I am setting up a pick three lottery.  You would pm me with your numbers,address, and how you would want to play your numbers by picking a method below.  Then I would payout based on the actual pick three evening lottery numbers that are drawn, which could be found on the illinois lottery website (http://www.illinoislottery.com/).  This way there is no way I could make up my own numbers and there would be an actual winner.

I would only be doing the evening drawing which is at 9:22 pm central time.  If you are interested all plays must be put in before 8:30 pm central.  

WAYS TO WIN    

Straight(Match 3 numbers in exact order) = 500 times original bet.  Max of .25 bitcoins.
6 Way Box(Match 3 Numbers in any order) = 80 times original bet.  Max of .50 bitcoins.
Front Pair(Match first two numbers in exact order) = 50 times original bet. Max of .50 bitcoins.
Back Pair(Match last two numbers in exact order) = 50 times original bet. MAx of .50 bitcoins.

Why is it a scam,  I cant make up the numbers on that website.  Explain to me how its a scam, or is it that you feel just saying, lol its a scam. 

Are you serious? This is such a blatant scam, you'd have to be blind not to know it...

Once again all you do is say its a scam but you dont say why,  the payouts are identical to the illinois lottery website,  once again the reason I picked that site because I don't have control of the winning numbers.   If you dont't like it then don't play.

It's blatantly a scam! Anyone in their right mind will do the math and figure out that this is a straight retarded gambling adventure, as this is remarkably in the dealers favor

You've said your piece now move along and let people decide for themselves.  As long as he pays out exactly how he has stated, it isn't a scam.  There are much longer odds on games in Vegas.

It is bad manners to call scam on someone, and really if your backup is "you have to be blind." The op is using publically drawn numbers for a suplimental lottery, so please tell me how I am blind?
Or is this just something one from Tennessee would understand?
