I emailed you folks already.  I literally ordered a blade on Friday.  Reserving the rest of this post for comments on what is hopefully excellent customer service in response. ;)

Also, please email customers in case of promotions, I barely pay attention to this forum (notify feature is a great thing) and only found this post because I came here after emailing you folks to see if there was any news.

We will make it right for more than any other Asic reseller can. Check your pm in a few min.

Being an ASIC reseller is a tough. We are in the same boat as we have over 40 blades in inventory that was bought at the higher price of which we must sell at a loss now.

Fully understand the pains of being a reseller, but if the price is now $1099 and I paid $1549 on Friday...  And a little PO'd at the lack of email response or PM since it has been several hours and my email yesterday was sent early AM.  I'm seeing the new price reflected across the resellers and am getting increasingly frustrated that I have an email saying "Your order has shipped" from Friday but no tracking info has been provided and apparently my Friday order cost a bit more than a Sunday order, despite me having no actual information about my order being in transit. 

WTF, I'm waiting on a blade for 10 days at $1099 and now you have them listed for $939 in 5 days!!! Come on guys, this isn't right.

Looking forward to the new hardware.  You guys have been awesome to me so I just spent some of the profit I've made mining from ZH-purchased hardware to...

Looking forward to more info on what's to come!  Shame I missed the 5-chips selling out, now that I've got mine auto-tuned and running optimally I was thinking of picking up more, but thankful for the ones I have.

Second purchase just made as well.  Wife is going to love seeing yet another blade showing up next week.

Why are the volt modded Zoom blades the same price as the vanilla G-Blades?  To me that doesn't make much sense

Also ordered an extra blade today, right after the power supplies showed up for this week's G-Blade and it went online.  :)

Seriously, it seems like every time I have a little extra cash you guys have a promotion.  Need to pick up more power strips for my blades now. ;D

Well I must say, if this is the case, then your description on your site is very misleading.  It clearly states "We aim for the highest quality of work bar none. ~ 2-5 Business Days For Shipment. Product comes from China unless you choose to have it expedited."

This implies to me that it will take 2-5 business days for me to receive it, I read that as at most 5 business days until it hits my door.  Thought process for this is due to how you state everything else on your site in terms of shipping, being door to door and all.  If you really mean for it to take 2-5 days to mod and then 5 days for shipment, then it should state 7-10 days for shipment.  Just my 2c

Not sure where to ask but I have 32000 loyalty points.  Iwanted to look for a coupon but I can't seem to see what 32000 points are worth.  The website said send an email to info@zoomhash.

I sent in an email no reply yet.  does anyone know what I need to do to cash the points in?

Your support team is a joke dont respond me at all. I wont refund for all my orders made 8 days ago! Stop scam peoples with them hard earned bitcoins!

Sorry, we are moving to a new shopping cart system end of this month to mid June. We will upgrade our point system to be more exciting and worth while.

 My blade came last night seems to be running nicely .   I am getting close to 5mh on it.

So I will wait on the points. until June.

right now I am going to sit on any orders of the newer gear until I see how other like them.

for the most part I like gridseeds gear wise. Pricing meh.  But this blade was a good deal

So the blade ran at 5000khs for a day   around 2500khs each half.  then 1 part dropped to 1500khs and I can not get it to recover.

So my ' bargain '  is no longer a bargain .

I got a pm from  zoomhash_michael

he told me send in a support ticket and I would get a cross shipped .  replacement blade and some ltc and or compensation to make up for lost hash.

I did this I got a reply from  Richard  via the support@zoomhash.com email  asking if I tried running cpuminer..

  I want to say (!%@$!%$#!%$)

  I have been promised a cross shipped blade   not  a question.   Did I try cpuminer?  I only use cpuminer   which is how I answered the email.

 Well I answered the email politely and now I wait.  

While I must say I am annoyed that I am under hashing at 4000khs vs 5000khs .  I am now more annoyed that no unit has been crossed shipped.

To make matters worse I was happy that I got a good deal and ordered a second one to be nice.

So I am :
A) waiting on the cross ship
B) waiting on tracking  for my second unit---- I was told it shipped days ago and still not tracking.





So my bargain deals do not look that good.

   My only solace is both orders are paypal  and If I have to I will file two claims for these. One for not as promised one for no delivery.


I got the blades to replace the shitload of gridseeds I had .  you can see I had a lot.
