So, not only newbies but also Jr. Members dont get a sig deal, though Jr. Members have hyperlink option. The signature restrictions were changed to cut down on spam from newbies and because you can't have a link in your signature there's no deals any more for Newbs. The minimum membergroup status you need to be is 'Member', so just bide your time until then. You can try offering your services in the Marketplace if you want to earn some money though.
