Title: WTB: Broken Gridseeds, GAW, Antminer, Innosilicon... or any dead asic
Post by: AndrewK on April 26, 2014, 02:23:01 PM
Hey guys,

Looking for some gridseeds or Antminers to try my hand at repairs.

I'll do $5 plus shipping for a gridseed with no visible sign of damage. All other Asics... pm me for quotes but generally I give somewhere between 25 - 50% resale value depending on how damaged they are.

Thanks!
Andrew

I have a dead BFL 60GH Single if interested.  Looks like a resistor died on the board (you can see a small scorch mark)

Still looking? I have 5 gridseeds that have no vis. sign, but are not working...... 3 still have fans connected, and fans power on. If you're interested let me know. If not no big deal - they can continue to sit in a box in my basement lol

I have an AMT 1.2TH that I purchased from an auction on this forum and received damaged.  I removed it from the case (case is damaged from shipping,  internal parts were not really damaged and I think the issue with unit is more with original build quality) and it has 5 blades but currently only one works which hashes 160-200gh.  I would be willing to sale it with or without case,  and with or without PSU.  Can post pics of anything on it if your interested.

I have about 10 gridseed miners that havent been dropped or ne thing like that (if thats what you mean by damage) they were working but a few stopped powering on and there r also ones that get power but the lights dont come on so they arent detected by the pc. i have a couple non working klondike miners and a bfl single that doesnt power on. no heatsinks are included on the bfl miner just the board. if u want avalon miner boards that work i can sell u those as well as some sort of combo deal. pm me if interested.

I have one dead gridseed 5-chip that is no longer recognized by windows.  I would give it to you for $5 plus $6 priority mail shipping.  I cut the fan off because one of the blades broke off but I can give you the broken fan too.

I have a S1 with problems on one of the blades, it will run at 180GH/s for about a few minutes, then it runs constantly at 90GH/s, I don't have the time to troubleshoot.

I don't know if you would want them but I have a 8 Avalon 2 project hashing boards.
Some look a bit worse as other people have tried their hands at repair....
