I realize pictures arent illegal was more pointing to the fact that, you should never see what the plant looks like in person if you use them in the intended way.

After 2 weeks I had my preliminary hearing and the judge said they had enough evidence to go on with a trial. After 2 1/2 months of sitting in jail I went to court and the judge just released me with no trial because I didn't actually do or have anything illegal... The point of this story is even if somethings legal you can still spend time for it.... I spent 2 1/2 months of my time on this earth locked in a cell 23 hours a day for something that was completely legal and I won't get that time back... The jailing system here in the US is a HUGE money making scheme this is why the US has more people in its jails than every other country in the world COMBINED!

Also the cop that arrested me got fired shortly after for a very long list of corruption charges he was doing all kinds of fucked up shit to people...
