You mean to send private messages on here? Newbs have waiting restrictions but they go down the more activity you get.

the waiting delay will greatly decreasse while your activity increaseus. At Jr Member status you prob won't notice the waiting. See the beginners and help section for more info

What are you talking about? The delay to do your rank, or is there something wrong with the messaging system?

He's probably talking about the 360 second limit for newbies.

The 360 seconds limit is used to counter spamming, and the limit will be down to 75 seconds when you get 15 activity.

because this is how the system is. even to post or msg or to reply on thread you have to wait for 6 mins to get another one sent/posted.

but imagine if mods will let every new user to send a post with no delays between.

Can you imagine those tons of spam ? :) This is to prevent those kind of situations.
