Nice work. You might have a surprise later down the road :) We're currently offering the lowest fees at which we can sensibly offer this service, they will reduce with time as volume picks up. To be honest, I was underwhelmed with BitInstant before, finding the services offered to be mostly redundant conversions within the e-currency ecosystem.
Cash deposit is a level up, and its especially good to see after MtGox suspended their cash deposits (which had the very inconvenient ID/paperwork requirements anyway). I hope you can avoid any legal snags going forward to keep the new service as convenient as possible.
