However, this is a long process that takes ~3-6 months so I'd need to know ahead of time. If it's popular here, I'll try to do continuous batches. Most vanilla extract is made from flavorless alcohol/vodka I believe. We have tried numerous different flavorings and we believe that rum is one of the best ways to do this because it drastically enhances the flavor of vanilla. Let me know if you're interested!
