As indicated by other members too, i think you need to update the title as you are offering services of a Marketing Manager and not looking for a marketing manager. :) Apart from building and showing your portfolio, are you looking to be hired here on bitcointalk as a campaign manager? If so, you better contact the companies listed in the altcoins sections and see how the Bounties (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0) work here on bitcointalk. Other than bitcointalk, you should also try to put your advertisements in different Facebook groups and do target-oriented linkedin searches but for all these, you need to have a proper portfolio.
