Trying to connect Zilliqa [zillet wallet] and Theta [ thetaboard ] to my ledger nano s through ledger live ,which i have done for years successfully,on the same laptop as now but for a long time now i am getting this message : U2F browser support is needed for ledger.please use chrome,opera or firefox with a U2F extension.Also make sure you're on an HTTPS connection. I need some guidance with the U2F ,as i got stuck with this before ; is this a chrome extension ?
Also, when i thought i would possibly access these wallets another way i.e, private keys / passwords i realised i don't have them .Therefor ,i can't remember ,as it's a long time ago did i , could i have set up the wallets by just connection to hardwear wallet option alone ? The article from Ledger is stating that there are issues connecting MetaMask with Firefox, and a workaround would be to use Brave or Chrome:

Make it true, close the browser and restart it again.
This is to ensure HW's compatibility with a device that supports the FIDO2 standard I don't think this will pose a risk to your private keys, and there is no need to install any add-ons. I tried setting the security.webauth.u2f value to true (https://www.key-id.com/enable-fido-u2f-firefox/ (https://www.key-id.com/enable-fido-u2f-firefox/)), this setting does not work on Ledger Nano X and Firefox v124.0.2 (64-64- bit) that I use. I think i would have to connect to ledger to be able to disconnect wallets to use another way to access them i.e pass phrases .I'M quite lost ....think i will try support ticket with each asset......
