Surely the biggest potential lies in developing countries where many don't have access to banking facilities but do have internet access. I was travelling in several parts of south-east Asia last year & was amazed to see people living in what could only be described as extremely primitive housing but still sitting outside using their laptops. Presumably these people also have access to smartphones.

Why didn't they use bitpay to accept bitcoin? I heard the fee is much lower than credit card. Bitpay claims that they have only around 20,000 customers... and as far as I know, Coinbase is much smaller when compared to Bitpay. :( |
