They have a canned response for almost every imaginable topic. You could enter a bunch of contradictory gibberish and you'll still get the same reply (maybe with "expressing support" for or without that line). Try it with a different subject and the reply will be in the exact same format.

I'm really not getting what your problem is. Short of coming around your house and putting a sign up saying "This guy was right" what more can she do?
