First and foremost, im very grateful to be in this forum . I have been finding it very difficult to manage  my offline work and activities with this online forum . Please how do i go about this ?

Health is wealth. If you can not cope with the two, you have to quite one for one. Go for the one that is best for you.

As a newbie there's.no pressure on you to make posts here in the forum, even when you're ranked up there's still no obligations that you must meet up any number of posts, unless you're in a signature campaign that demands you to make at least certain number of posts and sometimes the boards where you can make them. So don't lose or jeophadise your job where you earn your income, you can visit the forum anything you're chanced, nobody will query you because nobody is paying you. Whenever you're in the forum, make the most of your time by learning from experienced members about crypto related topics, ask questions and make quality contributions.

it shouldn't be difficult to manage your time on this forum. you can access the forum during your free time or at a time that doesn't take up your time, you should have free time, whether during your lunch break or at night. because many of the forum members here also work and are active in the forum, and it doesn't take up too much of their time. but if it's true as you say that it takes up too much of your time, yes you can choose which is best, whether this forum or your job. just choose the best for you.

Just go to the forum when you're comfortable. Prioritize your activities and get your work done before something else.

Try to track your progress and time by using timestamp and tracker tools for your convenience if you can't do it manually. Do some alarm on what you'd do on specific time and then do the rest when you're comfortable and when you've got spare time.

If you are working so much that you don't have any free time then better stay away from Internet to take care of your health. This forum is mainly to learn about cryptos not just earn.

Open your account in your mobile device which can give you time to read stuffs when you have small breaks from your work.

You have to ask yourself, why are you here?

Are you trying to keep posting and get merits so that you can rank up and eventually get into a signature campaign? If that is the case you just need to learn how to dedicate some of your time to this forum. It will be hard doing two things at once but if you really want this then you would have to learn how to sacrifice.

Op there is no advice that is greater kelward states here, it left for you to use your Brain mostly if you see it affects your health that you can't manage the both you can make a choice but nite there is a saying in my place that you don't throw away your drum of water because it's old while expecting a rainfall it's very unwise if the fail to fall you know how dangerous it could be on your side after throwing away the one you have.

Forum work is not mandatory, as newbie you really need something that can sustain you financially in other to be able to run your obligation because forum is not a quick to get rich place, because assuming you have no campaign to join and that is the reason you put away your job how will you cope, even while your in this forum with a rank up it's Advisable to diversify your source income to avoid some financial break down as many unforseen circumstances do occur in the life of human at any given time.

My advice for you is that you should take your offline work seriously and spend time in the forum at your leisure because your offline activities define you more while your activities on the forum is just an added advantage so you should be more focused on real life and also spare time to come to the forum

You don't manage time, time takes care of itself and everyone of us have 24hours in a day.
instead, manage your priorities. What are your roles? Are you a Father of your children? A brother? A son? An owner of your business? Manage tasks and priorities along those roles from greatest importance to least importance. Then set schedule for those within a span of a week. The hardest part is following that plan. Because how many time you told yourself that you will wake up early yet you get up by 10:00am? So straighten up. Remove distractions such as social media and put more time to things that are truly matters to you.  ::)

May you give us idea what is your plan here in this forum? so we can extend our advises in
which will favor your intentions here because that will serves how much time you have to be here.

If you are for Investing and trading then you can learn that via internet , search for strategies
and seek for some adviser and tutor?coaches for your success.

But if your main goal is to increase your account rank and earn from joining services here?
then you need to be more precise in learning each area of this forum and giving advises to everyone.

do the priority and what can generate you income , because if this can affect your daily job then try to control your time here (and if you mean by trying to learn trading and other forms to make profit) then try to spend your weekends in this forum mate.

also correct because this is not where we can feed our family for daily basis instead better to use your extra time to deal with crypto.

As far as I'm concerned you have to learn to use your time well you can't make money easily from forums there's a lot to know and learn. While participating in the signature campaign one should read the posts carefully and follow the senior members to see how they are doing but it takes time. That's why I think you spend time here in between offline work.

Google or AI bot helps you better than asking the people here.

And to express this further, I don't know what your life is like so I can't give you any specific advice. But whoever exists will have their own jobs and lives, establishing balance is always relative for each person, instead adaptation accepts everything and does not accept it. Feeling pressured by what's going on around you. Anyway, I hope you find the answer from some source.

I have your position when i started learning and understanding this forum and of course cryptocurrencies .

What I do first is give some of my time at least 1-2 hours a day and giving more in weekdays .

so if i where you? take your time mate and give yourself a break each time .

Well time management is not really an easy thing to achieve but I will advise that u prioritise ur activities. If u can be able to map out at least 2hrs every day to be coming online I think is going to help alot.I would like u to get dis book eat that frog by brain tracy

Perfect,having  a "To Do" list will also save tine because we have something scheduling
each or every single minute available that certain time , actually just recently that I
started having this to do list because I tend to spend my time back in the days
depending on what is available and what is necessary for what I am thinking but
 still wasting sone precious time.

You can manage your time if you are a good manager and you have to train your self towers it,and be more concerned about your self discipline,to make sure you attain to the level of managing your time

Always put your head up ,and make sure you always put your time on alerm in which ever place you want to go ,like my uncle what helps him is alerm.

Because is a man that due with time so much ,if he is going for a meeting he will set an alarm that will beep in two hours time and he will maintain it ,no matter the high level of interest in that meeting he must go, because he also set alerm to meet up to another place ,the very moment he compromise in any of the time it became a big problem to him ,so with this you can be a perfect time manager and it will help you ,but you must have to be self-discipline about it if not you can't

I totally agree that time management is about self discipline first of all.

I think both are equally important and one shall not be sacrificed for the other however you also most importantly can not sacrifice your health and your time with your family especially with yourself.

I say make a detailed schedule and try to stick with it. I find that this makes me go through the week in a more organized way. This also prevents procrastination.

Yes one can't make it once time is involved putting away self discipline it's the bedrock of success. Many time start from the hear where imagination is generated some things that see m unprofitable you imagine most time as engaged in should be first cut off, only focus on your goal and skip all contradictory things that distract your goal achievement, such as friends, watching of movies or some movement that can't aid to your goal. Allocate your time specifically  one one major thing don't engage on multi tasking that you can't achieve with this your time will be properly managed as you will see results of achieving your goals.

im having hardship to complete my to-do list everyday as everything distracts me.

I need someone or something to make me do stuff as well I believe. I always postpone what i am going to do and hours, days pass.

I need some self-discipline to be honest.
