I submitted three claims at the exact same time, and they finally awarded me the lesser of the three this past February, at first claiming they couldn't fine the claims. Meanwhile, davout has slightly over 1,300 BTC in one of his personal wallets put there after the "hack" with no source of income to substantiate that amount with the exception of being the CTO of InstaWallet that had no oversight nor independent auditor to check said site. This is just a front company for scamming people. 16 unresolved complaints to the AG's office. Multiple refunds promised but not delivered. Multiple non delivery of orders. Multiple DOA boards. Multiple shill accounts buttering up the company. Legitimate questioning posts being deleted. Blatant scamming of foreign buyers because they're in legal limbo outside the US. Every possible red flag that can be raised is has been raised. They are doing 'just enough' to keep the scam going. He will not give them proof of ownership of the shares and will not allow them to sell their investment claiming they are being investigated my the Missouri Securities division and thus can't release the shares. He won't provide proof of this investigation. He won't provide a federally mandated financial report for the IRS. (30 days late) He won't provide proof of Mtgox money having been swallowed up there. Again, Red Flags.
