Please how can I add images to my posts or replies?

You currently won’t be able to do it due to your rank. You need to be at least a jr member before you can include images to your post, if you should post one right now it will only display as a link unlike when done by a higher rank (jr member +).

 It if you plan on creating a service thread or a thread to display your work and don’t want to wait until you rank up, then I’ll suggest you buy yourself a copper membership^[1], with it you should be able to post image and do what a member rank can do.

Newbies are not allowed to upload images in the forum.

If you want to insert image first go to Talking.com (https://talkimg.com/) and upload the image you wish to post here in the forum.
The website will generate a link for you to copy, then you can paste the link here in your post.


Secondly there is an icon for images when you click on it, click on it and it will appear like this

Then you can paste your link in between the image code like this;

You can add image to your post buy uploading the image to an image hosting website. Preferably you can use the talkimg https://www.talkimg.com/?lang=en
Although, the image will not yet displayed because you are still a newbie but the link to the image you upload can be view if readers click on the link you will copy from talkimg after uploading your desired image.

Also note that when you buy a copper rank or if you get to a Jr. Member rank, every ingage you have uploaded through the talkimg will automatically display.

I guess that could work too but also it would be better and less stress if you just do as Dr.Bitcoin_strange stated which is, you just visit the talkimg.com site and just upload the image you want to use and copy the link instead. But all the same so long the message and knowledge has been passed I think you are good to go.

Next to that is use this site to upload your images you want to post  https://www.talkimg.com/

Then after you upload your image then grab the link generated by the site then post it.

Now that's how you can see your images posted here, but make sure to post relevant pics according to the topic you want to raise or answer from people base on their opinion or other comments.

Your level account still newbie not available to add photo on the post you can upload trough link only by accessing talkimg (https://talkimg.com/), upload your photo there but not appear directly in your topic or your post because level account available to upload photo minimum member rank. You can see some newbie account just put website link have been upload with photo but can't appear in your post about photo. Push up your account level to be member if photo will show directly in your post without have to post link source of upload on talkimg (https://talkimg.com/).

You need waiting moment on another time for uploading your photon in bitcointalk forum and get little patience before raising your account level to be member.

Op welcome to this forum you already learned how to add images to your post. Now let's learn how to lock a topic. You can see a lock button left at the bottom of this topic. Simply click on the lock button and keep this thread locked since you already got your answer.

This is a good practice as a forum member to stop unnecessary/repeating posts in your thread.

This topic has been discussed many times before in this forum and there are many posts here as well.  So if you search the forum about this you will find several topics. Anyway, here are some people who have told you about this from where you can learn how to post a picture here. Any images posted here from your account will not be supported unless you have purchased  Copper Membership or achieve Minimum Junior Member by getting 1 merit point and fulfill 30 activity.

One thing I teach you is that if you want to know something, to find out if there is already a topic about that, just type that words into Google and then add Bitcointalk then search  and Google will bring you Bitcointalk Topic in search results. for example (How to post a photo in Bitcointalk)

With your current rank Follow these Steps:

Step 1: Buy a Copper membership here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5479714.0 (Price is around 0.00065789 BTC)
Step 2: Upload Image to TalkImg: https://talkimg.com/
Step 3: Copy BBC Embed Code (Look like this: https://talkimg.com/images/2023/12/30/IpaRG.png)
Step 4: Paste the Code in your Post.
After doing these 4 steps your image will be visible in your thread/post.


If you want to Skip First Stop. and don't want to buy a Copper membership. then you'll have to rank up your account to at least JR member rank. to be able to add images in your post.
