Hello all.

We have no dividends for Sunday May 4th, 2014.
Busy working on IPO write up and answering investors questions / troll slaying.
I imagine we should be throwing some shows this week and get some dividends paid for next sunday!

Also I have used a small amount of BTC to register the future website Klyemax.com as well as prepare for hosting costs.
I have used the provider Namecheap.com to acquire the TLD and chose them because they allow payments directly in BTC.

I have taken some BTC out of the IPO address to print out business cards (to hand out to potential new talents) as well as run an advertisement in the local paper calling out for new talent. Although we already have some talent on board I would like to beef up our rosters so we can provide cams rolling without stops. My goal is to have at the very least 1 Klyemax model on cam making revenue for both the investors and the studio 24 hours a day. We believe running ads locally may help our chances of achieving this goal.

No Dividend to May 10th. Sorry about that.

We are thinking about purchasing an already running cam site to accelerate the studios finances.
I am going to make an offer on the site today and assuming it all pans out we should be pulling in a monthly revenue of $500 from that site alone. Plan is to modify the site and take it over and implement the cryptocurrency aspect of it. We will let you know what is going on. Shareholders please get ahold of me if you have any questions or would like to see what site the take-over is planned on.

Now, instead of doing your whole own operation, you're simply going to buy a Russian Cam-site for 4-8 BTC? One that does not generate its own content, but just white-labels for a large cam site?

Do I buy out a romanian site and use it to start developing off of.. Or do I just fire up the development team and go from scratch?
Which of these methods are going to be cost effective? Further researching is needed on all angles before we make a large move.
Hosting and bandwidth providers as well as a good HTML5/mySQL/BitcoinD developer is still required if we choose to develop our own.
I appreciate your antagonism. I need to talk with majority shareholders before we push on in any one particular direction.

Tech stuff really isn't my bag so perhaps those that are into all that can chime in on the developmental side of things. However, it would seem like a good idea to get the talent on some sort of schedule and start showcasing them on this chaturbate thing to get a weekly feel for revenue to make you comfortable in determining the other steps to take for proceeding forward in focus and development. Then, those that bring in more money can be given more camera time and those that aren't can be coached more properly on technique. Then once enough cams are in and ample room for multiple shows can happen, just build the schedule up to 1-2-3 or however many shows a day/week to have a live and semi-profitable product that can be tweeked going forward.

Who is your target market? I think that's the most important question here with regards to this possible acquisition.

Second would be tied between 'Is this what my shareholders signed up for?' and 'Is this a worthwhile pivot to make for the company?'.

I'd say buy the site, the sooner we have something to work with the sooner we can focus on getting some shows going.

How are you paying for bandwidth? It's going to cost you $250+ for a 3 hour show with 1k viewers. Is the russian cam site simply rebanding another cam provider?

It appears to be.. And that is why we are leaning towards not going after such takeover. That site would take at minimum 4 months just to pay for its initial purchase price (assuming BTC doesn't go to the moon again).
I don't think it's worth the risk to purchase the site but shareholders are open to their opinions.

4 months to break even is exceptionally good on an investment. If you believe your going to be making 1000% profits your nuts. Steady income would be a solid base for dividends + allows for growth.

While I understand that the ROI seems alright.. The user seemed a bit "sketchy" so to speak.
Not sure if it was a language barrier or what but he didn't exactly prove to me he was the owner..
Nor does the studio want to expose itself to the risk of being scammed or having their providing site cause issues.

Asked for a refund on the namecheap site and was granted it. Had planned to host via them but decided against it.
Our TLD is still reserved and registered for us but I have put back the BTC refunded into the IPO account.
I am still waiting for the final business card design from my graphics design girl. Really hoping she comes through.
On a side note I am REALLY hoping to get some talent in for at least a show or two this week.
Still on the hunt for the webcams we are looking for too. If anyone has a lead on 1080 HD webcams with RS45 PTZ capability please let me know!

Dividend day!

The studio had a few shows this week to the tune of ~$352.50. This is a very close estimation as a few of our talents have not reahed the thresh hold to withdraw their tips yet. 15% of the $352.50 leaves $52.90 to be distributed to shareholders today.
Although I am not super pleased with these numbers they will only improve with time.

We will be sending dividends out shortly.

Electrum can actually send a multiple output transaction.

Just create a .csv file from an excel file. In one column, put the address to which the payments will be sent. In the next column, put the corresponding payment amount to be paid to that address. Then choose Tools > Create Transaction > From CSV file.

Any updates on how this venture is doing?

Alright guys. I've crunched the numbers from all cams this week and it seems the studio made $437.25.
Although not as high as revenue as I had hoped for it is still better than last week and we are showing progress revenue wise!
So, we made 437.25 and 15% goes to investors, Making this weeks dividend $65.58.

I will be paying it out shortly (within the next few hours).

Updates studio wise: We lost a talent after she found out someone had posted screenshots online.. Not terribly happy about this but I did file a DMCA and have them taken down. We are still recruiting talent and looking into hiring a developer to get out webspace up and running.

ok. Dividend amounts have been figured out.. I used USD to convert this time instead of CAD because Canada BTC prices are over 600 right now where as USD its only 571. Maximizing investors return.

And i think it was a good move to not buy that camsite. Besides the guy being strange... the chance is high that he was a scammer. Normally websites sell for 10 to 12 months worth of profit. Theres a chance he artificially raised the traffic and the income in the last months in order to show good revenue. When he stops doing it the website might make practically nothing. And you might get complaints because he spammed guestbooks or whatever technique he used. That all only if these images were real and not manufactured or unrelated.
Next thing might be the domain is stolen and and and... domain market is a shark pool and a big part of it are persons that churn out domains, market it and sell them in masses. Once they are sold the new owners wonder why the great turnkey business doesnt work as promised.

So i think a buy should be carefully checked...

Maybe ill buy some shares once this moves on... observing :)

Out of the 25 coins that were raised, 20 of them came from one person so that's a big time investor right there. People just don't shell out 20 coins to test something. Any of these other security IPOs would be salivating at the mouth for anyone to entrust that much coinage to them. BTW, this is a private thread dedicated to a specific IPO and all of the ad hominems were dealt w/ in another thread prior to the IPO being sold out. Everyone knew whatever there was to know about the OP back then. In fact, I give him credit for being profitable right out of the gate and making good decisions by not jumping the shark and buying some other sketchy site that was questionable. That's showing good stewardship of other people's money. As the current business plan continues to grow, things will take care of themselves. Also, there's another investor that's looking to get in w/ 10 coins w/ a 19% premium over the IPO price. Pretty strong landscape that Klye is sitting on.

Camwhoring, like panhandling, is an enterprise with a low barrier to entry (age of consent being the only one, AFAIK), requiring minimum financial investment (previously mentioned laptop with webcam), and instant profits (camwhores get portion of teh tips).

Beyond a screencap of one of Kyle's earlier performances and a failed cock tat promo, there appears no evidence of work being done.
Not to suggest Kyle didn't make great strides in his new career--I'm certain Kyle is a hardworking and talented D/D-free boy.  A bit of a temper on him, but nothing a bit of training won't fix.
