My understanding of what she is saying is that MF global was allowed to file for bankruptcy as a Securities dealer rather than a commodity brokerage. Which led to JP morgan collecting money as a creditor rather than the various people who were paying them to do the commodities trading. But that seems really simple to me. You don't get it. Your property is not safe from the government or other thieves. Bitcoin solves this problem for money.
