Note, you may use IRC client (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_IRC_clients) to connect to freenode irc network (http://webchat.freenode.net/) and search for the above urls to find the channels which they came from, otherwise most of them are pointless, or worthless other than to the tinyesque communities or founders behind the websites. Regardless, they are listed for sake of completeness.
