You can look at the details and see the IP addresses but he doesn't have any records of who they are. But he only has IPs for most of the well known big pools. So this would me an aggregate of many smaller pools, solo miners and any other various sources. It doesn't appear to indicate one controlling party though.

p2pool has 90 GH/s and isn't listed. Really if sites are going to make charts like that they need to break out each pool w/ 1% and include as many pools as possible that are <1% in "known other".
