Title: PrivateInternetAccess flaw?
Post by: nkocevar on April 17, 2014, 12:38:47 AM
I have received 2 warnings from my ISP (comcast), for copyright infringement for torrenting movies, yet I have been connected without interruption to this proxy.... what am I doing wrong?

Comcast may be tracing your IP up to 180 days ago

+1 to the last poster, but also your proxy could be keeping / forwarding logs.  Try an anonymous VPN service.

The torrent downloader may not be using the proxy correctly. I know at some point the downloader is requesting data/info and it reveals your IP when doing so.
