https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=10228.0 The GpuIO temps are not your ram temps btw, they are temps of the memory controller which is integrated in the GPU. Unless your heatsink is mounted incorrectly it should be close to , but usually lower than shader temps. Ram chips themselves are never monitored.
