense to be malicious!

Thanks for your comments!

First of all, I would like to Welcome @poorbot and the team behind it. As you would be managing this campaign I think poorbot.io would be able to get a good amount of forum users. I still do not understand the practical usage of this platform, if anyone can explain me then I would be thankful. The next thing I would like to inform the OP is to add some images to the ANN page and make the platform look good. I did visit the platform and it looked dull and reminded me website in the early ages of the Internet. A little bit of animation or graphic images can do wonders for the platform if they as the owners work on it.

Hi, it's used in the well known gambling platform, Stake. Say you have a bit of bitcoin balance, $30. Since Bitcoin fees are high, and minimum deposit on exchanges etc might be higher, you can send $30 BTC to this bot, and get ~$29.9 LTC to make cheaper and more convenient transfers.

It's recently launched, so thread is a bit plain I agree, it will be improved!
And yes, website is really basic. As I said above, I like to keep it simple and easy. It has only one job, take a currency, send back another currency. Maybe design could be improved, but generally it's most likely going to stay like that. No need to bother with lots of pages, popups, confirmations for a thing that can be done in a single form!
But for sure it will be cleaned up, and a how-to guide with images / videos will be added.

Thanks a lot for your comments and suggestions!

I don't really see the point of these bots frankly speaking. I just convert my BTC to crypto like LTC, Doge, XRP etc for free in popular exchanges like Binance etc and send them to sites like Stake etc.

I know that you charge a small fee for your bot op which is a good thing, but even that can be avoided completely through what I mentioned. Can you specify some additional use-cases?

I believe this is the other way around, though I am not too familiar as this is my first time seeing this kind of service, but based on my understanding, this works within stake platform only, not from outside to stake. I think this works like tipping an account.

I hope @poorbot could shed light a bit on our concern here.

For sure, you can see the above message, in addition to that:
This is not really useful for deposits as you've explained, and I think you got it a bit wrong. This bot doesn't do external transfers, it works with tipping feature on Stake.
Still though, if you want to play in another currency for whatever reason, our fees are better (and faster) than popular non-registration/instant exchanges!

It's useful for balances already in your account. On Stake, Bitcoin withdrawals have $4.11 fee at the moment (and they take way longer), while Litecoin only has $0.02.
It can also be useful when the withdraw destination does not support the currency you have. Or, when you have multiple currencies (from challenges, promotions, rakeback, rains etc.) and you want to combine them, either to play or withdraw.
For gambling part, some games have different minimum bet amounts as well. Going even further, some players believe you have "different luck" with other currencies on some games!

While $10-20 fee is relatively reasonable for a $5,000 balance, when you have smaller balances, say under $100, or need a quick transfer, using the bot can be better.
With higher amounts, using an exchange is for sure a better option.

Thanks for your interest!

I believe this is the other way around, though I am not too familiar as this is my first time seeing this kind of service, but based on my understanding, this works within stake platform only, not from outside to stake. I think this works like tipping an account.

I hope @poorbot could shed light a bit on our concern here.

Just saw your reply, yes, exactly!

I thought this kind of internal exchange/swap service was a more known thing. I've edited the main post to include a brief summary on what it does. Thanks again!

It's useful for balances already in your account. On Stake, Bitcoin withdrawals have $4.11 fee at the moment (and they take way longer), while Litecoin only has $0.02.
Yes, currently the Bitcoin transaction fees are high due to network congestion but at least with the help of your bot the players can convert their Bitcoin into LiteCoin and will pay low withdrawal fees minus the swap fee that the bot cuts. I believe it's a very good feature in a bot and I'm happy to see that you are already promoting your bot via a signature campaign. I hope players will like your idea and it sounds like a good bot to me.

I would also love to welcome you to this amazing forum and I hope that you will get some good players who may get some benefit by using your bot.

It is good your clarifications as it pertains to your website. This has given me more confidence to patronise your services. Since it is only starting with a small amount, that would be good to check the performances and reliability of your services so that if there are any lapses, you could fix it up without much side effects on your website and also it would not too worry users of the website as well.

I checked and see you already hired a manager for your promotional campaign. I must say that yahoo62278 is one of the best experienced managers here and I strongly believe your services would definitely gain the attraction it deserves through his promotional campaign.

Yes, it's quite similar to Dinabot, I personally didn't like it / some features of it, so decided to make a better one (in my opinion :D )
I have used Dinabot a lot of times in the past. The exchange fee rate is pretty high at Dinabot (3%-5%), otherwise it was pretty good and smooth. But your one is better as you are providing the service with 0.3% exchange fee only. You are providing a 3rd party service, but this type of service doesn't work automatically without API access from the site. Have you taken the API access from Eddie? Or will your exchange service work manually?

Not from Eddie himself, but yes, of course we've arranged it and bot is using API. Otherwise it'd be pretty hard to manage :D

Looks like I misunderstood your service. I am aware of internal exchangers which is why I will definitely be using your bot in the future thanks to the low fee advantage and because I play in Stake now and then.

Can your bot cover other sites too such as Nitrobetting, Sportsbet.io etc? An all-in-one bot like that would be spectacular.

I dont use Stake so much these days and it would be cool to enable this for other casinos.
This tool looks useful, but what happens if bitcoin was sent to exchange when fees are high like it is now?
Are you using other third party external exchanges or something else?

Thanks for your comment, unfortunately at the moment I'm thinking about continuing with Stake only

Since you will send the bot a tip from Stake, there are no fees on that, and for actual exchange bot uses its own liquidity.
Given that it's used mostly for small amounts, handling that is not much of an issue

Campaign should launch within 24 hours. OP has already sent funds for the 1st week and we are good to go, just waiting for designer to reply. Hope this calms everyone down for the next few hours at least. I'll let everyone know when it's ready.

It has appeared and has been seen by 201 people with 7 participants registering. It is likely that the number of participants applying will increase in the campaign you are entrusted to manage.
The designer is good. Hopefully this campaign will live long yahoo62278.
Participants who meet the requirements to participate are those with the rank of Hero - Legendary.
Good luck to you and poorbot.io

Your exchanger is no registration, no KYC.

I do not see your exchange at two websites.
https://kycnot.me/
https://orangefren.com/

You can pull a request to those website teams and ask them to consider listing your exchanger there. If they agree to list your exchanger, it will be a good marketing for your business.

Could I know why this thread is in Gambling, even I see connection to Stake?

Poorbot is not like common exchanger you can find out there in the market, it is just an exchanger that can be used in one specific casino at the moment. The main purpose is to offer exchange service for Stake players only, means that anyone without Stake account will not be able to use this exchange service. No one will create a Stake account just to use this service because once player try to use it, Stake may do something. I do not think they need to be on such list.

Could I know why this thread is in Gambling, even I see connection to Stake?
Simply because this exchange is mainly targeted to Stake players only, the same as dinabot which has their ANN thread in this gambling board. This is the right board only for their services.

If you post your BTC tip publicly, someone could enter the site and fill out the form, "on your behalf", and exchange it to ETH instead, since there's no other (practical) way to validate whose tip it is. A possible "attacker" would gain nothing from this but just annoy people.
Ah, I see. Is there no plan to add a verification or something similar to prevent it? I guess the user can simply never post it publicly, but it would be interesting if there was an additional check before somebody made the transaction even in private. I guess that's doable with account registration or something similar, although it would reduce the user experience. I can see people abusing this to discourage using your service, at least publicly since they'd need to do multiple transactions to convert it to the right coins if they fall to such an attack.

Man don't be obvious that you're not reading and not understanding the OP. I think you just read the title and post a reply right away. This  isn't an exchange that what you're thinking. Bitinity already explained it so I don't have too. Now you're promoting this service in signature space I think its time to understand what service you're promoting. Just my two cents.

Snip..

Thanks poorbot, for the explanation of how the bot fuctions. I was not sure about it in the beginning and that was the reason I asked such a naive question. I know Stake does not have a cryptocurrency swap facility and this bot will come in handy.

I have another question apart from Stake, any plans to integrate other casinos? There are a couple of big names who have their ANN already in the forum and there are many users from the forums that are active on those platforms who use Bitcoin for gambling.

I am planning to use your bot as I do have an account on Stake and occasionally use it for sports betting. I have a small balance like you mentioned on it and I might use those Satoshis for conversion to another crypto to use them on another platform that I am promoting.

I do not know if this have been suggested by someone else  before, but what I did say is, why have the option of either to post the tip publicly when it is strongly advised against?

I mean, if the op doesn't want users to post their exchange request publicly, as it could be hijacked by some random person for whatever reason, why include that option on the exchange form?, they could have just removed it and this will make sure that every exchange request coming from the poorbot will be posted privately which no chance of anyone mistakenly, or out of curiosity, posting or making the request public.

I may need a bit of explanation on this, if non have been given before, what are the possible benefits of posting an exchange request publicly?

I haven't used this service before, because from what I know it's the first time I've seen this offer on a forum.

Does this mean that this is specifically for stake.com users? I very rarely play at the casino because it is often in other casinos, but if you in the future include many casinos like this then I'm sure this service will continue to be crowded with visitors even though you say only focus on stake.com.

Well if there is time to go back to playing at stake casino, then I will try this service.

For now, poorbot service seems to be only targeted at Stake users, possibly because Stake has one of the most active users possibly in their millions.

But then, just like you, I have also thought about this service extending to other online casinos as well, since we have alot of online casinos that don't bother implementing a swap or exchange service in their system aside from Bc.game which already have their own in-built swap service for their users.

So, I personally would also love to see this service extended to other casinos as well, but like we all know, the service is just starting here and with Stake, the kind of success they record or achieve while providing for Stake users might be the determinant to whether they will extent same service to other casinos in the near future.

It's undeniable that there's a lot of Stake users around the globe that's why they target them so that those people could think about that there is an exchanger exist that focusing to do business with them. For sure there's also gambler which usually play on other casino seeking some service like this and if they could just add the other popular casino or maybe make it as free to all exchanger then provably maybe they get a best result for that.

For now lets see how they can go well since if they can satisfy those people who want to test out their site then provably they can earn some good reputation from that. So they should focus to market well their site so a lot of people could able to notice the existence of this new exchanger.

This is an awesome Bot, even it's too good to be real.

But I have some bad news, this is not legal because it breaks some stake rules. There is a reason why they don't have the exchange/swap feature, and that's because they need a license to operate a service like that, but since that's not their business they will not implement it.

Now, the fact that you come as a third party service provider they can close your account for breaking the Anti-Money Laundering, Coin Mixing Policy and some other rules in their TOS:

Quote
7. DEPOSITS

7.5 You should only deposit money into Your account for the purpose of You using such money to place bets/wager on the Website. Stake is entitled to suspend or close Your account if we reasonably believe that You are depositing funds without any intention to place sporting and/or gaming wagers. In such circumstances we may also report this activity to relevant authorities.

7.12 Funds cannot be transferred from your Stake Account to the Stake Account of another Player.

8. WITHDRAWALS

8.3 All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method chosen by you when placing a deposit, unless we decide otherwise or are unable to do so. If you deposit using a number of payment methods, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal across such payment methods and process each part through the respective payment method at our discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulation.

16. FAIR USE

16.1 The Website and Services may only be used for recreational purposes by placing bets and wagers on events and/or gaming products.

17.4 You are not permitted to:

c) enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass Stake’s security system or interfere in any way (including but not limited to, robots or similar devices) with the products or the Website or attempt to make any modifications to the software and/or any features or components thereof;

I mean, i really like this service, and i think you should talk with Stake and wait for their approval before they decide to close down the operation. so, good luck with the service.

I don't think (Stake) will approved.

Or they don't simple care about these, they will always answer you (Not recommended using these service, for safety purpose). However, these service is just based (Trust) can be running without needed approval from the casino.

But, keep in mind you should know the risk and worst scenario (getting scam, or the service is running). My advice, just exchange the lowest amount you can afford.

Yes, stake.com has a large number of users, and I think many people have stake accounts even though they rarely play there. so their target market is loyal stake.com users.

Now this is a concern in the future, when some users have started to like this service because they often continue to do it, suddenly stake.com finds out about this service without permission, it could be that the casino will close its account and expand to other users, maybe? This is my own thought, but I'm sure this party has another statement.

Although I like this kind of service.

Hi, that would be some extra work for users, but it might be possible to add that option, along with no registration exchange. However as I explained this is a very rare case and shouldn't cause issues. Thanks for your suggestions!

I think this is just getting overcomplicated just because that info message was put there.
Someone who sees your tip to Poorbot can do that thing we're talking about (even though they'd gain nothing and just be a nuisance). Private tip to Poorbot completely eliminates that "issue".
The option in the form is for Poorbot's tip to you, and that is completely fine. Some people like to make it publicly shown and some not.

With Dinabot for example, you need to create an account, and then verify it's yours by tipping it a random amount. It's extra work. Poorbot requires no registration.

Hi, thanks for your concerns, but it doesn't break the rules. This works by tipping feature, in order for an user to have a usable balance on Stake, they must complete their KYC process anyways, and exchanges are sent back to the same user, so there's no concern about that.
Regarding the Fair Use part, I've already been in contact with relevant people from Stake and they are aware of the bot already. Of course they cannot vouch for it, or "approve" it officially, for obvious reasons. As long as the bot works as expected, they have said there should be no issues. The relevant processes has been completed on the bot account also.

I’m not a regular Stake player but my concern is how do you deal with account that commit violation of terms such as bonus abuse? Since you are not affiliated with Stake, is there any incident that accounts was linked to the other one just because they use the bot? I’m referring to the potential connection of account with violation to regular gambler that both use the bot at the same time.

Or, perhaps in the future (Stake) seeing these services have such a big transaction.

Due to that, they created an exchange service on (Stake) with around a fee 2-5% on their casino. After that, the service provider will be closed by their own due stake already having their exchange system without blocking the the account.

IMO, no need to block but take these as the suggestions for casinos for their service.

-snip-
Nope, there is no correlation with these. It's just tipping (Multi-account based on device + IP) meanwhile bonus abused is based season each individual activity.

Hi, thanks for your interest, bonuses are given based on their KYC processes and own considerations, and there is no limitation to tip other users or withdraw the bonus immediately. So using the bot wouldn't give users any advantage for abusing bonuses.
Bot always sends the tips back to sender, minus fees if exchanged, or the same amount & currency if it wasn't exchanged for 2 hours. And Stake is aware of the bot, so it should be fine.
I personally play on Stake as well with my personal account, and I've made it clear to Stake the bot will not claim any bonuses, has all promotion and rain etc. features turned off.

Do I miss that tipping is not an on-chain transaction and it is more like a credit to an account?

Later when a user submits a withdrawal request, the casino will check and approve it, then if the withdrawal request is accepted and proceeded, it's time for an actual on-chain transaction, then we will talk about transaction fee here.

It's your good approach to keep your account safely.

What did cause you to name the bot like Poorbot, but not Richbot?

Gamblers want to be rich, not poor.

Later when a user submits a withdrawal request, the casino will check and approve it, then if the withdrawal request is accepted and proceeded, it's time for an actual on-chain transaction, then we will talk about transaction fee here.
I meant the exchange fee, which is 0.3% right now. Gotta make some bread :D

What did cause you to name the bot like Poorbot, but not Richbot?

Gamblers want to be rich, not poor.
My personal account on Stake has username starting with "poor...", so I kinda used that, and thought it'd catch some attention & be funny!

$500 is not such a small amount for some people, but maybe you dont see tips that high so often  ;)
So let me see if I understand correctly, you are using your Stake account for accepting tips from other Stake customers, and then you later exchange coins you received for different coins, with small fee.

Yeah, I wanted to still keep it a bit high, but usually exchanged amounts are smaller than that. Above that it makes much more sense to use a "real" exchange :D
Yes, it receives tips, and sends back in another currency. When balances reach or drop to a certain amount, I deposit or withdraw, keep it balanced.

So, I personally would also love to see this service extended to other casinos as well, but like we all know, the service is just starting here and with Stake, the kind of success they record or achieve while providing for Stake users might be the determinant to whether they will extent same service to other casinos in the near future.
do you think that because their mentioned stake in the title means anything related to offering a exchange service for a casino,  I believe the name stake ring a bell in your head and why you have a presumption about poorbot and it services,  although I haven't visited or used poor it service before but I am sure it is far from what you are thinking and you may have to prove me wrong in me too is just assuming your also.

When the network connection subsidess small,  I will try out their services and try to give my review about them at some point.

The service is tipping other users on Stake casino. The owner of Poorbot has an account on Stake with an username as Poor, it was explained by them.

This poorbot exchanger is for Stake users, not for Stake casino. Poorbot is not affiliated with Stake casino and the casino team allow the Poorbot exchanger do their business on Stake because they do not see it breaks their Terms of Service. The owner revealed that Stake team did not complain anything about this small business on Stake.

I wish best luck for them and as their campaign participants, I wish them success too.

Dinabot has been running for more than a few years.

They are still running until now, of course, stake is not going to bother these. They just do not care at all, In-case there has some problem with the service they just can easily say to user/player about a warning for interaction between third parties.

Service like these is help a lot for small balance.

You made Poortbot on your own without affiliation or Stake approval, so is there any chance that Stakes notice tips transactions like this increasing and ban them?
I dont see anything wrong with what you are doing, but they can think this are cases of abuse and multiple accounts.

Please see above messages, this question has been asked & answered multiple times:
Hi, thanks for your concerns, but it doesn't break the rules. This works by tipping feature, in order for an user to have a usable balance on Stake, they must complete their KYC process anyways, and exchanges are sent back to the same user, so there's no concern about that.
Regarding the Fair Use part, I've already been in contact with relevant people from Stake and they are aware of the bot already. Of course they cannot vouch for it, or "approve" it officially, for obvious reasons. As long as the bot works as expected, they have said there should be no issues. The relevant processes has been completed on the bot account also.

Hey @poorbot, I believe this platform you have is quite new to the most of the gamblers here, especially those who are using stake.com for their gambling needs which is the only target market.

And I noticed that you are already running a signature campaign. I just want to ask, aren't you planning to run a "review campaign"? I believe this way it will be easier for the potential users to understand how beneficial it is using the platform based on actual users experience.

So far I in the stake account have never done any KYC until now, suppose if you want to use this fitu must KYC first?

Because this is indeed a very low fee rate than other bots that apply larger that I know, of course your fee rate offer will be more admired because it is too low.

This is a good idea. The team should allocate some funds towards a review campaign geared towards quality members of the forum in order to attract gamblers after completing their signature campaign.

I doubt KYC is mandatory for the usage of this particular bot though I could be wrong. Op probably meant that KYC would be required by Stake for big amounts only.

Do they really need a review campaign when the signature campaign is also in progress ? They can convince the signature participants to share their experiences at poorbot in this ANN thread and that can serve as a review too. Also, there is not any trend of having the gambling companies review campaigns as we have for the mixers.

Hi, tipping feature on Stake currently is not subject to any KYC procedures as far as I know. Deposits and withdrawals could be though, when deemed necessary by Stake.

Regarding review campaign, we're currently awaiting for a few members to complete their reviews. I'm guessing they will post it here when done!

That's right, it's not subject to KYC but what's subjected to it is when you're going to deposit and that's being asked on me. I think that poorbot has got a lot of balance on his account and it's actually a good situation that he's doing this service for those that wants to have a swap inside the platform itself. Soon, I guess that you'll have other services as well to the other casinos. Do you mind to tell what are the other casinos do you have on your plans in adding poorbot? Or do you have plans already or no this 2024?

I used it earlier, and it's almost instant. After I sent the tip to poorbot, it took 5-10 seconds before the site recognized my tip, and once it went through, I quickly received my freshly converted coins through poorbot's tip.

It's great that no account is needed and your coins will be tipped back if you fail to exchange them.

Nice, thank you for sharing your experience mate. That is good to hear that it is just going to take a few seconds and it is an instant thing that will be sent back with the tip. After I receive my payment, maybe I will take a few bucks to try it for experiencing as well.

It was because when I have withdrawn, I am  not just so sure if the fee of the network have deducted it to my withdrawn amount since the network fees have been so crazy these times. So if the fees of the tipping swap won'y cost a lot, this is a good help for everyone that is looking to save fees for withdrawal or just simply want to gamble with other cryptos with their stake accounts.

Thanks for your interest, as stated previously, they are aware of the bot and what it does. In the absolute worst case though, since bot doesn't keep user funds for a long time, users wouldn't be affected (even if they did, they would be compensated by me), and bot would probably be shut down.

Wrong. You clearly didn't check the gambling board thoroughly since gambling sites regularly conduct review campaigns similar to mixer related review campaigns in order to try and attract forum members.

Also, as op mentioned above, poorbot is an instant tip based exchanger for stake and not a gambling site.

I cannot see why they would have a problem with your bot, if they allow Dinabot to operate via their site. Dinabot is also not affiliated with them, so they take no responsibility for that service.

I can assure you, if something goes wrong... Stake support staff will block that account and the tipping to that account. Good luck with your project, I will give it a try.  ;D

It's good if Poorbot do it in the future. I checked in the gambling section that there was a list of casinos[1] that had exchanges integrated into the platform. Poorbot can use this reference to expand its business to several platforms that are not available exchangers but are quite well known on this forum.

Poorbot team can send a request to author of that topic, AmoreJaz (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=529754), to list Poorbot in the list.

If the user agrees to do this, Poorbot will be exposed to more gamblers who know and regularly visit that thread and guests of that thread in future too.

You made an excellent recommendation to Poorbot team for considering of expansion to other platforms but first, the team must have their accounts on those platforms, and must do research or even ask for support opinions on those platforms, before deploying their tipping service there.

Title: PoorBot Review!
Post by: SamReomo on January 03, 2024, 04:50:36 PM
Poorbot Review

Introduction

Today I got the opportunity to test an amazing platform that’s available for Stake.com users. It’s basically an exchange bot that will allow the Stake users to convert their crypto-currencies on the platform directly, it works with the Stake’s tip feature. I was excited when I started testing this platform because I’ve never seen a fast and responsive solution for Stake users like this one before. Stake users can now easily convert their funds from one currency to another by paying only 0.3% conversion fees to Poorbot and they’ll get the converted currency within seconds.

Web design/User Interface

The web design of the Poorbot is very simple and that's why anyone can learn to use this bot easily within minutes. The Poorbot's website is fast and very responsive, I have faced no lags or delays while using the website. I would consider the design of the Poorbot's website as a nostalgic design with super fast speeds and simplistic looks, the page isn’t bloated like many other web pages. It’s basically a single page website where you get the bot and some information about its usage. The bot’s web page is just like a web page that many online calculators offer. It loads pretty fast even on low-end systems with minimum ram.

Currencies Accepted

Poorbot exchanger is basically a tool that allow you to convert your Stake’s funds from one crypto-currency to another crypto-currency for just 0.3% fee per conversion. The following crypto-currencies are available for conversion at the time of testing: BTC, ETH, TRX, LTC, USDT, DOGE, BNB, and XRP. The bot will help you to convert all of those crypto-currencies in a matter of seconds. If you have BTC in your Stake's account and you want to convert your BTC into another crypto-currency like LTC, TRX, DOGE, and others in the list then it can be done easily with Poorbot exchanger.

If you want to avoid huge withdrawal fees of BTC and want to convert your Stake’s BTC funds to another crypto-currency that has low withdrawal fees like TRX then you can do that with Poorbot exchanger. You will end up paying less fees to withdraw your funds from Stake.com to your own personal wallets. It won’t take you a day or two or even hours, it will only take you a few seconds to convert your funds with the help of Poorbot exchanger. When I converted my funds from TRX to LTC it basically took me less than a minute, later I have completed many conversions and each conversion was completed under a minute.

How Poorbot works?

The Poorbot exchanger works with the help of Stake’s tip feature that is available at Stake’s chat. All you have to do is to type /tip Poorbot and press enter and you’ll get to a page where you can send the amount of a crypto-currency as tip to Poorbot and once the tip is sent, you’ll have to visit Poorbot.io and put your Stake’s username in the box, and select the crypto-currency and its amount that you sent as a tip to Poorbot, and then select the crypto-currency that you want to receive, and finally you’ll just click the exchange button. You’ll get your funds in the selected crypto-currency within seconds. Let’s say if you sent a tip to Poorbot as BTC and you want to receive funds as TRX then you’ll have to select BTC in “from currency box” and TRX in “to currency box” and then put your Stake’s username in the box for username and the amount in the box for amount sent, and when done click on exchange button, within seconds you’ll receive your converted funds in your Stake’s account.

I have tested the platform thoroughly by doing many conversions and to my excitement the platform worked very well. In some conversions I have faced some minor issues but there wasn’t any serious issue at all. I’m going to be sharing my feedback of the tests below.

First Conversion Test

I have started my first conversion by sending a tip of 7 TRX to the Poorbot from the chat function of the Stake, the amount was sent within seconds and then I visited Poorbot web-page which was already opened on another browser tab, I entered information about my username, selected the currency that I sent to Poorbot, I have also selected the desired currency for conversion and entered the amount that I sent to Poorbot as a tip and finally I clicked on the exchange button. The exchange went well and I got the converted funds instantly into my Stake’s account. For this first conversion test I sent tip as TRX and converted it into LTC with the help of the Poorbot, and this whole thing took me less than a minute. This conversion went well without any issues or errors.

Second Conversion Test

Once my first conversion was completed successfully, I decided to test the platform again by doing my second conversion.  In second conversion I decided to convert some LTC into TRX and I have sent a tip of 0.009 LTC that was around $0.64 at the time of conversion but intentionally I entered a wrong amount on Poorbot's fields to see if it recognizes the wrong amount in the box and convert it or not, the Poorbot exchanger refused the transaction with a message that “tip not found” I then entered the correct amount which was 0.0009 LTC that I sent as a tip to the bot and it was converted instantly. I found that the bot will recognize the fixed amount that you sent and if you change even a single decimal or integer of the amount then you won’t get it converted. It’s always better to copy the amount that you have sent and paste it into the Poorbot’s amount sent box to avoid such errors.

Third Conversion Test

Since I already made my mind to test all the accepted crypto-currencies of the platform and that’s why I initiated my third test with a new conversion. For this conversion I pre-entered 10 TRX value in the amount sent box and I have pre-entered my Stake’s username and other details in those fields. In this test I aimed to convert 10 TRX to XRP and all of those were pre-selected and pre-entered on the Poorbot’s platform before sending the tip from my Stake’s account. I went to my Stake’s account and sent the tip quickly and then I went to Poorbot.io where the values were already entered and the receiving currency was already selected, then quickly I clicked on the exchange button. I got an error message “Oops… tip not found”, I clicked on ok button of that message and clicked on the exchange button once again but the same error message appeared once again. Then I visited my Stake’s account to see why I faced the error and after that I went once again to Poorbot’s site to continue the exchange and this time instead of selecting XRP I selected BNB, and the same error occurred, I again clicked on the ok button and then clicked on the exchange button once more to see what will happen. This time the conversion was accepted and completed by the Poorbot.

Fourth Conversion Test

I started my fourth conversion when the third conversion was completed but this time I didn’t pre-entered the amount value but my username was pre-entered in this test and in all of the previous tests. I sent a tip of 0.00326493 to Poorbot via my Stake’s account and went to Poorbot.io to receive BTC as the converted currency. I did it quickly once again by entering the value and clicking on exchange button, but again I received the same error. I clicked on ok button and then clicked on exchange button again and this time the exchange was completed without any errors. I noticed for the first time that the bot requires a few seconds to understand a transaction and convert it to the desired crypto-currency.

Fifth Conversion Test

This time I wanted to convert BTC to another accepted crypto-currency but I haven’t pre-selected the desired crypto-currency yet.  For this conversion I have sent 0.000002411 BTC as a tip to Poorbot via my Stake’s account and then went to Poorbot’s web-page and selected BTC in “from currency” and ETH in “to currency” and entered the amount in the field that I sent as a tip to Poorbot and clicked on exchange button. The exchange was completed instantly without any errors. Although, I have also done this exchange quickly but the Poorbot didn’t gave any errors this time.

Rest of the Conversion Tests

I continued my conversion tests to check all of the remaining crypto-currencies in the list and to my excitement all of the tests went flawlessly. After BTC to ETH conversion, I converted ETH to USDT, and USDT to DOGE, DOGE to TRX, and TRX to LTC once again and during all those conversions I have faced no issues at all. Although, in one of those conversions I have faced the error once again and I found that when we try to complete the conversion within 10 seconds then we may face that error and that’s why it’s best to wait for some time before clicking on the exchange button.

My Suggestion for Improvement of the PoorBot

I suggest the developer of the bot to fix a few issues that I have noticed during my tests. First issue to fix is to make bot more responsive to quick transactions, and instead of giving error message the bot should give a message like "please wait a few seconds".

Another thing that I suggest to the developer of the bot is to reduce the minimum accepted amount to Stake’s minimum accepted amount for the tip as many users may face some problems if they send tips that are below $0.50 in value.

My final suggestion to improve the bot is to add more crypto-currencies in the list of accepted crypto-currencies. With more crypto-currencies in the list users have choice to convert to other desired crypto-currencies if they want.

Conclusion

After all of my conversion tests I can surely say that Poorbot works like wonders for the ones who want to convert their Stake’s funds from one crypto-currency to another one. The Poorbot is the best solution for all such users and trust me you would love the conversion capabilities of this bot as a Stake user.

Thanks for your detailed review!

Bot checks for incoming tips every 30 seconds (in order not to spam Stake's API), but I agree the error message should be better, will fix that!
Minimum amount is different for each coin so even if you can send, say $0.20, bot might not be able to send the converted amount back in another currency, that's why I set it at $0.50 to make sure, but I'll work on that as well, and add more currencies!

Thanks for your detailed review!
You're most welcome! I have tested the bot for sometime and I must say that you have made a pretty decent bot. I hope that players will find it useful for conversion of their funds directly on Stake.com. I have tried my best to share as much detail in the review about the bot as possible.

I have also included a video tutorial for those who want to know that how to use the Poorbot. Although, using of Poorbot isn't hard by any means but I'm quite sure that video will be helpful. I wish you best of luck, and I hope that some players may soon find about the bot. It's a pretty useful tool and anyone who uses it for once will definitely use it again and again.

Great review overall! I knew this bot was something else after finding out that it charged extremely low fees when compared to other bots, but your review made me appreciate it a bit more.

I truly wish that this bot would cover more popular sites acting as an amazing all-in-one bot which could probably make it the best crypto gambling bot.

I just wanted to try poorbot but because the nominal bet I made in the stake hasn't reached $500 then I can't do that (I can't chat and make tips through my account yet) Honestly, this is the best platform that players can use who want to exchange the coins they have and find the cheapest one for them when making a withdrawal (what a brilliant concept), hopefully poorbot will continue to develop and can not only be accessed on stake but other gambling sites too.

btw, The review made by @SamReomo was really very helpful, big thank to you.

SamReomo great work you put up here with that review,  I must applaud you on the detailed information capturing and guides to follow with the poor boy service,  although I have not tested the site to see how it works,  but with your reviews,  I am sure I will find things easy whenever I set out to have a feel of what their services are all about and,  likely in the coming week I will also drop a review of the poor boy when I fully test the site and I have to say that my review is motivated by SamReomo seeing how good he outline all the steps and what he encountered during the testing.

@SamReomo thank you for your review, especially including the video you made, this is very helpful for those who don't know how to use this Poorbot tip.

You did an honest and kind review, and explained it at length in this review, it's really helpful to see how the process works.

Once again, thank you.

But the bot's purpose is to allow people to exchange coins through Stake, not necessarily tip other people. Don't you think setting the minimum amount way too low would increase the probability of spamming attacks even if you limit the request through the APIs? I don't see a problem even if you set the minimum exchange amount to $1, considering how many exchanges require at least $10 or $5. This sounds okay to me as an alternative way to trade your coins.

Thanks for your suggestions! Spamming loses the spammer money and time, and in case such thing is detected it's possible to force our outgoing tips to be hidden for that user, or prevent them from exchanging and refund the coins few hours later. If they still continue abusing, it's possible to hold the coins and show them an alert and that they should contact support to get a refund, and let them know further tips would not be refunded or exchanged, etc.
These are solutions from our end, it's also possible that Stake chat mods would pick up on this tip spamming and restrict their tipping ability. Since Stake's aware of the bot it shouldn't cause issues for the bot account.

I see that eight cryptocurrencies are working with poorbot, and there are more coins accepted in Stake.
Do you have any plans to add more of them in future, for example solana with other popular crypto that are not available on Stake, or maybe add a way to send coins to external address with additional fee?
I could help with testing and review if this happens.

So far it is only internal tipping on Stake between Stake users through Poorbot.

I like your suggestion to have Solana for Poorbot but it sounds impossible to send cryptocurrencies externally. It can be conflict of interest with Stake platform. Maybe Poorbot team will answer you better with this suggestion with their more experience on Stake and understand more about Stake's Terms of Service.

Last month OP said that he is not interested to add other sites but of course it may change in the future if there is a good reason to add it such as the number of users who ask it and willing to use it in other casinos.
Coming to Primedice, the number of active players there is no longer good enough (only few hundreds daily in average) so I dont think poorbot will be available at Primedice.
If poorbot is interested to add other sites, I believe they will add new sites with bigger number of users than primedice.

Congratulations from the core of my heart! It's great to know that your bot has got 190+ users and $36k+ in exchange volume within a month. That's truly fantastic, I'm pretty sure that soon many new users will adopt your Bot because it's quite helpful for exchanging of currencies within Stake and I'm very sure that those who use the bot for once will use it forever.

I'm also thankful to those members who appreciated and liked my review about this amazing bot. At the same time, I'm thankful to the developer of the bot for giving me the chance to review his awesome bot. Wish you best of luck brother, and I really hope that your bot may get as many users as possible. You have created an awesome and helpful bot!

The more sites the better and this is something that i do prefer. I do remember those Dinabot days and not we do have this poorbot now with same functionalities.

The thing i dont really like is that $100 minimum wager before you could make use of this exchange on which it would be totally
depending into sites terms but well it isnt really just that too far off. It isnt really just that new accounts would really be able make use of.
Terms would vary on each places though.

It seems that the campaign that you've made helped it out. I think that there will be more of them if you'll be back at it again and start to work more with marketing.

Whether you pursue that or not, I'd like to congratulate you on this milestone and success.

Now, everyone is asking for additional sites if it's possible. You probably have it on mind and about to work it out soon.

Primedice has a small number of active gamblers, but the exchange bot would get more attention from the Primedice users. Because the withdrawal fee for Bitcoin is 0.0002 BTC at Primedice. So, the user would use the exchange bot more there to exchange their small Bitcoin balance in other crypto which has low withdrawal fee. Anyway, all the casinos won't allow the third party exchange service like Poorbot. And Poorbot team needs the API access to run their service in a casino.

Maybe you can provide a screenshot of the error message and send it by pm to poorbot or by email to support@poorbot.io It seems you are the first one to complain here, is it your first time trying poorbot to exchange your coin or you have done it before?

I have personally tested and used their bot and it worked very fine for me. I also recorded and shared a video of the bot and wrote a detail review of it. Have you sent the XRP to poorbot or you have sent it to someone else?

I think you'll most probably get your money if you sent it to the bot because the developer is a quite honest person. Can you please update us that have you got your money or not? I hope that Poorbot developer will soon leave a reply on this thread so we can see what happened to the situation.

Have you sent it to Poorbot? I hope that you haven't sent the tip as public because that's not the correct way to send a tip. When I was testing the Poorbot, I sent all the tips in private and all of the tips were exchanged without any issues.

Some tips were exchanged instantly while a few of them took some time but none of the tips took more than a minute. I hope that Poorbot developer who's currently the representative of it on this forum will see this thread and resolve your issue.

The OP is inactive for a week already now, it seems that he is away from online activity so it can be the reason if there is an error with the exchange bot.
So an update for you will be useful for others, at least if your case is resolved then others will not worry to use it to exchange their coins.
If your case is not resolved, then it can be a warning for others not to use it, at least until they resolve your case.

So far this is the only complaint that i have seen above on which there were no other complaints as well. Assuming that this is Stake dedicated kind of exchange bot then it would be good for those Stake
users out there would really be giving out such comment if ever they have used this exchange feature. I have been trying it out but i do fail because it does need that $100
wager requirement first before you could be able to make use of this feature. Checking out with the fee then its not really that bad either and been said this is some replacement
with Dinabot?

I think OP's made it clear that it was a competitor to Dinabot to some extent, so calling it a replacement is probably not right[1]. If you used them in the past maybe you can compare the features yourself and see which one is suitable for your needs, not to mention Dinabot seems to have few users right now (unless the stats on their website are wrong), CMIIW. Maybe wait a bit until OP is online and gives his response to the problem above if you want to make sure there is no problem with the service.

Hi, sorry for late response, I was away so I couldn't check the bitcointalk thread, however support email & bot maintenance was not interrupted. Sometimes Stake will fail to send the tip, so exchange gets stuck.
All errored exchanges are usually fixed in a few minutes, or few hours. Your exchange was unfortunately delayed a bit, ~6-7 hours.
This issue with bot will be fixed though, sorry about the inconvenience!

Also for future reference, if you're having issues with the exchanges, better send a support email, it's checked more frequently than this thread!

Thanks for your interest

I think this will grow further in the future since stake has been one of the biggest casino in crypto, and hopefully maybe in the future more casinos will have that feature so you'll be able to intergrate it and they'll also enjoy the service.

Good luck to more success in the future...and thanks for choosing the forum as one of the platform in building your community.

Any chance you'll be running a campaign or promotion in the forum again?

We have reached +$250k volume, +5k exchanges and +700 users in ~4 months. Shoutout to each and every one of you who chose poorbot!
Compared to the statistics of first month (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5479380.msg63589472#msg63589472), Poorbot is growing quickly. That's a huge achievement in just 4 months. The exchange fee was 0.3% when you launched your exchanger. When and why have you increased it to 1.2%? Wasn't the 0.3% fee rate enough to generate revenue? Anyway, you have to update the image in your main post with the current fee rate.

Thank you for your message, unfortunately currently it will continue with Stake
Signature campaign might be less likely, but there will be some giveaways!

Thanks! Yes, we launched with 0.3% and after a while it was announced on the website it would go up to 1.2% on 6 March
0.3% was a great way to reach more users, but it wasn't sustainable in the long run because of the constant need of liquidity and rains sent
I think it's still pretty good, compared to other instant swap services

Also thanks for reminding me about the image, I have updated it now!

Understandable enough to increase your exchange fee, you started it with 0.3% can be considered as promotion to gain customers and of course you will not give you enough profit if you keep the 0.3% forever because I'm sure you need to pay some things for operation of your exchange bot.
1.2% is still good, at least it is still smaller than your competitor and hopefully you can keep this for long time so you can gain more customers (at least to invite the customers from your competitor LOL).
Maybe you can also offer a bonus for your loyal customers, bonus such as free exchange fee after 10x transactions or free exchange fee after a total XXX$ transactions.

I had lurked on this thread and I must say this caught my attention...
Man, I was feeling enthusiastic these days on using this service for me to be able to manage in a better way some money on Stake (save a bit with withdrawals and stuff) but the service fee going from 0,3% up to 1,2% kind of discourages me a bit from using this service for the first time.  :(
I would like to ask for the opinion of people here who have consistently used this exchange services on stake, do you all think is it worth it for the price or would it better for me to try to find other alternatives? I have never used something similar to this so I would like your opinions on this, to guide me as a newbie.

Thanks before hand.  :P

Any plans on supporting more currencies? I have some Shiba Inu's that I wanted to exchange so I recalled poorbot. Kinda disappointed that more currencies that are on Stake aren't supported but it's understandable.

Even the older exchange bot is not accepting Shiba Inu, poorbot on the good side is having 1 more coin than the older exchange bot.
If your Shiba is more than enough to be withdrawn, better to withdraw it as the withdrawal fee is less than a dollar.
However if your main purpose to exchange your shiba is to avoid the withdrawal fee (trying to find coin with lower fee) you cant do anything unless you know someone on stake that want to exchange your shiba.

-snip-
I think the only possible scenario.

He does not meet any withdrawn amount and wants to collect all funds from various crypto currencies into a single coin. Could be he got those amounts from Referral, Tips or Rain and wants to bet with at least a good amount of money or reach the minimum withdraw without making a bet.

I'm doing those on (CHIPS) casino while, I receive my lock-token reward. Exchange all currency from vault reward into a single coin using exchange feature, so can easily bet with good amount money and more faster reached minimum withdraw.

I don't think the reason because the fee-withdraw, because the fee is small on those currency.
