Due to the way CGA works increasing the hashrate will lead to decreasing the block reward. To get around this there is a going to be a multipool that mines CGA when it's profitable and when CGA is not profitable to mine it will mine the most profitable coin and trade for CGA so that you only get paid out in CGA.
If you are set on pos, there is MINT and ECC. The rest are kinda very small and might not make it. At 3/4 satoshi you can't get a better deal. With 100b coin compared to black coin's 70b possible coin, you can see the potential for similar performance.
