It's our favorite spammer who runs that scam site that purports to sell bitcoin on the cheap for PayPal. I was thinking probably the best way for spammers to use/abuse these copy and paste bots would be to copy entire off topic threads and replies from some other forum. It would be difficult to spot if it did happen.

It's just annoying and makes people distrust you.

Well they hope no body notices for a start, but I assume it's just to be able to build up some post counts with accounts to use for whatever reason later (scams, sig deals, to sell etc). |
