For as much down payment, I believe if not already supplied we should be able to see a mockup/sketchup of the color and format of the page or several pages like main page, profile ect.

This would be nice.

And what color will it be?

I love this blue/fade/white.

Plugin engine is being worked on at the moment. Theming is part of this. The initial design will be available when we go through the ui/ux. The plugin engine itself holds to be higher priority at the moment. But we'll definitely have something for the public to see in the future.

Ah wicked. May I ask, is there gonna be a default colored theme like this blue/fade/white or will there be like a huge selection of skin colors?

I know features are important to a lot of people but so is the UI, UI is the eye candy :) .

It's starting to get old. Flat colors (without gradients) are what's trending right now, which would produce that eye candy I am hoping for.

I don't want any changes about view. That's why I said I prefer. If you want new view that should be optional.

The design is one of the last things that would be programmed, I believe.

You need to program the core features first.  A design should not be tied into the features in any way, to allow skinning.
