In this situation, how do you return funds? The client may not have access to the BTC address that was used to deposit to their account...

Well, it seems you're more interested in accusing people, blatantly and on bare word, than in solving your problem (if it really exists). We have not received neither e-mails nor support tickets stating about any problems with $150 transfer. All the difficulties our users faced are being quickly solved and sorted out.

nothing from support to my email .. no refund, nothing. Other customers complain on their site and then they block them.  Complete SCAM .. AVOID
