Bitcoin price has almost reached $70k and Altcoins marketing also flying with Bitcoin including most of top altcoins. But as we know that, Bitcoin halving is on the way. So i expect correction in Bitcoin price as well as  the effect should be seen in altcoins market too but is that going to happened? Are we gonna have one more chance to buy altcoins with low price ? What do you think about this

Firstly bitcoin is not about to reach $70k but has surpassed it. Yes bitcoin pumping is definitely controlling the Market and that’s what should happen as it is the leader of the pack a negative trend will also be felt on those coins. Halving is coming and with the a new ATH already gotten I think we will actually get a bitcoin correction because some investors might be waiting to take profits.

Base on Altcoins it is a tricky one because they could still be pumping even if bitcoin starts getting into corrections this is because during corrections bitcoin dominance reduces and that actually means more money in flow into the altcoin market. That’s why even now some Altcoins are not skyrocketing with bitcoin because it’s dominance high now.

My advice is wait for that particular coins dip and gamble in but do not FOMO and buy an already pumping Altcoins you might get away with that with bitcoin but not with Altcoin. Some could dust from there. Best to even look at other opportunities with real value

As with previous halving events, there has always been a market downturn that most people regard as the "pre-halving dip". It usually happens few days to the halving. But the current bull run is quite different; in that the market has already started moving upwards (till it even exceeded the ATH). Personally, I'm still expecting a market downturn before the halving event but I'm still preparing for a scenario where the market might not provide an opportunity to get altcoins at a lower price zone.

We didn't have an approved ETF before a bull run, so it's bound to be different. Funding rates as well.

It did $70k already but went back to $68k now.

What has happened a few days ago when Meta platforms servers have been shutdown? The market has dropped a lot and I think it is what you people are thinking about the plummet that should come prior to halving.

You need to spot some of them now because on the bull run, everything is going to be expensive but still there will be few of them that won't soar as quickly as you think.

The price right now is already high and if you FOMO, then you might get trap. Altcoins will fly higher as well, but it’s hard to tell if all altcoins will have the same faith of the pump. Just invest on good altcoins then you might see good profit too, be more patience with your holdings.

Bitcoin got to $70,008 today, and it could possibly get to $71k this new week. Many altcoins are going to fly like you think, but the challenge is that you cannot know if most of the coins that you have invested in are going to experience a huge price pump or not. It could be that the coins you have invested in and expected to pump may not pump, but other coins that you never invested in may pump. Tm Someone said that we are not yet in the altcoin season, and I think that's true because not a lot of altcoins have already experienced a huge pump like what happened during the 2021 bull market.

There some altcoins that still not going back on their current positions like last ATH. Who know if btc keeps rising or alts will be left behind. The bitcoin hike revolves on bitcoin halving event ao almost all eyes are into it but I believe alt season will soon happened after the halving and not yet too late to positioned on your favorite alts.

If someone know that he will be so damn rich. But unfortunately no one can predict the out come of certain altcoins since everything is unpredictable. If you see someone said that they can give you a accurate prediction then maybe they are going after for something and beware since usually those people telling that are just scammers.

But you can atleast do some analysis on the market to see if which among those alts would able to pump so that you can earn a profit and learning technical analysis is helpful so try to learn that since for sure you can do a lot of better trades.

Bitcoin's bullish moment is a blessing for the Altcoin world, because Bitcoin bulls can also lift most altcoins.  The overall crypto trend is very good and of course there is still a chance to enter on the Altcoin market.  Moreover, there will be an Ethereum ETF next, of course this will be the second peak on this year.  Bitcoin's rise has been so wild this time, and there may be a slight correction in the market in the near future, and will be welcomed by ETH ETFs.  Buying high Altcoins is safe, although taking greater risks on other coins or meme coins also has opportunities at this time.  But don't forget to carry out analysis to guide you in making decisions.

I feel that the current bull run seems unusual because historically, nearing or after the bitcoin halving event, we would expect to see a drop or correction in the price of bitcoin. However, what's happening now is the opposite .. the price of bitcoin keeps rising despite the halving approaching. Yet, I still don't know if it will decline after the halving or continue to rise.

That always happens, but it depends on whether BTC goes up and the Altcoin we choose will go up too if it is pumped by speculators and if it is normal, don't expect the altcoin, especially the new one, to be naturally pumped strongly.

and if you are asking if there is chances to buy lower? you should have done that recently or any time now , because the problem with the market now is really gong crazy because of the effect of ETF and now Ethereum ETF is also coming.

It is critically vivid to see even more clearly that btc which is the principal coin where other coins derives it's strength and energy. Since the performance of other coins solely depends on Bitcoin it means when Bitcoin price reduces same is also expected from other coins, to answer your question, however it depends on individual  what he consider to be a dip, because even the value that is considered to be high now can as well be seen as a dip tomorrow so is best you make you conclusions and know what is best for you.

firstly it depends on which altcoins you are looking at because if you are looking at the top altcoins like ethereum then yes its price is already high and a dip is possible but other altcoins are not really soaring as high as bitcoin there is a chance for it to go up but it won’t probably increase as much as you would expect

the basic principle is that most altcoins generally follow the movement of bitcoin so just keep that in mind

and when bitcoin goes down, usually altcoins will also go down, although not all of them are like that. that's when it's time to buy altcoins cheaply and prepare for the next bullrun

The general rule is to check what is low enough for you. Of course we all want to buy at the lowest price possible but if it already went down and you can already afford to buy the coin then I highly suggest that you do already. It’s hard to experience FOMO and then actually missing out on some opportunities.

You can see for yourself if you've so much interest about the current price of bitcoin. Interestingly, AltCoins are not left behind because bitcoin is the derivative digital assets that determines the values of AltCoins.
I guess briefly you know we'd get want got to be in AltCoin as much bitcoin does. You only need to invest on reputable coins and that's all.

Price has gone past $70k now. We may likely see above $90k before halving from the way things are judging from what the fear and greed index shows. FOMO is pushing the market right now. Most of these people coming to the market now are likely to get hurt because retracement will come and they're going to panic and sell off when that happens. They had all the time to buy before now and enjoy maximum profit but they chose to stay away until now that FOMO has set in.

That opportunity to buy alts at low prices is now. Get your favourite tokens now. Whatever you see in the market now with alts prices will be child's play when alts rally begins. Alts rally normally begins after Bitcoin had done its ATH and on its descent. I expect that to happen towards the end of this year and early months of next year.

Yeah it will definitely follow the old historic trend of dip with the Bitcoins worth. These altcoins have always been related to Bitcoin in some way and mostly the users study the market of Bitcoin and they invest along with these altcoins with the same strategy as they invest in Bitcoin because of the similarities in the trends.

I think so halving of the Bitcoin will again give a fair good amount of chance to earn profits on long term investments as the Bitcoin will again tend to rise the price of these altcoins will rise to some extent as well so it's a good option

Bitcoin has already reached $71k as a result of what Kucoin demonstrated today, and I am confident that Bitcoin will do even better by the end of this week. Because, in my opinion, the Bitcoin journey is important enough to continue. But what surprises me is that Bitcoin is rising every day, and the other altcoins do not want to follow suit. Well there is a possibility you could still be able to buy some alts cheap but I doubt they will go as low as before the btc price go ballistic.

Bitcoin has risen up to 200% if we look from mid-2023. That is a significant increase for Bitcoin. And some altcoins have recorded bigger gains and some altcoins have even hit their ATH. Meme coins, AI coins and RWA coins have risen 3-8 times this year. So actually altcoins rose much more than Bitcoin. But you have to be able to find an altcoin that has an increase of more than 200% if you want to get more profits from Bitcoin. I mean if you only get 100% upside then it's much better to invest in Bitcoin because it's a haven for crypto.

It depends if there's a trend for that altcoin. If you check the top crypto you'll see that some altcoins didn't increase much so no matter how much btc price increase if the altcoin's potential is not good then it won't fly high as you said or it's price increasing when btc price increase.

Last week Bitcoin price hit $70,000 before it came down and yesterday which the day this thread was created, Bitcoin still hit $72,000 and today Bitcoin price is woven in 72,400 and it still on $72+k and Ethereum price which was $3,400 last week now is $4,045.13 and other altcoins are also on the rise. The halving is very close now and in the halving you can buy as much as you can for the All Time High.

So if you know what is good for you, you have to sell now and buy in the halving again so you can make more profit. Prepare for the All Time High.

It's hard to predict the price range for every alts but what can be safely stated is almost all of the popular altcoins would beat their last all time high. The bitcoin has done it and is on a rising trend but we are not sure how far it would go. Similarly some altcoins have reached their all time highs while some are even struggling to achieve the high they got last year. Unlike previous bull, I feel the current one would be more selective and not every alts would achieve the similar level of success.

Imo it is early to discuss how high altcoins will fly when many still havent even reached their ATH, and some are only on a half way to it. Of course we can name some guesses, but I dont know what they will be based on. When bitcoin price was around $30-40k, we only dreamed about how high its price will go, but havent done any predictions. So why should we predict altcoin prices now then?

Looking at the market habits i feel that if you want to get a cheap price by waiting for the market habits to be bearish, but it depends on ourselves whether you want to get a profit or vice versa, because usually a bearish market is difficult for us to get satisfactory results.

Many current altcoins could do a 50 to 100 x current prices. It’s what happens in the peak bull market periods. You need to do your own research on what ones could perform like that though. Some altcoins will even outperform that but you need to be careful. It’s not too late to buy now, you still have a few months, maybe even a year before the market starts to get really hot.

As of now Bitcoin is already at price $72k, still moving up gradually and we do not know the climax before any correction. Bitcoin price might touch $80k eventually, not certain but how confident are we if the correction is to happen, how hard is the price of Bitcoin and most Altcoins going to fall during market correction. Anyone who is afraid of buying too early, should try buying at different prices and intervals (DCA) or may end up buying very late, it's better to pick the moderate option.

I think it might be better to wait for some time as the market is very high now to get satisfactory results. The price of bitcoin has gone up a lot with the increase in the price of bitcoin the value of altcoins is high. The price may go down after the price increase so wait and buy.

Low price? TBH, I don't consider the prices of altcoins especially those at the top 100 "low" anymore because if you want to buy those altcoins, you must take the opportunity and buy 2 years ago when everything is just at its bottom.

Well, if you will only buy altcoins this time, and sell it during the peak of the bull run then you can at least make some money still on it, but I don't consider it low anymore. How high altcoins will fly is something that I can't answer accurately because it differs. Probably those altcoins at the top 50 only might do a minimum of x2 to a maximum of x5. Those altcoins below might go x2 to x10 at least. One thing's for sure though. Most of the altcoins at the top will do at least x2 IF YOU WILL BUY NOW. Not financial advice. :P

Overall, you can still buy altcoins right now, and sell them during the bull run. If you missed the opportunity last 2022 when everything is at it's lowest, you can wait for the bull run to end, then buy altcoins during the bear market phase. Markets move in cycles anyway. If you missed the last opportunity, just wait and another opportunity will come again. :)

Bitcoin price is above $72k, we have some more time to halving in bitcoin, the time we get I expect the value of bitcoin to increase. Altcoins will pump more as the price of Bitcoin increases. Yes many unknown alt coins have pumped huge, if you notice the top alt coins have pumped but are still far behind their past peak market value. I think now is a good time, currently if you start investing entry in top coins before bitcoin halving hopefully you can get good result in upcoming altcoins bull season.

We are in the dark about it just as you are, so that is not really what you need to ask yourself, what you need to ask is if you are willing to take the risk to go against the trend when bitcoin has made such an impressive movement already?

If I was on your shoes I would not take the risk, going against the trend is a bad move, as not only the chances you are wrong are high, but if you were to short the market or to get out of your current positions, you will find it very hard to buy bitcoin and other altcoins when they are many times more expensive than what they were when you sold them.

Dear there is no exact statement for that for now like how much altcoins can or will fly in the coming time frame because the crypto market is so unpredictable but we will see a good gain in the altcoin projects maybe after the halving event or maybe after the time when the price of Bitcoin will be relaxed because once the price of bitcoin will stop going up investors will start to fetch their amount from bitcoin and may move into the altcoin projects.

Altcoins are just one such of a coin that their next move are sometimes decided by the market trend, i.e the bitcoin trend and sometimes will not follow the trend and move in opposite sides to the flow of bitcoin trend. In overall, bitcoin is the leader of all of them and they will at last follow the trend and direction of bitcoin. Buying altcoins at a low price should be now because after the bitcoin surge and how it has reached its all-time high now and mark a new one, money might start moving to altcoins which will be a sign that most of the investors have already taken their early profit from the investment before we begin to see the bull run again, when bitcoin is expected to go on a long uptrend to mark the ATH of all time.

And this is the game. Altcoins will fly untill Bitcoin dumped. But i think halving won't effect on Bitcoin price badly due to ETF approval and it also seems, bull run already started with Bitcoin and it'll be lengthy enough where altcoins will fly more higher with bull run. So take your time and analysis more about altcoin, especially undervalued altcoins which are still woth buying

Just has you have said, price of most altcoin are currently high. What give you assurance of the price coming down soon. Although one shouldn't FOMO but one can still buy using DCA. What I don't really understand is: ' are we in the bullrun now?'. The market price movement recently is really surprising.

I think that investors are pumping money into relevant altcoins now, example is Solana, which is doing great now, despite the slight dip in Bitcoin price, this little dip will make some investors to FOMO and reinvest in altcoins, but as you advised it'll be better to research and invest in prospective undervalued projects that have the potentials to pump in the bull run. I think that top altcoins like Ethereum BNB and Solana will fly very high in this bull run, alongside Bitcoin.

btc is the main coin when btc price increasing then of course it's impact will have an altcoins, but every altcoins did not increased same, like as few altcoins increased in large scale like sonala is increased 10x, and eth, bnb, ton and many others top coins good pumping. altcoins following btc trend, i did not see altcoins highly increased without pumping btc price.

Bitcoin has already reached its all time high (ATH) approximately at $74,000, and now going through correction which should not continue for long. Altcoins have also demonstrated robust performance, specially Solana that is leading the alts rally. Once Bitcoin completes it correction process it is possible that some other gems will also shine in the next bull cycle, such as Polkadot, ADA and Matic. These coins can potentially make significant gains once bull cycle in full swing.

Yes, you got the right way/point. Well, I have already in my other posts that the bull run in altcoin starts just after the time Bitcoin starts to go down and that time the Bull run for altcoin season will start but many of the users say it is also bull run for altcoins as well. In my point of view saying this is not correct at all although there are some altcoin projects that are making good pumps in the market it doesn't mean that the bull run for altcoin has started. if you look at the money volume at the correct time most of the money is going into the Bitcoin market by the investors.

Yeah. That'll going to happened in my view. Bitcoin pumped lot, so for altcoins but recently Bitcoin dropped at $63k around and most of altcoins start losing their value. But this is natural Market condition and i believe halving isn't started yet and maybe we are going to see the halving effect where monther currency Bitcoin could fall dip and that time will give us opportunity again to shopping some good altcoins with low price. Although its my prediction. Reality could be different

The Bitcoin price really surprised me and also many people in the cryptocurrency market trading in which expecting Bitcoin price increases we occur after Bitcoin halving has been taken place. But it goes before the time and for few days now Bitcoin price is gradually dropping, which cryptocurrency trader's called it correction of the market. Hence Bitcoin halving occur massive pump we take place, because of the scarcity of Bitcoin from miner's reduction.

Bitcoins has attained 73k$ of price but now correction is taking place due to which market is down and once again we have a chance to buy bitcoin and altcoin at lower price. All those who miss the previous opportunity can now easily invest in their desire coins because the price is lower.

At this moment there are higher chances of earning easy profits compared to few days ago because we have seen dip in the value of Bitcoin which has brought down most of the Altcoin value and we all know Bitcoin is going to raise once against wherein it's by default that the price of Altcoins will increase as well hence we can carefully select Altcoins and invest even now.

I think we may see similar opportunities during halving as well. We need to ensure we buy in dips i don't recommend this for Altcoins but since we are approaching halving I can confirm that Altcoin investment will make you rich.

No one can be able to predict how high altcoins can go. With the rate at which bitcoin is rising we expect to see altcoins rise so high as well. Another to put into consideration is that not all altcoins will do so well in this bull season. Some would do so well giving 100x to 1000x, some will do more better than that too but it depends on the coin. I have seen altcoin dumping when there is a  season, for your information those are altcoins which has failed. Which is the reason it is advised we make research before investing in altcoins.

It was two weeks ago when the correction started, and until now it is still happening in the market, but I am pretty sure that once the 20% correction is reached, it can have a reversal, and then the market will likely go uptrend again.

So as of this moment, I have stopped doing day trading for awhile because I can smell that it is about to reverse, then the price will go up again, and when that happens, just hold again, just waiting for the correction again. It's that simple.

If you’re asking about before the halving, then I don’t think you’ll easily find a way to get in. I don’t expect any surprising move from either Bitcoin and Altcoins between now and the halving. All the increase in price we’ve seen is everything that was meant to increasing coming gradually. So it’s likely more or less of what it is today. If you want to invest in Bitcoin or any altcoins, I strongly suggest that you don’t invest money you’ll need soon (even if they could still pump easily).

Currently altcoin prices are relatively high and my advice is to wait until the bull run ends or wait until market conditions are bearish. For now participate in bounties and airdrop then collect as much USDT as possible and when the time comes buy the altcoin you want.

Altcoins varies in prices and we aims for the promising ones. Altcoins, we're not yet into their season. We probably should look for some good paying jobs inother to stack up enough funds and gets ready for the bear market which is formerly known to be the season where we sow our seeds and wait patiently for the bull season where we witnessed the germination of our seeds. This is true, nobody could know where they will go, specially when we are talking about lower altcoins, they will do crazy stuff that we could never guess. It could go up super high during a bear market, it could go very low during a bull market as well.

Because the marketcap is lower, that means that if someone buys a lot or sells a lot then the price could change wildly and a lot easier, of course when one person with a lot does this, others follow most of the time, or at least stop loss type of stuff gets activated, these all mean that we could see wild movements very quickly. This is why I believe that we can't really make it work all that easily, we should probably consider getting higher ranked coins so we can do a lot better with volatility.
