Really, OP?  You're just going to drop this vague job post without any details about it?  No one's gonna hit up a total stranger on Telegram without knowing what the job is.  I mean, would you?  If you're serious about hiring people, then you need to put in some effort and actually provide some information about the position. Otherwise, don't bother.

If you are serious about the kind of job you are going to offer, then I don't think there would be a problem to briefly describe the kind of tasks the potential service providers are supposed to do. Some of us don't like the idea of downloading the telegram app, signing up to just send a message if we even don't know if the task is worth the effort.

Here comes another hit and run. This is obvious that after spending time on this platform, OP could not be able to follow the rules on service board by properly presenting his service offer in a reasonable way.
Telling members to PM you through telegram will only question your genuity here.

What stops you to explain further the nature and scope of the job offer here. Do you not know that merely doing this would make members conclude you are a scammer who just wants to get handles for spamming accounts with phishing link.

Looking at your telegram name too sounds funny."Lastbender01" I was wondering who you want to bend last here  ;D

You may want to check on local boards, check on social media where Panama communities are clustered.

You can get loads of people there, I only see that the question of reputation may be at stake and those forums might not really have a system of regulating their operations and putting its members on check.

Something just does not look right. Why you are so specific about that location ? You could choose some other location too.
