Title: Scammer trying to sell my design for $3000
Post by: swaga on April 15, 2024, 10:29:03 PM
What happened::A person who claims to be selling over 100 casino source codes is trying to sell my own design (He only has screenshots of it, not the real file) as a real casino software for $3000

Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3586321

Reference Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5471661.0
Additional Notes: Here's the proof he had my design for sale on his telegram channel. (he removed it today)

1st pic: his telegram channel https://imgbb.com/B4zKHj7
2nd pic: screenshot from my figma file https://imgbb.com/thrYNFS

It's clear he is trying to "sell" many other designs under real software.

Edit: heres a screenshot of his telegram shop: https://ibb.co/Ms0VXW4 and here's the link: https://t.me/LuckyLabs

you pasted a wrong username. You are referring to @NexusBet, which is not a scammer in my opinion, but above you there is a comment from @LuckyLabs[1], who appears to be the scammer.
I gave him negative trust, and if there are any additional details, include them here.

They're probably controlled by the same person, the website nexusbet[dot]ru is mentioned as luckylabs's website on their telegram,

Website: https://nexusbet.ru/

Update script!👍
Contacts: TG.me/LuckyLabs

https://talkimg.com/images/2024/04/16/jkifb.jpeg (https://talkimg.com/image/jkifb) https://talkimg.com/images/2024/04/16/jk8Kv.jpeg (https://talkimg.com/image/jk8Kv)

And if NexusBet want to argue that LuckyLabs is not their alt and that they also "stole" Nexusbet's website, it'll be quite strange that they didn't bother to clarify that matter on their thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5471661.0) when LuckyLabs made that post above.

Also, this,
Actually!

Actually!

Actually!
Discount 30%!

This should at least give a circumstantial evidence that both accounts are connected. Whether their rebuttal hold its water though, that they don't sell the script (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5471661.msg63947612#msg63947612) like what's shown on OP's screenshots, I can't check that because the screenshots --at least from my side-- will need microscope to be fully comprehended.

Who own the main script? It looks like you and the other guy are using similar design this means either he copied you or you copied him. How would we know who is the first person?

I owned hare.gg domain and wanted to make a design related to that name. After the design was ready I shared screenshots of it with people on my discord. LuckyLabs was probably in my discord and he took the screenshots and just pretended like he owned the full casino with that template, eventho it was never a real casino - it's only a design.

Anyways, I just wanted people to be aware this forum is a cesspool of scammers. I've reported 3 so far, none were even negatively reviewed. (negative trust)
I will keep opening these whenever I spot a scammer tho.

That'll be because DTs are not light-handed on passing negative trust. Well, at least most DTs. We will need you to provide concrete evidence that someone scammed you an/or is a scammer before we tag them. Had your previous report supported by substantial evidences?

Tagging an account without strong enough basis will make people say DTs are abusing their power. I guess people do never satisfied.

How about this one? it's right to say someone is scammer when you're also a scammer?

Create your own script instead of took someone else script, modify it and then claimed if everything on the script is created by yourself. Too bad phoenix-gambling (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3535784) wasn't active since February, they should take a legal action against you.

And, as it often turns out, this isn't the whole story. The OP himself is selling a script to which he has no rights. Here's a warning from phoenix-gambling (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5440223.msg61782027#msg61782027) in one of his previous threads, stating that they do not permit the resale of their script. Furthermore, the version of the script in question was never intended for public use or sale, as clearly stated on their Github repo (https://github.com/Win5X-Team/win5x-1.5).

@swaga, as you're not the original author of the script and don't have the right to resell it, you also don't have the authority to prevent others from freely distributing it, which is precisely what degika has done now (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5469789.0).

I've already explained this over 10 times and I'll do it the 11th.
Long story short, Phoenix gambling is not the original developer of this source code. I'm free to sell it as much as I want, especially because I wrote over 80% of the code in the product I'm selling.
Also please stop highjacking my scam report to vent your frustrations.

If you want to have a discussion, read all 50+ pages and come back with facts.
Here's one fact: Phoenix gambling scammed over 5 people who then contacted me (I will show proof of this if you want). They're not the good guys. You're barking up the wrong tree here.

and final edit: If you're accusing me of scamming please open a report and state how much I've scammed, whome and when. Then we'll have a discussion. Until then, if you have nothing to say about the topic please don't comment. I'm saying this in the most civil way I can.

Nothing is stopping you to give them your own negative trust feedback.
Other members can follow that if you presented good enough case with enough evidence.
I am not saying member your mentioned is not a scammer but negative feedback should be given carefully, not easy like candies.

Let's start with what a friend says about "his" design, no one thought that we were selling the product (Frontend + Backend), and not his design. And I will tell you one secret, now there is no problem to make up a template based on a screenshot and use it for any purpose, we just made a copy, it is not prohibited.

You sell things in your store that don't belong to you.:
https://buycasinoscripts.com/product/roblox-casino-source-code-bloxclash-original/
And to spoil your sales, I will make this product available for free.

Frontend + Backend + Figma

I'd love to see that copy. Show it to me, please. Let me see the rest of that copy!
