Title: Look away

Cryptocurrency, like traditional finance, has the behavior of bookmakers manipulating prices. Of course, we can also use them to control prices. As long as we have reliable sources of information, we can take the opportunity to make a profit when they raise prices.

You can't control prices unless you hold a significant amount of the cryptocurrency you are willing to manipulate. Whales do indeed manipulate the prices of cryptocurrencies. Still, they hold a large percentage of the total supply of the coins they manipulate because you need to have a lot of it to create buying or selling walls in the market, and then when people start making bids below that wall. It goes down, you buy back all at a cheap price and then sell them at a higher price since the price will go higher again.

Normal traders or individuals can't manipulate the market or the price of a cryptocurrency no matter how much they want that, this is the reason why a lot of people try to follow the movements of the whales so that they can get in on their manipulations and earn some profit, but they don't reveal what they do. Channels on social media platforms that provide whale alerts would only let you know how much they have bought or sold and that doesn't let you make a move quickly.

Cryptocurrencies are easier to manipulate, especially those that have a low market capacity or are listed on stock exchanges, but although they are easy to manipulate, they are difficult to predict, as it is impossible to predict most cash flows, which makes their prices move more randomly.
Bitcoin is a little different from that, as it is more difficult to manipulate but easier to predict, and no one can control cash flows, so it may follow a pattern in the long-term trend, but this is not true in the short term.

There are a lot of methods and gateways for manipulators to influence the market. Number one of it is the use of the most known people telling something good or bad about the market. Once they've loaded the "experts say" thing and the words from these influencers, that's how they're able to influence everyone including the small ones. Next, is the no announcement action of these whales that they're able to influence the market and everyone will just follow what's happening. Like today, the news is about the halving and it's not a surprising news and from the bottom of $59k that Bitcoin reached, in a few hours it has recovered to $65k.
